I watched it tonight for the first time in ages. Absolutely brilliant! Jimmy Carr and Anne Widdecombe stole the show big time!

I really like the album! It is very hit-and-miss, though. My current favourites are Kaiser Chief's "Flowers In The Rain", Foo Fighters "Band On The Run" and The Streets "Your Song". I thought The Pigeon Detectives slaughtered Power Of Love (in a baaad way), and I don't really like Girls Aloud's Teenage Dirtbag.

Hit and miss, but worth the purchase/torrented acquisition.

I must confess, this diary did nothing for me in the first show...just seemed a bit rushed and too smarky. I tend to enjoy diaries that read like you're watching a show, rather than "I wrote this diary....oh, that was crap...oh, that was better....meh, bloody EWR!!".

But I notice you're a newcomer, so I invite you to have a read through other diaries on this board and see if it inspires you any further.

The most unrealistic part for me:

The next shot we see is MORDECAI~~~~! We see him praying at an altar, but we cannot see what he is praying to. He says it's is the giver of our lifeblood and declares we would not be here with out it. Wonder what it is....

You've done a really awesome job with this diary...

My only concern, is that you're pioneering the NEW ERA and the attitude era with a champion that stands for Tradition and old school values. :S

This has more of a plot than the Jackass Movie (in other words, this HAS a plot), so I'm interested. Was sceptical when I saw the thread title, but it could actually be quite interesting..

...but didn't "Personal Injury TV" go out of fashion in 2001? I mean, we had this masssive surge of programmes that revolve around people hurting themselves, which lead to lots of stupid, stupid, STUPID little bastards copying it at home...is it making a comeback or something?

Awesome diary so far, my man! I love the Sean O'Haire push, and you seem to be building everything else along nicely.

The only thing I'll say is...lose the graphics! Either that, or get somebody with the know-how to give you a hand with them...because the graphics are letting you down.

Buuuut, they are merely an added extra. Everything else you're doing is quality! Well done!!

I enjoyed the show, but I wanted to offer some comments on your Rattlesnake-handling, if ya weeeeel

"I don't give two Stephanies about that damned title" REALLY buried the NWA belt in my mind. If you want somebody to come in, you really want them to big up the significance of the NWA title. If somebody from a big company slags off the smaller company's title, it makes them look a little pathetic. You really wanted Austin to say something like "Ah've got one good run left in me...and ah want to end my career by kickin' that fuzzy, country-bumpkin's ass, and taking the most important title in this industry and puttin' it round the Rattlesnake's waist, AND THAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE...BECAUSE THE RATTLESNAKE SAID SO!"

Also, I wouldn't have put him in a six-man tag his first night in. I'd be all up for building up his first match to be on Pay-Per-View. I mean, his first in-ring competition since March 2003 was a six-man tag and not a strong one-on-one match. And the fact that you left him lying pissed me off a little. Sure, that would work for Team 3D...but Austin is a big star and you should've presented him a little stronger in his first show.

But I don't mean to be all negative...as they say, hindsight is 20/20. I enjoyed the rest of the show. The Mid-Atlantic title will give a bit more competition. You'll have a challenge to keep the X title from becoming a Cruiserweight title, now that you have another Heavyweight belt, but I'm sure you'll do both belts justice.

I'm looking forward to the next show...good work my man

Seriously, you could've just done a 2001 Scenario where the Invasion continued. No reason to enlist undead warriors to correct the issue.

I'm not going to go flaming you for using Eddie Guererro, as he does fit with the scenario. However, I really can't see how something this morbid (and involving 11-year old Bookers, no less) is going to catch fire. Still, if it's "how you roll" so to speak, then roll away

Create-A-Belt is MUCH better! The belts are cheaper to make, and you can defend them in any kind of match as opposed to one-on-one.

There's a whole new option in Exhibition called Title Match, where you can set up matches for both tag belts, both World titles, US, IC, Cruiser and Womens. You can also defend your home-made belts like that as well!
