  1. Ok, I need to refine a couple of things with Shay and lukie... What can I do to make the matches better?? I know for the heels I need to add in more of their attributes (choking, taunting fans, slapping their opponents and just treating them like shit, etc.) but for the show, what can I do??? I need your opinions BEFORE I post another show...

  2. oops... I should try again... If you are wondering as to why D'lo is there, well, on their latest show, Kaientai Gaora TV 11/04/04 "Outbreak" (Taped 09/18-10/16/04), he wrestles against Taka, and also on the show, is a man known as "Great Kosuke" or SATOSHI KOJIMA!!!!! hence why he is there. There is a women's Title, but under the UWA banner, and I have not seen it defended for a while...

Just to clear up a couple of things...

  3. Wasn't a bad show BUT I'm really not into this diary I'm sorry to say! Your matches don't really connect with me and they feel like they were 1-2 minute matches! Was really looking forward to Fujita/Hi69 and thought it was going to be one hell of a match but I must say I was let down! Your shows aren't that bad but you need to buff out your matches more!

Oh and I really don't think Satoshi would swear! Thats just plain naughty!

  4. Sorry for the double post, but I have to give the news... But before I get to it, I have finished half of the next show... post will come in about 4 days time, so I can go over all of it and make the nessasary changes... But now for the news...

More talent hired, TV ratings, Ayako Hamada's 3WA title defense!!!

    By Kayo Nojohiro, Nikkansports.com writer

K-Dojo's biweekly show was moved into a primetime slot, same day, and the ratings were great for the company, a 2.13 on the ratings scale.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

More talent to boost the women's division has been hired in the form of Etsuko Mita, Yuka Nakamura, and former JDStar Athress (Athlete/Actress) and shootfighter Mizuho Ishikawa. The 3 will be in the dojo in Chiba for a couple weeks, most likely making their debuts after tour.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Many people at the 20th TV tapings went nuts when Taka announced that Ayako Hamada will defend the 3WA World Championship against Ofune... But the current plan, according to AJW officials, is for Ayako to keep the belt... which is where I get confused.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Next Show for K-Dojo:

    Club-K in Kobe

December 3rd, 2004 (Airing on December 12th, 7:00pm, GAORA Sports)

  5. Well, I now have the second show in a while, now proving that this diary isn't dead... After this post I will go to work on the next show, but with school, I will stick to the once a week format till' Christmas break, when I can then post a bunch of shows...

Kaientai Dojo on GAORA Sports! (Taped November 20th, airing on November 28th)

Yet another great turnout to the second week of tapings at Chiba Blue Field, drawing a crowd of 288 to the 300 seat building to see Hi69 and Minoru Fujita headline the main, while D’Lo Brown made his return to the company after a 2 month absence from the company while in the US. Montage, Pyro, announcer hype, and we go to the first match… Or do we?

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

K-Dojo owner Taka Michinoku walks down to the ring in a business suit, seemingly forgetting that he has a match later in the evening… He grabs the house mic and addresses the fans in attendance.

Taka: It has come to my attention that All Japan Women’s would like to have the 3WA World Title that Ayako Hamada has around her waist defended against Ofune at the Club-K Invasion Finale in Nagoya. I say to that, ITS ON! Ofune WILL wrestle for the 3WA World Belt, and WILL give Hamada everything she has in her, because I know that she has the balls (He grabs his lower regions and shakes them) to wrestle the best in Japan. I also have some business to attend to. Hiroki! Are you still wondering who your opponent will be in Nagoya? Well here he is…

Out from the back comes Satoshi Kojima, full out decked in his mask and trench coat. He climbs in the ring and adjusts his coat before grabbing the mic from Taka.

Satoshi: Hiroki! You think you’re the best wrestler in the world, just because you hold the UWA World Belt! Well, you’re nothing!! You’re shit compared to me! You know for a fact that you can’t hold your own in the same ring as me! You don’t deserve the UWA belt! Hell, you don’t deserve ANYTHING!

