  1. Oh my god. Jussi Markanen clearly doesn't want to play in a playoff game again. I don't know how a team losses 5-0 in the Stanley Cup Finals, but it happened. The Oilers need to win the next two at home, because it is looking like they are impotent at the RBC Center.

  2. I'm looking to add some psp games to my gigantic collection of 4 games. I currently have:

    GTA: LCS

    Madden 06

    MVP Baseball

    Gretzky 06

I'm probably going to buy MLB 06: The Show but I'm also looking for some non-sports games and maybe a racing game or 2. so if anybody knows of any really good games available for psp let me know. thanks in advance

  3. Also, Carolina and Anaheim sold out all the playoff games they had this year, I believe. In fact, Carolina had pretty strong attendance last season and have been selling out games and such all year long.

So yeah, stop being a douchebag. These "Undeserving" teams need to win at some point, or they are never going to build a strong fanbase. Who the hell are you to judge which fans deserve a title more? The Oilers have alreayd won 4 Stanley Cups, why should they get more than the three other teams that have NEVER won it?

    Idiot.

  4. If you have the money, then go for it. I got one of the worst games from the launch (Gretzky NHL) and it is still an extremly fun game, and yesterday I picked up WipeOut Pure and MLB, and MLB is easily the best handheld baseball game ever. and Some may agree that WipeOut pure is in the top 5 for best handheld games ever.

  5. One of my buddies over MSN send me a song but all it said was "Dustin Rules" and I know I have heard in on local TV ad's and what not. And it is a pretty catchy song, and the chorus goes like:

    I don't want

    anybody else

    When I think about you

    I touch myself

This is just for my e-fed character's theme song, so if you could help out that would be really good.

  6. Edmonton.

When you have a shitty hockey team, and still sell out your games. You know you are in a good hockey city. ;-) On top of that, the city draws 10,000 for our AHL team. and the Brick Minor Hockey Tournament is one of the most popular pee-wee hockey tournys in North America.

  7. From The Hockey News Website

The NHL season is expected to be "un-canceled" Saturday in New York.

A player close to the talks who asked to remain anonymous told The Hockey News the two sides have agreed to a deal that features a $45-million salary cap. Asked if there was any way a deal won't get done, the player said,

"not that I can see. I couldn't possibly imagine the idea that somebody is going to try to make a name for themselves in the last minute here."

Following two days of media speculation that backroom talks between players and owners were taking place in an attempt to "un-cancel" the 2004-05 season, the NHL Players' Association issued a press release Friday night confirming it would be meeting with the league in New York on Saturday. If the two sides are as close as expected, an agreement in principle could be made public tomorrow.

As first reported by The Hockey News, Wayne Gretzky and Mario Lemieux are still believed to be major players in the process. Both are reported to be in New York taking part in the talks.

"I believe all (that) stuff is pretty accurate," said the player.

A second source confirmed Lemieux traveled to New York on Friday.

NHL commissioner Gary Bettman cancelled the season Wednesday with the two sides seemingly within striking distance of a settlement. Though the components of their offers had some differences, the sides agreed on the basic premise of a salary cap with luxury taxes. The union was offering a $49-million cap and the league $42.5 million.

One NHL GM told The Hockey News Bettman’s decision to cancel the season had a lot to do with history repeating itself. In other words, if NHLPA executive director Bob Goodenow thought he was going to maintain his reputation of being a successful deadline hunter, he was wrong.

Since the season was called off, there has been considerable movement among the players as well as agents and GMs to do whatever is necessary to get talks started again in an attempt to save the season.

Detroit captain Steve Yzerman told The Hockey News Thursday afternoon he believed the season could be saved.

“I don’t know if it’s necessarily tonight, tomorrow morning, Friday night or Saturday…I know the season has been cancelled, but it’s not too late to 'un-cancel' it.”

  8. like you said, don't get your hopes up for anything involving the 2 sides. I read on a local Indy ring announcers blog the perfect solution for the lockout, and I quote.

I think I have the solution to the NHL labor dispute. Let me know what you think of this. We take Gary Bettman and Bob Goodenow, and we muder them horrificly. Then we get a paintbrush and paint the new CBA (including a hard cap) on the wall of the hockey hall of fame in those 2 idiot fucks blood.
  9. I to have a story of pain like yours. What happened to me is that I finished all the missions and what-not, but not the mini games, so I was not at 100% but I don't care as it is just amazing I finished it, then my brother decided to start his own game, and thus loaded his with cheats, but I don't care since it was his own thing and what not, so the first time he went to save the game, what does he do? WELL he decides to save over my saved file, just like 7 hours after I beat the fuggen thing. ARGH

  10. The last thing I have ever heard of him, was when he was a guest voice on Simpsons. He even does a couple of jokes on himself "Dang, I should of invested my money better" is the main one. But besides that, he is just pitying fools I guess.

  11. when was the last time that Saturday Night Live has had a new episode? Since it seems like Jimmy Fallon left, I have not seen a new episode, and the last few weeks they have been airing the Best Of shows.
