Dana's latest interviews all seem to indicate he's only interested in using ex-Pride talent to bolster the UFC and WEC. He also stated if Fedor signs, his first fight will be against whoever the UFC HW champ is in another unification fight. Combine that with K-1 HERO's getting more aggressive in going after talent and DSE rumored to be attempting another Japanese promotion, it appears safe to say that Pride is dead and UFC aren't looking to expand into southeast Asia anytime soon.

Ok again, I'm not putting anyone "in" PRIDE. Every roster member was a free agent and since they haven't aquired a TV deal in Japan they have put everyone they signed into the UFC and others have signed to Hero's and other orgs. If PRIDE was going to make it in it wouldn't have any roster members and would be there as a secondary company of UFC/Zuffa.

The contract for Shogun and other Zuffa members had portions of it saying it was a four fight deal with Zuffa and 2 fights were to be held in PRIDE and 2 in the UFC. However since the PRIDE stuff has halted without a TV deal they have altered their stances and things to do.

They are unifying the Pride LHW Belt with the UFC one. What are they going to do once it is gone?
