If having a Superbowl ring is what makes you better then Trent Dilfer is better than the likes of Peyton Manning. If Championships are the measuring stick, Trent DIlfer is higher on my fantasy board than Peyton

I used to like the Phillies. When they got Thome they should've at least gotten to the NLCS. They underachieved big time. Anyway, glad the Yanks are getting a right fielder, but where is Sheff going to fit into all this?

First off, I want to say I've jumped on the Tiger bandwagon. They're ahead by 8 1/2 games last I checked and show no sign of slowing down. The young pitching and great hitting of veterans and rookies alike, have led them to the best record in the entire league. But who really deserves the credit. Last year, most of the same players, and they had a dismal 71-91 season. So who can the credit be given to? New Head Coach Jim Leyland? New pitching acquisitions like Rookie Justin Verlander (13-4) and Kenny Rogers (11-4) and pitching turn-a-round Jeremy Bonderman (11-4) after going 6-19 just two seasons ago? Or a healthy Magglio Ordonez? Whatever it is for the Tigers, it seems to be working. Detroit Tigers 2006 dream season? Or Dynasty?

We all know who the best Wide Receiver-Quarterback Tandem are and they reside in Indianapolis. And with Reggie Wayne and Dallas Clark too, that is why Peyton should be number one ranked, plus the loss of Edgerrin James. The Patriots have won all three of their superbowls by only 3. That's it. When you can take out one player from that team, K Adam Vinatieri, and they lose...they're not the best team in the league.

No way the Cowboys will make it past the Panthers or Seahawks. The Patriots will finally be overcome by the Colts. The Panthers have many guys coming back from injury like big DT Kris Jenkins who has been injured for the past 2 years. Last time he wasn't injured, Superbowl appearance (sp?) for Carolina. Even though I'm a Steeler fan; The Ravens will make the playoffs but won't make it much deeper with teams like the Broncos, Colts, Pats, and defending champion Steelers, no way they mke the superbowl, or even the AFC Championship.
