  1. Pretty Good thus far, but I am not sure about all the firings.

Perhaps you could enlighten me, but are they actual real firings or just for storyline purposes?

Because if some of the stars were to be really fired as in not for storyline purposes, e.g. Bischoff, I highly doubt they would turn up for the show, let alone yet Vince fire them on air.

Other than that it seems pretty cool, so keep it up!

  3. EWE Live On Closed Circuit Television In Florida

    Friday March 11th 2005

Laughing Larry:  We are live on Closed Circuit Television in the state of Florida and on our Website EWE.com and this is Extreme Wrestling Entertainment!

Brian Tegland:  Boy oh Boy are we in for a show tonight Larry and our fans know it!!  We have some huge matches already announced, including that Blockbuster Main Event, in which we will see the Japanese Sensation Ryan Sakoda take on that evil Mexican Abismo Negro.

Laughing Larry:  Yes Brian and I am still in complete shock at what we saw after last week’s main event.  I was sure that Greg Pawluk had Birchall beat after that huge ladder shot but it was not to be and Birchall ended up winning the title!  But what shocked me was the way the match ended, with us ending the show with Greg Pawluk laying in the middle of the ring in a pool of his own blood, with the words Abismo Negro scrawled on his back!

Brian Tegland:  Things are sure as hell going to heat up here tonight when Greg Pawluk arrives at Breakdown, as Abismo Negro is confirmed to already be in the building!

Paul Birchall makes his way down to the ring with a cocky grin on his face and the EWE Platinum Title around his Waist.  He is wearing an expensive looking suit as he steps into the ring and poses on the turnbuckle.

Paul Birchall:  Last week, I proved to each and every one of you no good fans that I am the true champion in this business today!  I climbed the mountain and went above everybody else taking home the most coveted prize in this company the EWE Platinum Championship!  I took the fight to Greg Pawpluck or whatever his name is, I don’t remember now, and he didn’t stand a chance!!  And I am pleased to tell you all that after going through the announce table I have spoken to my personal physio and he says I will be fine to compete here tonight in EWE!  It really is unfortunate though that I have to wrestle in front of all you American brutes, I mean I would much rather be back home in England but that’s a different story for a different day!!  Now, moving onto tonight!  Director of Authority So Cal Salad has put me in a match against some weird Japanese wrestler called Hi69!  I mean to begin with, what kind of name is Hi69?  It looks like this guy can’t even speak the English Language, let alone wrestle!  I can just imagine it now, this little Japanese kid, thinking he is better than me, running into the ring with all his karate kicks and falling flat on his face with bewilderment!  He probably doesn’t even know what the word wrestle means, hell he probably isn’t even at this damn arena here tonight in Florida!  He’s probably gone to downtown Chinatown!  Oh wait isn’t that where the Chinese people live?  Oh well they all look the same and all eat the same kind of vomit crunching foods, what’s different?  The fact of the matter is this kid doesn’t deserve to be in the same ring as a legend such as myself.  However, I can see that our so called Director of Authority is most likely going to book me in matches like this week in week out!  Therefore, tonight I am going to prove to her and each and every one of your snot gobbling ham burger maniacs that I should not be in the ring with rookies!  Because tonight, Hi69 is going to be taught a lesson, by the myth, the man, the legend known as the EWE Platinum Champion, Paul Birchall!

    Overall Rating: 56%

Suddenly, a mysterious theme hits over the PA System and the arena goes dark and begins to fill with smoke, Birchall stares stunned in the ring as the lights come back up and the smoke clears.  The words Abismo Negro…Tonight appear on the small screen near the ring and Paul Birchall looks around nervously as he walks back up the ramp.

Laughing Larry:  What was that?  Shades of what we saw at the end of last weeks show and this show has only just started!  I don’t understand what’s going on, and why is Abismo Negro doing this?  First Greg Pawluk and now Paul Birchall, what is going to happen next?!

Brian Tegland:  I don’t know Larry, but of course we will see Abismo Negro in action here tonight when he takes on Ryan Sakoda in our main event.  But just look at Paul Birchall he is striding high and wide here tonight and it doesn’t look like anything is going to stand in the way of that guy’s ego!!  I don’t think anyone can beat him when he’s in that frame of mind, let alone Hi69!

Laughing Larry:  Well we will see what happens with their match later in the night but up next we have our first match of the evening when Andy Barden takes on the victory hungry Hade Vansen!  Last week, Hade Vansen beat former TNA Star Cassidy Reilly in what was said to be an “upset” victory, but what will happen tonight when he goes up against Andy Barden?!

Andy Barden makes his way down to the ring first, still angry at his loss last week to the lightweight superstar, Five Star Flash.  He ignores the chants of the few fans at ringside and steps into the ring nearly tripping as he walks up the ring steps he is so angry.

Laughing Larry:  Andy Barden is still irate after loosing against Greg Pawluk last week in what looked to be a complete squash match, and just look at the guy standing in the ring.  He can’t seem to get that loss out of his head Brian!

Brian Tegland:  Well he’s got to Larry, he has no choice but to move on and he needs to concentrate on his match here tonight with Hade Vansen.  If he doesn’t stay on the ball then he could easily lose this one within seconds of locking up.

