Is anyone getting 'run-time error 3021 No current record' while playing TEW 2013 demo?

I am playing as administrator. I even redownloaded the installing file and installed it again. But it still gives me the same error message when I try to advance the next day, or try looking at other workers.
I've been playing TEW 2010 in the same laptop, and it never happened there.
NEED HELP