Satoshi tosses the mic to the mat as Taka grabs him and restrains him slightly. Satoshi walks away from Taka and gets out of the ring, and begins his walk up the entrance ramp as the show goes to commercial.

    Match 1:

    Saki Maemura VS Apple Miyuki

The women open the show this week, after the seemingly great match between Ofune and Yu Yamagata last week for the Women’s strap. Lockup, and Apple gets control with a quick tug of the hair, and locks on a hammerlock, which Saki reverses into a hammerlock of her own, putting pressure on Apple’s right arm. Saki straightens out Apple’s arm, and then does a quick, yet semi nicely done armdrag to send Apple to the mat, and then locks on an armlock. Apple struggles to get toward the ropes, and the ref does his best to stay out of the way of the two, but finds Apple’s right boot in his face, and he readjusts himself. Apple reaches out toward the bottom rope with her left foot… stretches... and gets her foot on the rope, prompting the break. Saki lifts Apple to her feet, and then proceeds to toss her across the ring with an armdrag takedown, and then stomps the ever living hell out of Apple’s back. Saki with a nice snap suplex, cover gets only 2. Saki AGAIN goes for Apple’s back, stomping away. Apple is slow to her feet while the ref restrains Saki from stomping Apple into the mat, and Apple forearms Saki’s weak back and tosses her out of the ring. Apple follows Saki out of the ring, and picks Saki up from the floor… and then jams her back-first into the ring apron. Again, Apple pulls back, and again rams Saki’s lower back into the ring apron, before tossing Saki in at the 6 count. Apple covers… and gets a quick 2 count. Saki takes a nasty gutbuster, and Apple then proceeds to wrench on a crossface, with her right knee dug into Saki’s back. Saki reaches for the ropes… begins to crawl to them… and Apple brings Saki back to the center of the ring. Saki again reaches for the ropes… reaches… and grabs hold after crawling to them. Apple breaks and then pushes the ref away. Saki takes advantage and rolls up Apple, but gets… a… long… 2 count. Apple is up to her feet quicker than Saki, and she clotheslines her back down to the mat. Apple lifts Saki from the mat, and Saki throws a set of right hands that connect with Apple’s jaw, and the Saki throws a chop that echoes… and then Apple throws a chop that echoes… and then Saki, and we go back and forth with sets of chops till Saki gets advantage, and dropkicks Apple to the mat. Saki makes her way to the top-rope, and then proceeds to taunt Apple to get to her feet… and as Apple gets up, Saki flies off the top and hits Apple with a NICE hurracanrana into a pin, but she gets only 2. Saki yells something to the crowd in Japanese, and then lifts Apple… and hits the Saki Flower! Cover with a hook of BOTH legs gets 3.

    Saki Maemura [5:12] Apple Miyuki

My Rating: ** (Holy Shit!!! This was crazy good!! Now if all the other matches can be good…)

A quick video airs for Sambo Oishi… He shows in the video how good he really is… Or so he thinks.

I think he is just a bit into himself… I don’t know. He is a good wrestler and all, I just don’t know if he is better than Hi69 or Taka Michinoku…

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Match 2:

    YOSHIYA VS Pablo Marquez

A squash match!!! Yay!!!!!!! Not really. Marquez locks up with YOSHIYA, who just tosses him to the canvas. Marquez gets back to his feet quickly and gets a clothesline to the face on the run-up to YOSHIYA. YOSHIYA picks up Marquez and tosses him into the ropes, and on the rebound, Marquez takes a HIGH ANGLE back body drop, and YOSHIYA waits, stomping his right foot into the mat. Marquez gets to his feet… turns around… and takes the Big Boot to the face from YOSHIYA. Marquez slunks over on the mat, a small trickle of blood coming from Marquez’s nose. Cover, and there is a quick 3 count to end the squash.