Hade Vansen enters next with a mixed reaction from the few watching the show live.  They really don’t know what to think about this young 19 year old rookie, some like him some hate him.  He is transfixed on the ring and the task ahead as he enters ringside and prepares to take on Andy Barden.

Both men just stare each other down before the match begins.  Hade doesn’t release his glare from Barden’s and neither man twitches an inch.  The tension between the two many is very apparent and Barden just spits in the face of Vansen.  Suddenly Vansen launches into a full scale attack on Barden with hard chops and jabs to the chest of Barden.  He backs Barden into the corner, where he then performs a running handspring elbow right into Barden.  Barden is down on the mat and Vansen goes for the quick victory…1…2…Kick Out By Barden.  Vansen steps back for a few seconds to catch his breath and then walks back over to go back to work on Barden.  Barden hits what looks like a very low right hand to Vansen behind the referees back and immediately goes for a big time DDT.  Barden now makes the pin attempt, but has his feet on the ropes!  The referee doesn’t notice and counts 1...2…and Vansen kicks out of the pin attempt.  Barden starts to get angry and gets in the face of the referee, whilst Vansen recuperates behind his back and measures Vansen up.  Vansen hits a drop kick right to the back of the head of Barden who goes flying into the referee knocking the referee down and out.  Vansen quickly lifts Barden up into position and hits a powerful Scissors Kick again right to the back of the head of Barden.  Vansen goes for the pin but there is no referee!  Barden is definitely down and out for the count here but there is no referee to count the pin!  Vansen tries to revive the referee and doesn’t notice Barden pull a pair of brass knucks out of his tights.  Vansen turns around and is bet by a clean smash of the knucks right to the jaw!  It seems that Vansen has been completely knocked out!  Barden now makes the pin and the referee is back to his feet, but the referee calls for the bell!!  The referee talks to the announcer at ringside and informs the people watching that Andy Barden has been disqualified for getting in the face of the referee earlier in the match and the winner by disqualification is Hade Vansen!

    Winner: Hade Vansen at 8:57

    Overall Rating: 42%[/b

Laughing Larry:  Hade Vansen!! Hade Vansen picks up his second victory here in EWE against Andy Barden!  We saw Andy Barden try to cheat his way to victory there using those brass knucks on Vansen but it was not to be and the referee disqualified Barden for his arguing earlier in the match!

Brian Tegland:  Well it just shows Larry, cheaters never prosper!  But look at Barden now in the ring arguing with the referee!  He’s just standing there shouting that he shouldn’t be disqualified as Hade Vansen walks up the ramp!

Andy Barden throws a temper tantrum in the middle of ring and starts picking things up from ringside and throwing them around.  The referee calls for back up and more referees come running down to ringside to try and calm Barden down, eventually they do and he is escorted back to his lockeroom.[/b

Laughing Larry:  Well I am being told ladies and gentlemen, that our resident announcer Tom Bacon is backstage and is standing outside ‘The King of Evil’ Abismo Negro’s lockeroom!

The Camera cuts backstage to where Tom Bacon is seen outside a lockeroom with Abismo Negros name on the door.

Tom Bacon:  Thank You Larry, Thank You Brian and I am indeed backstage here at the lockeroom of Abismo Negro and I am hoping to get a few words with the man himself regarding tonight’s main event match in a few moments time!

Tom Smiles and turns around to the door and knocks loudly.  There is no answer from inside, so Tom knocks again.  Still no answer.  Tom turns back to the camera and raises a microphone to his mouth.

Tom Bacon:  Well Ladies and Gentlemen I apologise but it does indeed appear that Abismo Negro is refusing to answer his lockeroom door here tonight.  This means that I am not going to be able to get a few words out of him regarding his match here tonight with Ryan Sakod…

Suddenly the lights in the Orlando Civic Centre flicker out, they flicker on and off for a few seconds before flickering back on.  The Power appeared to have been cut off for a few moments.

    Overall Rating: 70%

Laughing Larry:  What the hell?!  We seem to have lost power for a few minutes there and apparently we’ve lost touch with Tom who was backstage outside Abismo Negro’s lockeroom.  And I seemed as soon as Tom mentioned Ryan Sakodas name the power went out!

Brian Tegland:  Well I am being told in my ear piece that Tom is ok and has moved away from Abismo Negro’s lockeroom but that was just bizarre!?  I’m sure there must be a rational explanation for this but I can’t seem to find one.  Maybe someone tampered with the power, but if they had of done they would have most probably cut the whole building out completely, not just make it flicker on and off!  What in the blue hell is going on here tonight Larry?

Laughing Larry:  I have absolutely no idea Brian, but I am also being told that Greg Pawluk has not yet arrived at the building, and you have to think when he does he will be heading straight of Abismo Negro!

Brian Tegland:  Let’s try and get Abismo Negro and all these evil happenings out of our head for a few minutes Larry and call out next match which see’s the EWE Platinum Champion, Birchall take on new Japanese Sensation Hi69!  Now we saw Birchall in the ring at the top of the show Larry, promising us that he is going to teach Hi69 a lesson here tonight!  Let’s just wait and see what happens, I mean surely Hi69 cannot pull the upset victory?!!

Paul Birchall enters first wearing his usual wrestling attire and his EWE Platinum Championship Belt around his waist.  He cockily steps into the ring and grins at the few fans in attendance who are booing at throwing litter at him.  He stretches before the match and warms up as a strange music hits and Hi69 appears through the crowd and enters the ring behind Paul Birchall who is still posing for the crowd.

