Do away with face/heel rigidness...
New guy debuts he should be 50/50 on the face/heel divide...he has a match against a top face and beats him up in the aftermath...he is now 40/60 on the face/heel divide! Everytime a worker acts bad towards someone more face than them they go more 'heel' in the eyes of the fans!

Overness
This is what I go by...
00-15:(5k) Backyarder
Unknown to the public wrestlers...make a few up and make their wrestling stats pretty shitty, these are not mostly trained wrestlers
16-30:(15k) Little Known Indy Worker
Just starting out on the indy scene or washed up indy stars
31-45:(30k) Well Known Indy Worker
Just starting to get noticed on the indy scene
46-60:(60k) Regional Star/Big Indy Star/Foreign Star
Who all the small regional promotions will be looking to book and the big stars from outside North America who have had minimal exposure in NA
61-75:(90k) Cult Following/National Worker
RVD in ECW, Bryan Danielson now/Midcard WWE workers like Hardcore Holly, Test, Albert, APA in 2000
76-85:(120k) National Star
TLC Tag teams in 2000, Booker T & Scott Steiner at WCW dying days, Scott Hall & Owen Hart at their most popular
86-95:(150k) International Star
Kurt Angle, Benoit & Jericho in 2000 would be 80s bit of this. Undertaker, Randy Savage in early 90s, Bret Hart & Shawn Michaels in mid 90s would all be in the 90s end of this
96+ :(200k) Global Superstar
Hogan 80s, Rock & Austin attitude era

Average Wage per month for wrestlers
Backyard = 10k
Small = 20k
Regional = 40k
Cult = 70k
National = 100k
Global = Unlimited
Remember this is the average wage of your roster...so going by this...RVD when he was in ECW would be over 70k as he was one of their bigger stars so would probably be on 100k or something like that. WWF 2001's average wage would be higher than National's average wage because they were global so there midcarders would prob be on 125k with upper midcarders like Benoit, Jericho, Angle etc on about 150k or so and the likes of Austin, Rock, HHH & Taker near and around 200k...that's how I would calculate it...
Average Wage per month for staff
Backyard = 5k
Small = 10k
Regional = 20k
Cult = 40k
National = 70k
Global = Unlimited

As a huge Leicester City fan I would have to say Holloway good enough for the Premiership? Pfff! God damn we deserved to get relegated!

Bummer. I was enjoying this! But you can't expect loads of feedback after 2 shows!

I like the name for the February PPV, but shoudn't it be called Corporate Massacre? Anyways I love this era of the WWF and the surprise of Sid was cool and I haven't got a clue what path you're going to go with for Wrestlemania! Hopefully its Austin vs Rock!
If another version of EWR were to come out...

The face/heel divide number could also be hidden and we would just see their status...
0-9 Super Heel
10-40 Heel
41-59 Tweener
60-90 Face
91-100 Super Face
This way you have got to be careful when you are wanting to turn your upcoming wrestler face for an impending shot at your heel champion, because if he attacks a heel that is slightly more face than him it could backfire... The outcome...he's now more heel than he was before...
