Old game - Biohazard?

Just wondering if anyone remembers an old game I'm thinking of. It was back in the days of Windows 95, was a side scrolling shooter type game, and you ran around shooting aliens? I remember the first level started on a street, then you worked your way up the outside of a building and ithen went in through the window. It was possibly called Biohazard, but a google search isn't bringing anything up about it.

I know it's a pretty vague description, but if anyone knows what I'm talking about that'd be great