Hi69 tapes Birchall on the shoulder and Birchall immediately turns round and is met with a karate kick to the face.  Hi69 hits a big time leg drop onto Birchall and goes for the pin 1...2…Kick Out By Birchall.  Hi69 hits a drop kick to Paul Birchall’s face and is really getting the crowd going here!  Hi69 runs at the ropes and springs off of them going for the handspring elbow, but is caught mind move by Birchall who counters into a sidewalk slam.  Birchall starts hitting Hi69 with kicks to the face and the midsection before locking in a Boston crab submission!  Birchall trying to take out the fast moving legs of Hi69 early in the match with the submission hold firmly locked it.  Hi69 fights to get to the ropes but is a great distance away.  Birchall has now slowed the match down to his own pace.  The referee asks Hi69 if he wants to give up but the Japanese cruiserweight refuses and tries to fight his way out of the hold.  He manages to use his other leg to break the hold and out of nowhere hits Birchall with a ring shaking spinning heel kick!!  Both men are down now in the middle of the ring and neither man has the real advantage.  The referee’s count is at seven as both men stagger to their feet, with Hi69 backing Birchall with kicks into the turnbuckle.  Hi69 lifts Birchall up now and hits the hurricanrana off of the top rope!  Hi69 though favouring that left knee from the earlier Boston Crab and delays making the cover 1…2…Birchall manages to kick out in the nick of time! Hi69, still favouring that knee, immediately hits Birchall straight back down onto the mat and goes for the lionsault…but Birchall gets the knees up right into the rib area of Hi69!!  Both men are down now, as Birchall crawls over to Hi69 to make the cover 1…2…Hi69 somehow gets the shoulder up!  Birchall cannot believe it and makes the pin attempt again 1…2…and again Hi69 Kicks Out!!  Birchall starts to argue with the referee but then realises that he needs to keep on top of Hi69.  He picks Hi69 up and slams him straight back down onto the mat, snapping the neck of Hi69 like an accordion!  The fans watching from ringside boo as Birchall grins and makes the pin 1…2…Hi69 kicks out yet again, and everyone watching cheers!  They realise that they are watching a historic match here tonight!! Birchall now is irate and picks Hi69 up by the hair and lands yet another bone crunching neck breaker!  He makes the cover 1...2…Kick Out By Hi69!!  Kick Out once again by Hi69!! Birchall now is going absolutely mad in the ring as he picks up Hi69 once again, but this time Hi69 reverses the neck breaker into a big time tornado DDT!!  The small numbers of EWE fans in attendance go wild at this move and both men are down once again in the centre of the ring!  Hi69 now goes up top…and hits the C4 with authority!!  But that’s Birchall’s preferred finishing manoeuvre!  Hi69 with the cover 1…2…BIRCHALL KICKED OUT!!!!  Hi69 now can’t believe it and goes back to work on the back area of Birchall.  Hi69 runs at Birchall and goes for the hurricanrana but out of nowhere Birchall counters into a clothesline from hell!!  Hi69 is down almost unconscious on the mat now and Birchall hits the standing shooting star press!  Birchall now staggers around the ring trying to get his mind back and falls on top of Hi69, 1…2…3!

    Winner: Birchall in 15:58

    Overall Rating: 52%

Laughing Larry:  What a match we have been treated to here tonight by these two EWE Stars!  Neither gave up at any point of the match, and what a show from Hi69 in his debut match!

Brian Tegland:  What we have just seen tonight Larry was special!  And it wouldn’t surprise me if we were to see a rematch between these guys in the future!  And you know what Larry; the night is still young here in the EWE!

After the match the two men are both just staggering around the ring unsure completely of where they are.  Suddenly, they meet in the middle of the ring just staring each other down and Hi69 offers to shake hands with Birchall out of respect…Birchall turns and goes to leave…but Hi69 stops him and again offers his hand.  Birchall just shakes his head and leaves up the ramp leaving Hi69 to follow shortly after.

Laughing Larry:  Well It seems Birchall is still is old cocky self, not even shaking hands with Hi69 after that match and just walking away!

An Unknown Music hits over the PA system at the civic centre and the few fans at ringside look at the ramp to see who is entering.  A strange diva in a gown appears and makes her way down to the ring blowing kisses at the fans who are staring at her with happy faces.  She makes her way into the ring.

Crystal:  Well hello everybody!  My name is Crystal and I’m here to give you a show you will never forget!  I mean which one of you big boys wants to get some action here tonight?  Which one of you big boys wants to get raunchy here tonight?  Which one of you big boys wants to meet Crystal here tonight?

Brian Tegland:  I do, I do!  Boy Larry do I love Crystals!

Crystal:  Mmmmm…so who will it be?  Will it be you?  Or You?  Or Maybe You?  Oh I suppose you all want to know what I have to offer first?!!  Well let me show you!!

Crystal steps back and dances round the ring in her skimpy looking gown before, starting to undo the buttons.  The men at ringside all wolf whistle like they are having a good time as she throws the gown off and into the crowd.  She then starts to undo her bikini when Directory Of Authority So Cal Val’s music hits and she makes her way down to the ring, much to the boos of the fans, interrupting Crystal.

