  2. Well, their Irish, like me and you. They released an album last year which went to no.1 called "So Much For The City" with songs such as " One Horse Town!,"Big Sur" and "Santa Cruz" doing very well. Their new album should be out about now, I heard them playing their new single on TRL a few days ago, sounded good. They are tipped to become even bigger. They look really 70's style too.

  3. There's so many Cd's around at the moment that I want to purchase but I dont know what ones I should buy or not and stuff like that. So can you guys give me your opinions on what ones are hot and which are not-

Therapy? - So Much For The Ten Year Plan (Greatest Hits)

Dead Kennedys - Fresh Fruit For Rotting Vegetables

    Black Flag - Damaged

    CKY - Infiltrate-Rebuild-Destroy

    The Distillers - Coral Fang

    The Distillers - The Distillers

Amen - We Have Come For Your Parents

    Anti-Flag - The Terror State

  4. How About Megadeth's cover of Anarchy In The Uk or Napalm Death's cover of Nazi Punks Fuck Off By the Dead Kennedys?

Well....I agree with you on pretty much all of that, other than the fact that Whiskey In The Jar wasn't a Thin Lizzy song. It was an old Irish folk song and I believe The Dubliners were the first band to record it.

Yeah your right, It was an old rebel song that we used to sing when you english owned us....

I think that KoRn did a great job of One as at that MTV Icon:Metallica show last year, they were the only artist that did a decent cover of a Metallica song.

  5. Soilwork- Don't know much about them but there suppose to be amazing

Arch Enemy- Do a brilliant cover of Aces High, and they have some great original work too.

Cryptopsy- Another amazing band in that genre.

  6. Trujillo > Newsted and also, by a fraction, moderately better than Cliff Burton, in my opinion, but he's held back by crappy material. And he's not a gorilla! He's....THE TARANTULA~!

I'm ashamed of you Skumfrog....how could you say that about Cliff? Seriously though, Burton is one of the greatest bassist's of all time and definetly Metallica's greatest bassist. Cliff < Everyone

  7. Heskey should of never came on. When he did, his facial expression suggested, "Where am I? All these players are better than me!" Damn right they are. You have to admit that Sven should have replaced Heskey a long time ago in the squad. He just isnt delivering the goods. It is a team game, but in the end, the team bottled it and lost confidence.

  8. England would of won with fucking Peter "The Cat" Bonetti in goal. Calmity James is so shit. I bet all ye english are sickened! Good though. Ye are too cocky. "Oh we're gonna win Euro 2004!". Face it, England are SHITE.
