At the moment Blu-Ray is outselling HD-DVD by nearly 3: 1 ratio and has about 10 times more videos coming out this year. Also he first high definition movie to reach the top between hd-dvd or blu-ray was blu-ray. It was only behind 4 standard dvds. Also despitite hd-dvd's months jump start on blu-ray; Blu-Ray has sold more discs is total(analyists saying it's because of the ps3) and there are rumors that walmart and many other big sellers are killing the switch on hd-dvd as early as next spring. Also this year exclusive titles to blu-ray are debuting such as all the spiderman moves, prirates of the carribean movies, harry poitter, matriix movies, lord of the rings, disney movies, and a one time exlcusive hd-dvd movie Troy is crossing over to blu-ray with many more extra features. And there are also plans of lowering blu-ray prices to current dvd priceses by the end of the year. And if nobody else on here is from the PSN undergrounf forums the first porn blu-ray has been confirmed for summer of this year.

Got both X-Box 360 loved it when I got it played it to death then i bought the PS3 that's the only system i play now i find the games look better on the system(got a couple games for both systems well bought it for one and rented it for the other and i like it on the PS3 much more), but it is an expensive system to buy and i know it sounds like a cliche from all fanboys but yes the blueray is awesome i have 10 blueray movies bought in just 2 weeks and only own one game for the PS3 but i do use it more for Bluerays then i do for game but i find games more enjoyable on it than the 360 as well, but offcourse the 360 still gives me more options right now, but i bought 360 only 6 months after launch and paid $500 plus tax for the premium, and well i got a discount on my PS3 since i friend at walmart so got it for $70 off actually.

Ok so i am experiencing a problem since i sold my first car no matter what race i win and it says i've unlocked a package, performance or visuals it will not let me purchase them in the safehouse customize menu, and also the car lots are all faded out meaning i can't buy a car either so i don;t know what to do....is this a bug in the game or just my game or is it suppose to happen?

About how long does it take to send in and get it back though and is it free? And more importantly i don't expect a 36 0 to break down after 2 months since have had my PS2 for over 5 years without a problem,m a 360 was a secure purchase to me or so i thought but if it keeps giving me problems i think i am going to buy a ps3 as soon as possible..... even though i am planning on buying one anyway, last gen i only had 2 systems ps2 and gamecube this time i want all 3 to evaluate all three even though i am happy with the 360 last time i was happy with the ps2 at least if i own all 3 i can give each a fair shot.

I only bought a 360 2 months ago and having problems with it already:(, was just playing NFS:Carbon today and got a error in the middle of a race after my controller stopped functioning and an error came up about the game being damaged or dirty only 24 hours after i bought the game brand new, luckily if it is the system i bought the extended warranty at EB Games anyway so.

I loved gamebiz 1 and it was really addicttive and i ruled at it, but gamebiz 2 i am really disappointed to i just cannot get use to the controls and everything is just not user friendly at all, it is too hard to use unless i cant get help at all i am uninstalling this game soon. pljus i've came across bugs right after i completed upgrading and always shuts my game down, and i don;t know how to get use to this game like gamebiz 1, Nino made this game way TOO HARD to get use to for the casual simulation gamer unless you are very dedicacted to spending hours on hours getting use to the controls right away then don;t download it, also if you played the old version gamebiz 1 it'll take you even longer to get use to thi gamebiz 2 trust me. Yes it has a lot of new features and abitlities that no other game has and it is freeware so i respect him for making this game that noone else can but he made it so non-user-friendly thati can't even begin to explain, sorry if i am being a little harsh but that's my opinion.

yeah it is freeware and the planned released date was scheduled for october 15 but the maker Nino(i believe that's his name) has announced it will be released either tonight midnight CET or saturday night CET.

Also if you the 360 premium bundle now you get 1 month free gold service so you'll able to play online games without having to worry about paying for a month and then you'll have money to buy a year subscription or whatever, i know because i just bought mine 2 weeks ago and went onto x-box live expecting only a silver level and it said since i have just recently bought a 360 about 2 weeks ago, i am entitled to 1 month free subscription to a gold level.