So Cal Val:  What in the world do you think you are doing?  You can’t just come down here when you please and start to remove your clothes in the centre of my ring!  What are you?  Nothing but a pure and utter slut if you ask me!! And you know what; all of you fans can boo me all you like!!  It doesn’t affect me!  I am the Directory of Authority here on EWE Breakdown, not you and I do what I want not what the Fans want!  Now I don’t understand for one minute why Steven White even hired you Crystal, but I have no option but to let you stay.  However, if I ever catch you pulling a stunt like this again, then you will be mostly definitely suspended!!  Oh and Crystal…

So Cal Val smiles and slaps Crystal around the face and then starts slapping her down on the mat!  The two girls start rolling around the mat on top of each other having their very own little catfight.  It eventually takes 3 referees to break the two girls up who are by now spitting and snarling at each other!

    Overall Rating: 56%

Laughing Larry:  Well those two certainly didn’t hold back and So Cal Val certainly didn’t hesitate to tell Crystal her true feelings!

Brian Tegland: Catfight Larry!! That’s the most important thing!!  We got to see a catfight here on Breakdown!

Laughing Larry:  Well now those two lovely young ladies have left the ring it is time for match number three this evening, and it is that blockbuster tag match between The Ivy League and Five Star Flash & Cassidy Reilly!  Last week, we saw Rapid Fire Maldonado completely destroy Doc Dean in what was an unrelentless attack!!  However, Doc Dean will be giving a statement next week in his return to Breakdown!  However tonight, Five Star Flash and Cassidy Reilly will surely be looking to gain some retribution for Doc Dean!

Smoke fills the ring and a strange beat hits over the PA System as The Ivy League (Havoc and Rapid Fire Maldonado) saunter down to the ring.  They are booed by the fans at ringside and some fans even go as far as to throw rubbish at them.  Shortly afterwards Five Star Flash and Cassidy Reilly, two high fliers run down to the ring.

Five Star and Reilly immediately take it to The Ivy League with two huge drop kicks and then they hit the double drop kick on Maldonado.  Havoc and Five Star start out as the legal guys in the match and both lock up in the centre of the ring.  Five Star starts the offence once again with a stiff left hand to Havoc and then follows up with a swinging neck breaker.  Five Star tosses Havoc back into the corner and tags in Cassidy Reilly where the two men double team Havoc with kicks to the midsection.  Cassidy continues to beat down on Havoc and then hits a stiff kick to the face knocking Havoc down to the mat…1….2…Kick Out by Havoc!  Reilly now bounces Havoc off the ropes but Havoc counters with a thumb to the eye which is missed by the referee.  Havoc now whips Cassidy off the ropes and hits the back drop with authority!  Havoc makes the tag to Maldonado who immediately continues the offence.  Maldonado smacks Cassidy with the chops and then hits a backbreaker!  1…2…Kick Out!  Maldonado tags Havoc back in now and Havoc hits a cross body on Cassidy.  He goes up to the top turnbuckle for the moonsault bur Cassidy gets his knees up!!  Both men are down now and who will make the tag to their respective partner first?!  Both men make the tag just in time and Flash starts cleaning house!  He hits a takedown on Maldonado and then locks in the arm bar!  Flash stretches the arm and it looks like Maldonado is above to tap out when Havoc launches himself off the top turnbuckle and hits a hard kick right to the face of Flash…The thwack can we heard throughout the entire arena as Maldonado makes the pin and Havoc keeps Cassidy from getting back into the ring 1…2….3!

Winners: The Ivy League in 8:34

After the match The Ivy League grin and grab chairs from ringside.  They are about to destroy Five Star Flash And Cassidy Reilly with the chairs when Muhammad Hassan and Khosrow Daivari storm the ring and completely destroy the Ivy League much to the fans delight!  Hassan and Daivari leave smiling up the ramp as the Ivy League are down in the ring!  The few fans at the show are cheering like Crazy!

    Overall Rating: 45%

Laughing Larry:  I am at shock yet again here in EWE!!  I can’t believe what I just saw Muhammad Hassan and Khosrow Daivari are in EWE, and they just send a firm message to The Ivy League!

Brian Tegland:  Hassan and Daivari arrived just in time, I mean if they hadn’t turned up then Cassidy and Five Star would be in the same position of Doc Dean right now and that ain’t pretty!

Laughing Larry:  Well Ladies and Gentlemen it’s time for our long awaited main event…but wait, I am just being told in my headset that Greg Pawluk has just arrived at the arena!! Greg Pawluk has just arrived at the arena and after last week you have gotta be sure he’s gonna be heading straight for Abismo Negro!

Brian Tegland:  Uh Oh this spells trouble Larry, this spells real trouble!

Ryan Sakoda makes his way down to ringside first with a hearty welcome from the fans.  He stretches a bit and looks slightly worried as he awaits his opponent Abismo Negro.  The civic centre goes completely dark.  An evil laugh is heard circulating and smoke fills the ring.  Abismo Negro steps out through the smoke and walks down to the ring fixated on Ryan Sakoda.

Laughing Larry:  The atmosphere in this civic centre right now is indescribable.  Abismo Negro walks sturdily down to the ring and just look at how is locked onto his opponent Ryan Sakoda, he is completely fixated and is here to complete a mission and win the match.

