  1. Hey all, I am trying to stream my xbox 360 on Justin.tv. However I am having problems streaming sound. I have a Dazzle DVC 100 and Flash Media Encoder 3.1. If it's possible could I get some help? I have searched several times for a solution but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  2. The game is actually not too bad. However I am probably not the best person to comment and give a comparison for Magic The Gathering since I know little about the game, however the actual Xbox Live Arcade game is good in the sense that it is a good learning experience for beginners of the game such as myself.

Hey all, I doubt this needs it's own topic considering there may be very few of you who play this game. But I was lurking around on the Xbox Live Dashboard, went to Games Marketplace and low and behold I found Magic The Gathering. I was playing it for about an hour and I absolutely enjoy it. I am not a huge player of the card game, but I will certainly be playing this game online. I learnt more about Magic The Gathering in the hour in which I played it, then attempting to play the real trading card game itself. So I was just wondering if there was any of you on here who played either the Xbox Live Arcade version or the real life trading card game?

  4. Thoughts on Mark Williams, the well-respected coach of the Port Adelaide Power?

    My thoughts are as follows:

Having no interest in following Port Adelaide, I do take interest in Mark Williams. The 2004 premiership coach has had a rough time as coach for the Port Power. With 273 games as Coach of Port Power, It is a truly astonishing moment to have Mark Williams step down as coach of the Port Power.

  5. Microsoft kick-started the "next-generation" of gaming on November 22, 2005, when the company released the Xbox 360, beating both Nintendo and Sony to market. Since then, the console has sold roughly 40 million units worldwide and has brought some innovative ideas to the gaming industry in the form of Xbox Live, the online marketplace, and gamer achievements.

The console is not without its shortcomings, though. Most notably, the infamous "red ring of death" controversy has plagued the system since its launch. The defect can be traced to the system's inability to properly dissipate heat, which in turn renders some of the vital innards unusable. Though Microsoft has remained quiet about an exact fail rate percentage, some analysts have that number as high as 40 percent, with recent reports hovering around a

one in four odds of failing within the first two years of ownership. Other complaints vary from lack of built-in Wi-Fi to denying users the ability to replace the hard drive like the PlayStation 3 offers.

    At E3 2010,

Microsoft unveiled an Xbox 360 redesigned from the ground up. Officially referred to as the "S" console--or Slim, as we've come to call it--the latest iteration packs a 250GB hard drive, built-in Wi-Fi, and a new design that's about 17 percent smaller than the previous models.

The new Xbox 360 certainly addresses most of the concerns we've had with the versions before it, but we don't think it warrants a purchase if you already own an Xbox 360 in working order with an HDMI-out port and a hard drive.

-CNET Reviews. Read the full review here

Personally, I will be picking this new machine up. Okay, yes there are some obvious reasons why (The HUGE hard drive, silence when running) but that does not mean there aren't any flaws. In the review, it states that the hard drive is still proprietary; controller on D-pad remains unchanged; cumbersome power block; renders existing faceplates useless; no HD gaming out of the box. Which are a number of reasons as to why there is an argument to purchasing this new machine. However, I will be purchasing this console for $450.00 Australian.

Please do not hesitate and give me your thoughts on the new 250GB Xbox 360.

  6. I found the easiest way to manage clinches, and opponents ground game is to ( I know some of you may not want to..) turn on the stamina bar. And when i.e: Wanderlai clinches with you, is to flick the right thumbstick from 9 till 3. And you proceed with this motion each time your stamina reaches back to the top.