    YOSHIYA [1:15] Pablo Marquez

My Rating: ¼* (Nothing going on here, move along son…)

    Match 3:

    D’Lo Brown VS Dj Nira

Yet another squash!!! Nira throws flurries of right hands to start, several of them staggering Brown, but not before a reversal of a Nira irish whip and a clothesline. Nira gets to his feet and takes a right to the face, and he staggers back into the ropes, and Brown tosses him off. Rebound, and Nira is sent sky high with a flapjack, and Nira crashes hard stomach-first into the mat. D’Lo lifts Nira yet again, and suplexes him over, and then taunts him. Nira is again lifted to his feet, and Brown again sends him sky high with the Sky High. The cover after gets 3.

    D’Lo Brown [2:17] Dj Nira

My Rating: ½* (At least Nira got some offence in… But still, a squash match. Nothing to see here.)

A video to hype the next match between Taka Michinoku and Yasu Urano airs… I think everyone knows how this one will turn out.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Match 4:

    Taka Michinoku VS Yasu Urano

Here we go… Could this be the 3rd squash match in a row? I really don’t think so, as Yasu takes the early advantage with a hammerlock. Taka reverses into a hammerlock of his own, and turns it into a side headlock, which Yasu then reverses into a hammerlock, and then sends Taka to the mat with an armdrag. Taka is quick to his feet with Yasu in tow, still holding Taka’s right arm. Taka reverses Yasu’s irish whip attempt and Yasu takes a sidewalk slam on the rebound. Taka kicks Yasu in the head and taunts him, and then lifts him to his feet. Irish whip, and Yasu takes a back body drop, although there wasn’t much height on the toss. Several stiff right hands from Taka, who then proceeds to dropkick Yasu in the face, much to the crowd’s delight. Taka lifts Yasu and snap suplexes him over, then climbs to the top rope… Yasu gets to his feet and Taka jumps off and KILLS Yasu with a MISSILE DROPKICK FROM HELL!!!!!! Cover gets only a… long… 2 count from the ref. Taka lifts Yasu and slaps him across the face, sending him into the corner, where Taka then decides to stomp away at Yasu. The ref counts to 4, Taka breaks, and then jumps right back in again with the stomps. Another 5 count, and Taka breaks… and then mockingly slaps Yasu across the face. Taka chops Yasu… and then Yasu chops Taka, and throws a wild right that connects for good measure. Yasu goes for a brainbuster, and hits it HARD. Yasu goes over to pick up Taka from the mat, and Taka jumps up and kicks Yasu in the face, spinning him around, and crasing to the mat on his stomach. Taka sits down next to Yasu almost casually, and then locks on the JUST FACE LOCK!!!! Yasu tries not to submit, reaching for the ropes… stretching out his right hand to grab the rope, moving ever so slowly toward the rope, and then finds himself inadvertently tapping out to Taka, ending the match!!

    Taka Michinoku [6:24] Yasu Urano

My Rating: ***¼ (Another great match!!! I was surprised when Yasu didn’t go for the cover after the brainbuster, but, I digress.)

    Commercial Break

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Match 5:

Sambo Oishi/Yumi Ohka VS Kintaro Kanemura/Yu Yamagata

And we get intergender action… Mayhem to start, with Sambo and Kanemura going out of the ring, while Yumi takes several boots to the gut and a suplex for good measure. Sambo comes back into the ring via Kanemura, and Yumi and Yu bolt from the ring, as to not get caught up in the mix. Sambo hits a couple right hands on Kanemura, nothing really staggering him, and Sambo runs into the ropes and runs into the big man with a cross body, which Kanemura blocks by catching Sambo, and then trying to do a fallaway slam. Sambo slides out the back and then dropkicks Kanemura in the back. Tag between Yu and Kanemura, and between Sambo and Yumi, who then runs in and dropkicks Yu in the chest with a front dropkick. Yumi lifts Yu, and gets a kick to the gut, and a backbreaker, which Yu changes into a submission hold. Sambo runs into the ring, but takes a flying neckbreaker from the entering Kanemura, and the 2 roll out of the ring while Yumi writhes in pain, Yu putting more pressure on the lower back of Yumi. Yumi forearms Yu in the face to try to break the hold, and slowly begins to get to a standing base, until Yu shoves her right knee into Yumi’s back, sending her to the mat. Sambo reaches out to tag Yumi, but Yu pulls Yumi into the center of the ring and locks on a Half Boston Crab, but Yumi is quick to the ropes before Yu can put any pressure on the now injured back. Yu holds Yumi’s right foot, Yumi gets to her feet, and hits an ENZIGURI FROM HELL on Yu, and then scrambles to tag in Sambo, and Yu is slow to tag in Kanemura, and Sambo is quick on the offense with a dropkick, and a snap suplex as Kintaro gets to his feet. Sambo runs into the ropes and hits a headscissor takedown on Kintaro, who then reaches out for Yu’s hand to tag in, but Yu walks away, jumping off the ring apron and proceeding to walk into the crowd. Kintaro gets pulled back into the center of the ring, and Yumi jumps off the top rope with a leg drop, and she then holds Kintaro down while Sambo climbs to the top. Off the top rope comes Sambo with a MOONSAULT, and the cover gets 3.

    Sambo Oishi/Yumi Ohka [7:12] Kintaro Kanemura/Yu Yamagata

    My Rating *½ ( A good clean match by all 4 wrestlers…)

We get a quick video segment to promote and hype Hi69… Yeah, I know, he is probably the best this company has to offer… he talks about how he is the real UWA World Champion, and how Kojima has no proof that he shouldn’t hold the title…

    Main Event:

    Hi69 (Hiroki) VS Minoru Fujita

I can just see how this match will end… Hiroki and Fujita lock up to start, and they trade hammerlocks and the occasional side headlock, before Fujita does a quick headlock takeover , and he begins to work on Hiroki’s head. Hiroki gets to his feet after a good 30 seconds, and he fights his way out by backing into the ropes and tossing Fujita off. Rebound, and Hiroki is sent crashing to the mat with a shoulderblock, and Fujita runs into the ropes again. Rebound, and Hiroki sends Fujita over with an armdrag takedown, but Fujita is quick to his feet and running at Hiroki again, who sends him over a second time with another armdrag, and he locks on an armlock for good measure. Fujita scrambles to get to the ropes, but Hiroki pulls him up to a standing base, and sends him barreling into the ropes. Rebound, and Fujita is sent over with a back body drop, and Hiroki is really on fire. Hiroki clotheslines Fujita down, Fujita is quick to his feet, and tastes another clothesline from Hiroki. Hiroki goes to lift Fujita up, and gets a rake of the eyes from Fujita. Hiroki takes a snap suplex. First cover of the match gets only a 1½ count from the ref… and Fujita is complaining. Fujita gets into the refs face, pushing the ref, but not before Hiroki rolls up Fujita with a schoolboy, but Hiroki only gets a 2 count, and Fujita rolls from the ring, seen calling to the ref for a time-out… and Hiroki runs into the ropes, rebounds, and flies over the top rope with a front flip, landing on the standing Fujita. Fujita and Hiroki begin to brawl next to the crowd, the two of them going back and forth with punches, before Fujita kicks Hiroki in the gut, and rolls him into the ring. Fujita tries to get into the ring, and Hiroki stomps away at him before he can even try to get his feet through the ropes. Hiroki pulls him into the ring, and hits a suplex, and he quickly pulls Fujita to his feet, and he then bodyslams him to the mat. Hiroki runs into the ropes, rebounds, and he does the DANCE LEG DROP! Fujita sits up, Hiroki is running into the ropes, and he punts Fujita’s face in with the TRANCE RAVE!!! Hiroki covers, and gets the clean 3 count.