Brian Tegland:  And to top it all of remember Greg Pawluk is somewhere backstage and he desperately wants Abismo Negros blood!

Abismo Negro and Ryan Sakoda stare each other down in the middle of the ring.  Sakoda is looking into nothing but a blank, icy pair of eyes in Negro.  Sakoda hits Negro with a right hand, but Negro doesn’t budge.  Sakoda tries again, Negro doesn’t budge.  Sakoda tries a third time, but this time Negro blocks it and fires back with punches of his own.  Negro punches Sakoda right back into the corner now and then hits a running head butt which sends Sakoda crashing down to the mat in pain.  Negro now takes it to Sakodas mid section with kick after kick and then an elbow drop.  Suddenly, the mini screen comes to life and we see Pawluk backstage smashing up Negro’s lockeroom.  Negro looks angry and storms up the ramp.  The referee starts the count, but Negro doesn’t care!  Sakoda is still down in the ring, but at this stage is winning the match!  The referee is at six and Negro is backstage, hunting down his prey – Greg Pawluk, the referee is at 8 now and Negro is nearly at his lockeroom, the referee counts the 10 and Sakoda wins the match by default, but now Negro sees Pawluk!  Negro charges at Pawluk, but Pawluk moves out the way and smashes Negro in the back with a chair.  But it doesn’t affect Negro who turns round and stands face to face with Pawluk.  Pawluk goes to smack Negro with the chair again, but Negro just grabs it off Pawluk and smashes Pawluk over the head instead.  Pawluk is down and out yet again and Abismo Negro just stands above him laughing an evil laugh!

    Winner: Ryan Sakoda in 5:43

    Overall Rating: 54%

Laughing Larry:  What the hell just happened?  Sakoda wins the match via count out but Greg Pawluk seems to have felt the wrath of Abismo Negro once again!

Brian Tegland:  I don’t believe this Larry, can anyone stop ABISMO NEGRO?!?!

    Show Overall Rating: 53%

    Extreme Wrestling Entertainment:

Breakdown Preview: Friday March 11th 2005

Last weeks debut edition of EWE Breakdown was a truly historic one with many surprises including that huge announcement by So Cal Val.  Her announcement means that on this week’s edition of EWE Breakdown, top Mexican star Abismo Negro will take on former WWE Superstar, Japanese Sensation Ryan Sakoda.

In last weeks shocking main event Greg Pawluk was left lying in a pool of his own blood, with the words ‘Abismo Negro’ scrawled on his back.  How will Pawluk react this week knowing that Negro will be in the Orlando Civic Centre?

This week will also see the debut of newly signed lightweight Hi69, who has a really history of great matches in his home country of Japan.  He will be taking on former WWE Superstar, and current EWE Platinum Champion Birchall on this week’s edition of Breakdown, and will surely be looking to get an important victory over the champ.

After last weeks opening match Doc Dean will give a statement regarding his general health and well being, especially after the hideous actions of The Ivy League last week.  Cassidy Reilly and Five Star Flash will be looking to gain some retribution for Doc Dean when they team up to take on The Ivy League on Breakdown.

Finally, last week saw Hade Vansen getting the upset victory over opponent Cassidy Reilly.  What will the future entail for him?  Rest assured he will want to continue his winning streak on this weeks Breakdown, when he goes up against Brit Andy Barden in a one on one encounter.

The second edition of EWE Breakdown looks to be even better than the first with some explosive matches signed.  Who else will make an impact?  Tune in on Closed Circuit Television in Florida, on our website EWE.com, or attend the event yourself at the Orlando Civic Centre this Friday!

    Abismo Negro vs. Ryan Sakoda

    Hi69 vs. Paul Birchall

  6. EWE Breakdown Live On Closed Circuit TV in Florida

    Friday March 5th 2005

Laughing Larry:  Hello everybody this is Extreme Wrestling Entertainment we are live on closed circuit television here in Florida and the local surrounding area!  I am joined here at ringside by my broadcast colleague, Brian Tegland, and Brian what a night we have in store on our debut edition of breakdown!

Brian Tegland:  Oh we sure do Larry, and may I begin by saying that it feels great to be sitting back in an announce position after such a long time!  I have been employed for too long and it’s just great to be back in announcing for a wrestling company!  But coming up tonight we have some huge one on one action with Greg Pawluk taking on fellow cruiserweight Andy Barden!

Laughing Larry:  And of course we cannot forget that huge main event here tonight, where we see former WWE Superstar Paul Birchall take on Greg Pawluk, who is an amazing technical wrestler!

Brian Tegland:  To top it all off the winner of that match will become the first EWE Platinum Champion, the prized championship here in EWE!  But anyway, we are kicking things off here tonight with one on one action between Rapid Fire Maldonado and Doc Dean, two of our great cruiserweights here in EWE!

Doc Dean makes his way down to ringside first slapping fans hands as he goes in a friendly way.  He smiles and throws some t-shirts into the crowd as he runs down to the ring.  Once inside he jumps up and down warming up, and looking excited to be back inside a wrestling ring.

Laughing Larry:  Doc Dean has been out of action for the past six months with a knee injury, but is back in action tonight and Brian; he is exclusive property of Extreme Wrestling Entertainment!

