The Patriot that was in the WWF was not Tom Brandi. It was Del Wilkes, the original Patriot from the GWF and WCW. Tom Brandi was known as Sal Sincere in the WWF, and he later stole Wilkes' gimmick (he claims he bought the rights to it, but Wilkes says no) and uses it in the indies.