    Hi69 [8:34] Minoru Fujita

My Rating: ***¼ (And yet another great match! Hiroki USED THE LEG DROP!!!)

  6. Ok, just to let some of you know, I need to go back and rewrite the ENTIRE event I have been working on, since the file I was typing the event on got corrupted when the power in my office went out (something about running too many things at once in the small room...). Event post in a couple days, followed by another just a couple days after that...

  7. Sounds like a good idea... Its just I am not the bset writer in the world, and putting together a 2 hour card, playing through all the matches on EWR to get the ratings, and then writing the show itself takes pretty long... Give me some time, I will get into a rhythm and then will be popping shows out like nothing...

  8. New stuff, and some good news...

  9. Ok, now here is the first show... I hand wrote everything, but used EWR to get the attendance and such...

Kaientai Dojo on GAORA Sports!- To Air November 14th, taped November 6th

From Kitazawa Town Hall in Tokyo, Japan (250)

K-Dojo's first TV show in 8 months drew a nice crowd to Kitazawa, an attendance of 250 to sell out the building, which could rise expectations for their upcoming large event in Korakuen Hall.  Opening montage, pyro, and the announcer hyping the crowd all happens rather quickly, and then we get the first match.

    Match 1:

    Yumi Ohka VS DJ Nira

Intergender wrestling!!!  Yumi goes nuts on Nira to start, putting the boots and fisticuffs to him rather quickly.  Whip off the ropes, and a clothesline follow up.  More boots, and a side headlock on the mat, but Nira gets to his feet and shoves her off.  Yumi goes to butt heads with Nira, and gets a chop...  But Yumi pulls a "hulking up" deal that gets me wondering if she was trained at a school that Hulk Hogan owns secretly.  Yumi then follows up with a chop of her own that sends Nira backwards.  STIFF CHOPS!!!  Another chop by Nira, and Yumi staggers back into the corner.  Whip across, and Nira follows for the clothesline, but takes a women's size 7 to the face and falls backward, but charges in again shoulder-first and crushes Yumi's ribs.  Nira smashes Yumi's head into the turnbuckle several times, but Yumi turns around and rakes the eyes of Nira to retake control of the match.  Yumi throws a wild right hand, and connects Nira's jaw, staggering him.  Yumi hits a suplex of the snap variety, but not exactly the best.  Nira semi no-sells, and takes an overhead armdrag, and Yumi then locks on a hammerlock for good measure.  A short rest of a good minute, and Nira is back up, but Yumi locks on a side headlock from the hammerlock.  An even shorter rest, and and he again gets to his feet.  Nira grabs the left leg of Yumi, and nearly kills her with a high-angle back suplex, dropping her (Yes, DROPPING) on the back of her head.  I can mark out to these moves for ever...  Cover gets a long 2 and Nira pounds the mat in disbelief (How could I have not killed her?).  Nira lifts Yumi, and then takes her down with a headlock takeover, but they don't stay on the mat for long, as Nira lifts Yumi, and gets a small package, but there's a long 2.  Off the kickout, Nira grabs the legs of Yumi and bridges over into a pin of his own, which gets 3.

    DJ Nira [9:41] Yumi Ohka

My Rating: *1/4 (Too long for an upset match in my book...)

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We go backstage where TAKA Michinoku and Ofune are standing in TAKA's office, Taka holding a box with the K-Dojo logo all over it.  Ofune grabs at the box, and TAKA holds it out to her, and Ofune sends her hand diving into the box.  She pulls a folded piece of paper from the box, switches the hand holding her little bubble gun, and opens the paper.  She says something incoherent in Japanese, and tosses the paper to the ground.  She clears from the room, and the camera finds the paper on the floor, with Yu Yamagata's name written on it.