Brian Tegland:  That is correct Larry, along with his opponent tonight Rapid Fire Maldonado and three others, he signed a written contract with the company just yesterday!

A Strange Beat of Music hits throughout the small Orlando arena and smoke fills the area near the ring.  Rapid Fire Maldonado steps through the curtain, accompanied by his tag team partner Havoc.  They walk cockily into the ring cursing at the small group of people watching the show and get a lot of boos.

Laughing Larry:  Here is another exclusive to EWE and Doc’s opponent tonight Rapid Fire Maldonado, accompanied to the ring by his tag team partner Havoc.

Brian Tegland:  Until EWE signed him, Maldonado has been touring in Japan with his good friend Steve Corino!  It is only now that his has been reunited with his former tag partner Havoc and his team ‘The Ivy League’ is back in business, and they will surely wreak Havoc on EWE, no pun intended!

Maldonado starts the match with a barrage of lefts and rights to the face and upper body of Doc sending Doc straight down to the mat.  Rapid continues to work on Doc on the mat with kicks and then hits the elbow drop not once…not twice…but three times.  Rapid gets up of the mat and laughs just slapping Doc around the face.  Rapid starts to taunt the crowd to start an asshole chant, when Doc comes back and hits a super kick out of no where!  Doc goes for the cover on Rapid 1…2…Rapid gets the shoulder up.

Laughing Larry:  That was a close two count there and Doc seems to be gaining some momentum now, but look at Havoc on the outside.

Brain Tegland:  Ha Ha!  He’s freaking out; he can’t stand to see Rapid Fire Maldonado go down for a one count, let alone a two!

Doc quickly pulls Rapid back up and hits the running DDT followed by a spear which sends Rapid flying out of the ring!  On the outside Havoc tries to help Rapid up and tries to talk some sense into him, but here comes Doc with a running moonsault to the outside knocking both men down!  Doc takes a minute to catch his breath before sliding back into the ring to break the referees 10 count.  He then slides back out and throws Rapid right into the steel barricade on the outside.  He then climbs up onto the barricade and motions for another moonsault off the barricade!  The fans cheer and Doc goes for it, but Havoc pulls Rapid out of the way and Doc is sent crashing onto the concrete floor!

Laughing Larry:  It looks like Havoc saves Rapid Fire Maldonado from a potential loss right there, helping him out of the way just in time, but look at Doc Dean he looks to be broken in half on the outside here!

Brian Tegland:  This isn’t good Larry, it looks like Doc Dean could be seriously injured here, I mean look at the way his spine impacted with the concrete floor. This isn’t WWE we don’t have a padded floor at ringside, all we have is exposed hard concrete!

With an evil laugh Rapid Fire Maldonado picks Doc up and pushes him back into the ring, he also slides back inside himself.  In the ring it is obvious that Doc is completely knocked out and defenceless as Rapid takes advantage.  He hits Doc with a big impact vertical suplex, all the time working on the damaged spine from the failed earlier moonsault.  Doc is down and out in the centre of the ring and Rapid goes for the cover 1…2…But Rapid lifts Docs shoulders up.  He isn’t done yet.  He turns Doc over so the injured back is exposed, then climbs up onto the top turnbuckle.  Rapid smiles and makes the Frog Splash sign before hitting a thunderous splash right onto the spinal region of Doc.  The crowd just stare in horror as Rapid laughs and parades around the ring.  Rapid finally goes for the cover on Doc, 1…2…But Rapid Lifts up the shoulders of Doc again!  He is not done yet, as he climbs back up onto the turnbuckle.  Rapid hits another huge frog splash right onto Doc, almost breaking Doc in half.  Rapid goes for the cover once more this time getting the three count.

Winner:  Rapid Fire Maldonado at 9:57

    Overall Rating: 41%

Laughing Larry:  Jesus Christ, what was Rapid Fire Maldonado trying to do to Doc Dean?  I can’t believe my eyes Brian, he had the win but he kept piling on more damage!  This is wrong, Doc could be out for weeks after this match and all Maldonado can do is laugh?

Brian Tegland:  Well I have to agree with you there Larry, but what a match we were just treated to here live on Closed Circuit Television, only available in Florida!  Doc Dean gave it his all tonight to entertain these fans and in his first match back since his knee injury it looks like he could be out of action again.  All I can say is what a match!

Laughing Larry:  Well Folks, that was just the opening match here on the very first edition of EWE Breakdown and we have so much more to come!  Right now my colleague Tom Bacon is backstage with former WWE Superstar Paul Birchall!

Tom Bacon:  Thank You Larry and Paul tonight you challenge Greg Pawluk for the EWE Platinum Championship in a No Holds Barred Match!

Paul Birchall:  Oh yes I do Tom, and I have to say I am EXTREMELY confident that I will win the match tonight!  I mean I have no worries about Greg Pawluk or whatever he likes to call himself as everyone knows that I am the future of this company.  I am a former WWE Superstar for heavens sake I mean, where has he ever been?  He thinks that he can really match up to my pure wrestling ability?  Ha Ha, oh that thought makes me laugh it really does!  As a matter of fact Tom, I have only one worry tonight and do you know what that is?

Tom Bacon:  That the match is a No Holds Barred Match?

