Day 2 of The Road To Release the site has put up six new screenshots. The screenshots that have been released so far have looked great.

The tactics screens make it look like it is a lot easier to make tactics this year. Plus the star rating for the lines is a plus.

The team needs screen is great because now when you want to make a trade you don't have to go to every team to see what they need when you are wanting to get rid of someone.

One of my favorite new features though has to be the Scouting Reports. They have so much more information to read. Actually all the player related screens so far look polished which is a huge plus.

There might be a video of the 2d real time engine being released as one of the staff members hinted at it. If it is as nice looking as the Football Manager engine it should make me want to actually coach every game.

So it has been a few days since I lasted updated on the game.

Anyways there have been some more screenshots, interviews with various staff members and the first of many league travel guides (Sweden).

Also you can now pre-order the game and if you are a part of sigames.com and had ehm new to be sent to your email you will or have received a 10% discount. If you join the sigames site now you will probably get a discount code still. Discount lasts until Sunday evening.

I pre-ordered the game just a minute ago cost me $35 canadian ($31.49 US).

The first list of licensed leagues was released too.

I got it yesterday. A tremendously fun game, although I am having trouble putting together a winning team.

I did a few different drafts, and managed to put together a team that just slipped under the cap, with Spezza, Bertuzzi, Ovechkin, Datsyuk, Peca, and Modin all interchangable on the first two lines, and Redden, Regher, Meszaros, Preissing, Liles, and Boynton on the blueline. Also made some trades, sending out Datsyuk, and Peca in seperate trades, and looking to deal Bertuzzi off as he isn't producing well with the team I've built, and I could use a good draft pick or prospect, plus dropping his 5 mil contract will help in signing the younger players I need.

I'm loving this game, and all the new features, especially the new engine for viewing the games.

This is, like, the godliest game I've ever played, and I've only played two matches! My really young team fucking murdered Ottawa 9-3 in a preseason game. 9-3! Mats Sundin had six points! Four goals! GoGo is GODLY!

The first game I played pre-patch had Mats at a godly 9.45 average rating through 50 games.

Started a new one with the Caps though, got ravaged by injuries, installed the new 3.0.1 update and now am just barely scraping into the playoffs through 30 games.

To make this thread more active everybody should post their team stats every 20/30 games. I'll upload mine next time I have EHM open.

Whoa, that's not good. If this is any indication, Suglobov and Jeremy Williams would have good seasons, but Tellqvist is outstripping Raycroft in pretty much every areas.
