The news goes at the bottom so I could use the script that allows it to expand.

I left the box blank that way they could add anything I didn't include in the layout.

I don't like it, it looks like someone has upped the brightness of my monitor or something, need to see it with some of the content on their before I can truely judge what it looks like.