Paul Birchall: What? No don’t be stupid Tom, oh God you do make me laugh!  It’s obvious that my main worry is performing in front of these gross insolent inhumane pigs known as the American Society!  I mean who in their right mind would want to be associated with this ridiculous country?!  I thank God everyday that I am British and was born in Britain; I mean can you seriously imagine what it’s like to be an American?!?  To face each day with decisions like what shall I have in my hamburger today, Mustard or Ketchup?!?  Ha Ha, Oh God, but can you seriously imagine being an American!

Tom Bacon:  Erm, all due respect and everything Paul but I am American…

Paul Birchall:  Stop talking now Mr. Ham, I just don’t want to hear it!!  I don’t want to hear how you think you’re better than me!  Why don’t you go and meet up with Sausages?!?  I mean who seriously has a surname like Bacon?  Jeez what is this world coming too…?

Paul Birchall walks away shaking his head with disbelief as Tom Bacon just stands there looking completely dumbfounded by the whole interview.

    Overall Rating: 37%

Brian Tegland:  Ha Ha!  That is the funniest thing I have seen all day, I wonder if Tom is going to go and meet up with Sausages?!  Maybe he fancies a slice of pork!!  Oh God, I’m killing myself here!

Laughing Larry:  Well let’s try and concentrate on our second match here tonight instead of laughing at Birchall’s rude remarks towards the society I was bought up in!  Coming up next we have a match booked yesterday by our Director of Authority, So Cal Val, Andy Barden will be going one on one with technical specialist Five Star Flash!

Five Star Flash starts the walk to ringside first, but doesn’t get far as he is attacked by his opponent Andy Barden on his way down the aisle.  Barden beats Five Star all the way down the aisle before throwing him into the ring and the bell sounds.

Andy tries to pick up the cheap victory by making the pin after the beating he gave Five Star before the match, but Five Star manages to kick out at two.  Andy hits Five Star with boots to the face followed by a harsh looking DDT.  Andy wastes no time in making another pin attempt but again only gets a two count.  Andy goes straight back to work locking in a figure four leg lock on Five Star who is screaming in agony on the mat.

Laughing Larry:  Andy is trying here to make the technical specialist tap out to a submission hold and think of the humiliation that would cause Five Star!

Brian Tegland:  This could be the quickest win we see tonight, Five Star hasn’t yet made any offence whatsoever!

Andy still puts on the pressure with the figure four as Five Star tries to fight his way back.  Five Star, realising he has no other option than to fight back or give up does his best to use his hands to fight back.  Instead, he manages to turn over and counter the move so all the pressure is now on Andy Barden and it’s his time to nearly tap out!  Andy tries his best to reach the ropes and just manages to get to them before any huge damage can be done.  Both men now have trouble standing up but Five Star manages to get to his feet first and lifts Andy up into the power bomb position which he successfully hits with authority.  Five Star goes back to working on the leg area of Barden, possibly preparing to lock in the Boston Crab later in the match.  He locks in a huge number of moves on the legs before finally going for the Boston Crab which he also manages to successfully lock in!  It looks like Andy is going to get to the topes, but no, Five Star manages to pull him back into the middle of the ring!  Andy has no choice but to tap out and Five Star wins the match.

Winner:  Five Star Flash at 5:56

    Overall Rating: 44%

Laughing Larry:  So much for an easy win for Andy, Brian!!  Five Star completely destroyed him in the end and the only reason that Andy even stood a chance at the start was because of that cheap attack before the match!

Brian Tegland:  Well that may be true, but how was I to know that?!  Anyway, moving on from that situation, Five Star put up amazing comeback and completely destroyed Andy in minutes!!

Laughing Larry:  Well, I am being told that we are going to now go backstage to EWE Director of Authority, So Cal Val who has an announcement to make!

The Camera goes backstage to a small looking office where the sexy So Cal Val is sitting on her desk in a short skirt and tight business top.

So Cal Val:  Well, Well, Well, the first edition of Breakdown and I have to say it has been great thus far!  But I have more surprises to come, because next week we are going to be having a HUGE match between two HUGE superstars!!  We are going to see in a one off match next week!  The match is going to be between a former WWE Superstar and a current NWA:TNA Superstar!!  Because oh yes, next week here on Breakdown on Closed Circuit TV in Florida, and available to download from our website, the main event will be Abismo Negro vs. Ryan Sakoda!!

    Overall Rating: 37%

Laughing Larry:  Oh my God!!  What an announcement there from the EWE Director of Authority So Cal Val, and next week we are going to see Abismo Negro take on former WWE Superstar Ryan Sakoda!!

Brian Tegland:  I can’t wait for next week now, but this weeks show is not over yet as we have to more matches coming your way!!  Next up we have TNA Superstar Cassidy Reilly taking on EWE’s own Hade Vansen!  We only bring you the best here in EWE!!

Cassidy Reilly makes his way down to the ring first with a big uproar of cheers from the crowd in attendance, who obviously are a big fan of the TNA rookie.  He slides into the ring and grins broadly as he awaits his opponent.  His opponent, Hade Vansen makes his way down to the ring next faced by boos by most, who simply do not want to see him beat Cassidy Reilly.