Does anyone know if Dre's cd is still scheduled to be released this year? I've heard quite a few times it was suppose to be this year and if it is then that's my most anticipated cd on the year, I'll also be picking up Jurrassic 5 and a few others but I am most hyped about Dre.

And also you don't need the psp to unlock Jake Roberts, all you need is the Action Replay Max, and you can unlock him using that, that's what i did anyway and i picked it up for only $50Canadian.

Yeah shareware usually has a time limit or some features disabled, once of the best, maybe the only really good one i found so far was Billionaire II, but most of them looks like shit for $20 or more.

So yeah like the topic says does anyone know of any sharewar games that are actually worth buying?

I have bought several games using paypal and I have money left in my paypal which I want to spend on new games, so far I have bought wrestling encore, billionaire II, gazillionaire deluxe, and a byond member subscription, but I have to find other games, I like sim, strategy, rpg, business sims, anything along those lines, if wrespi or tew05 could be purchased with paypal i would but yeah, so if you can help me out i'd really appreciate it, thanks.

I didn't mean by my post that his first X-Box was a used one i just meant that he went through 3 in all 1 used and 2 new, he had 1 new one then 1 used one but he didn't want to just give up on the system so he got another new one since he believed that all the glitches would be out of the new one but o well, I don't know if it's based on luck or what he went through 3 X-Boxes and I still got my first PS2 almost 4 years old and you said you barely had a hitch with your X-Box and had multiple PS2's. And I find slimline's less reliable as well, my step-father and my co-worker both as a slimline that won't play half of the ps2 games and especially the newer ones my co-worker can't even run nhl 2006, but my old ps2 runs every game without a problem, it had a disc error for a month but i kept alterating it from horozontal to vertical and it the error just disappeared completely for over a year now and I can play any game without problems.

I have quite a few games for PS2 but can't get into some of them will here are the games I am playing now

PS2: Smackdown vs Raw 2006, Arc The Lad: Twilight of The Spirits( just bought it 2nd hand wanted to start at the beginning of the series and I love this game, great rpg), Nhl 2006, and sometimes MVP Baseball 2005, I really cannot get into NBA Live 2006 though.

Gamecube: I only have 3 games for this and barely play it but I am getting Fire Emblem for this in about a week and I can't wait I loved the games for gba so hopefully this is good( anybody have any comments about it's gameplay good or bad or whatever let me know)

PC: Rise of Nations: Gold Edition, School Tycoon( Come on I had to try it, sim games are one of my favorite afterall....take it easy ^_^ ) , Chart Wars 3, EWR, Majesty, but I just bought the Diablo collection but I can't really get into it.

Same. Never, ever had a problem with the X-Box, yet I've lost count of the number of problems my PS2's had down the years (though it's been OK for a while now)

I feel slightly happier to have decided to wait for a 360. Still certainly after one, but I decided to wait a few months, and this relieves my somewhat.

Sorry lol I was in too much of a hurry to realize what forum i was putting it in, well I am still am going to buy a PS3 but I just want something extra for now and seeing as the gamecube is only $70 brand new it ain't that bad and well I'm am going to buy it 2nd hand anyway at a pawn shop...so either Xbox or Gamecube would add a little something different to my gaming until the ps3 arrives and well I still won't be getting it as soon as it comes out going to wait for the bugs to be worked out, so having something to play around with besides the ps2 would be awesome.

I currently have a ps2 and I am going to buy smackdown vs raw 2006, but i have quite a bit of extra cash and I want to get another system but I'm not really sure which to get...this is bit of short notice as I will be getting one of them in about 14-15hours. What would really influence me to get a certain system is the type of games available for each, my favorites are rpg and I know Xbox has Fable, and Gamecube has Fire Emblem and not sure what else, can you give me opinions on the rpg games for both systems and also which wwe would you recommend DoR2 or WM:21? And I also like simulation type games which I don't know if either system has a great simulation game. I enjoy Harvest Moon as well so if any Harvest Moon game is available for either system it would be great. I am sticking with my PS2 for sports games however so that won't matter and I am not into shooting or racing genres so Halo wouldn't influence me to buy the Xbox, but anyway can anybody help me here? I am really confused about which one to get.