Cassidy starts the match with a quick drop kick to the face of Hade Vansen, who goes straight down like a sack of potatoes.  Cassidy runs around the ring with speed before hitting a splash onto Vansen 1…2…Kick Out.  Vansen gets up but is knocked straight back down with yet another drop kick, followed by a big time hurricanrana!!  Cassidy goes for another cover 1…2…Kick Out by Vansen, who just won’t stay down!!  Cassidy measures Vansen up for the super kick, but Vansen ducks and hits Cassidy with a massive hurricanrana himself!!  Vansen goes for pin now 1…2...Cassidy kicks out!

Laughing Larry:  This match is so fast it is difficult to call all of the action!  I thought Vansen was down and out early but he’s getting more and more back into the match!

Brian Tegland:  I want to see if Vansen can hit his patented scissor kick that will surely win the match for him!

Both men start to trade left and rights now as the match begins to turn into a brawl. Cassidy bounces of the ropes and goes for a clothesline which is reversed into a spear by Vansen who can feel the blood pumping now!!  Hansen goes for the cover, 1…2…3!!

    Winner:  Hade Vansen at 5:21

    Overall Rating: 43%

Laughing Larry:  Vansen!  Vansen with the upset victory here and he picked that win out of no where!  I wasn’t expecting that spear and by the looks of things neither was Cassidy!!

Brian Tegland:  Well everyone, the time has come for our main event here tonight!!  The winner of this match will become the very first EWE Platinum Champion, and boy am I excited about this one!!  Birchall really set the tone for this match in the interview he gave earlier and I think all this tension will meet boiling point during this No Holds Barred match!

A video package is shown hyping the match for the EWE Platinum Championship.  When we come back Birchall and Greg Pawluk are staring each other down in the ring!

All of a sudden both men just launch themselves at each other and the match is on!  Both men brawl all over the ring before Birchall takes control and throws Greg Pawluk to the outside.  Birchall follows and smacks Greg Pawluk right into the steel ring steps before mocking the American Crowd and spitting on a fans American Flag.  Birchall lifts Greg Pawluk’s head up once again and smacks it straight back down into the menacing steel.  Grinning evilly Birchall searches under the ring and pulls out a steel char.  He yells “It’s Party Time” and goes to bring the chair down onto the head of Greg Pawluk.  However, Greg Pawluk fights back and super kicks the chair straight back into the face oh Birchall who falls back onto the concrete floor. Greg Pawluk and Birchall are both wearing the crimson mask as Greg Pawluk slams Birchall into the announce table.  Greg Pawluk sets up Birchall on the announce table now and pulls a 20 foot high ladder from under the ring!!  Greg Pawluk sets up the ladder at ringside and thwacks Birchall over the head again with the steel chair before laying him properly on the announce table.  Greg Pawluk now clutching his chest, slowly climbs up the ladder until he is at the very top.

Laughing Larry:  Oh God!!  What is Greg Pawluk planning here?  He has Birchall set up on this table in front of us and he’s at the top of the ladder!

Greg Pawluk now signals to the crowd and performs the 450 degree splash from the top of the 20 foot high ladder, through the announce table onto Birchall!!!  The crowd in attendance cannot believe what they have just witnessed and a Holy S**t! chant starts up throughout the arena!!  Both men are completely out in the wreckage of the announce table and the referee seems to be the only one left standing!!  Slowly but surely Greg Pawluk makes his way to his feet and kicks Birchall hard in the head.  He rolls Birchall back into the ring and goes for the cover, surely this is over now, 1…2…BIRCHALL KICKS OUT!

Laughing Larry:  Oh My God!! Oh My God!!  How the hell did Birchall kick out of that move!!  That was unbelievable!!

Brian Tegland:  He has gone through so much in this match and must definitely want to have that Platinum Championship around his waist!!

Pawluk cannot believe that Birchall kicked out of that one and goes crazy hitting lefts and rights all over Birchall!  Pawluk goes for the cover 1…2…Suddenly the lights goes out!  When the lights come back up Pawluk is lying in a pool of his own blood and Birchall only has to make the cover.  Looking around surprised, Birchall makes the pin 1…2…3!  Birchall parades around the ring with the title belt as the crowd boo and throw rubbish into the ring at Birchall.  As Pawluk rolls over, on his back is scrawled Abismo Negro in Pawluk own blood.

    Winner: Paul Birchall at 17:26

    Overall Rating: 47%

Laughing Larry:  What is going on?  I know Abismo Negro is going to be on the show next week, but what happened here tonight?!  We’re out of time, join us next week on Breakdown everyone only on Closed Circuit Television in Florida!

  7. EWE Sign Five Workers To Written Contracts

In a shocking turn of events today, just one day before EWEs first ever show, EWE has put pen to paper and signed five of it's talents to written contracts.  The wrestlers signed are:

    Paul Birchall

    Doc Dean

    Five Star Flash

    Hade Vansen

    Rapid Fire Maldonado

    We asked EWE CEO Steven White why he put his money into signing these select superstars, and he has the following to say;

"In all honesty the reason I signed these workers to written contracts is that they are in the managements view indespenisble to the company and we are saving ourselves money by paying them on a monthly basis that per show.  For example, we were previously paying Hade Vansen $10,000 per show, which could easily have risen to $40,000 a month if he participated in every show.  However, instead we are now paying him $11,000 a month saving us a huge $29,000 which can be used in the development of other areas"

Many see this move by White as a very ambitious one, although locking Paul Birchall into a written deal is said to have been a very smart move