    Match 2:

    Pablo Marquez VS Yasu Urano

Urano has a thing for green... But not the nice forest green, but PUKE GREEN.  This guy has problems.  Hell, even his music sounds weird...  Staredown pushes, and chops!  Lots of chops.  Back and forth they go, until they hit a stalemate, and they lockup.  Quick irish whip out of the lockup by Urano, who smashes Marquez's right temple with a right hand.  Marquez bounces to his feet off the mat, and Urano winds up a right haymaker, throws, but Pablo ducks, and hiptosses Urano over.  Marquez lifts Urano into a side headlock.  What's with all the headlocks?  Urano pushes Marquez into the ropes and shoves him off, but Pablo holds on for dear life to the hold.  He decides, and turns the headlock into a headlock takeover, and they sit on the mat for a good 3 minutes, and I have now figured out how to kill off a crowd in record time...  Marquez tries to keep Urano on the mat, but he finds a way to get to his feet, and pushes Marquez into the ropes.  Rebound, and Urano finds himself on the mat after a shoulderblock.  Marquez runs into the ropes, over the prone Urano, and hops onto the second rope... He tries for the cross body, but Urano moves from the vicinity, and Marquez hits the mat rather hard.  Urano lifts Marquez and hits a snap suplex for good measure.  Urano climbs to the top rope, Marquez is getting to his feet facing away from Urano, and Urano jumps off, dropkicking the back of Pablo's head.  I could say something right about now, but I think Marquez is dead.  Or unconsious, you take your pick.  Urano covers, but gets a LONG 2 count.  CLIP!!!!!!  We move ahead in the match via the clip, and Marquez is running off the ropes.  Dropkick to the side of Urano's head, cover, 2 count.  Now Marquez climbs to the top rope, and he leaps off with a missile dropkick that connects with Urano's head!  Marquez lifts the limp Urano, and implant DDT's him into the mat, and the ref counts 3 to keep these 2 men from killing each other with dropkicks.

Pablo Marquez [Clipped; 9:18 of 18:18 shown] Yasu Urano

My Rating: **1/2 (Good pace to the match, and I couldn't help but mark out to the dropkicks...)

Commercial Break- Goldberg returns to AJPW on November 20th!  His opponents: Keiji Mutoh and and Taiyo Kea.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Match 3:

Ofune VS Yu Yamagata (K-Dojo Women's Championship

Ofune is weird.  She has a certain goofiness about her that I really like...  But anywho, Yamagat pulls the staredown, turn around, and then charge in lockup start, and Ofune locks in a hammerlock which turns into a side headlock.  Yu reverses into a hammerlock, and then kicks Ofune in the gut.  Vertical suplex, float over into a pin, but there is a kickout at 2.  Yamagata crushes the lower back of Ofune with a backbreaker, and then stomps the back into a meaty paste. Yu lifts Ofune, and irish whips her into the ropes, and then takes a front dropkick to the chest from the rebounding Ofune.  Yamagata rolls into the corner, and Ofune runs up, and does a quick Spike Dudley stomp, and then jumps into a dropkick.  Ofune lays into the dazed Yamagata with a flurry of rights, and but Yamagata gets to her feet and knees Ofune in the gut to take back control of the match.  Standing hiptoss out of the corner, nicely done, and Yamagata moves toward the lower back of Ofune.  Yamagata locks on a Bow and Arrow Submission, but Ofune won't quit.  Yamagata keeps the pressure on the back of Ofune for a good 2 minutes, and then springs Ofune off into the center of the ring.  Yamagata rolls onto the ring apron, and climbs to the top rope, gets the attention of Ofune, and the leaps off with a missile dropkick to the chest of Ofune.  SMELL THE STIFFNESS.  Cover, but there is a long 2 count.  Yamagata runs into the ropes, and Ofune hits a desperation forearm to the chest.  Ofune staggers to her feet, and then runs up and hits a desperation Ofune-chan Cutter!  The ref counts as the two lay on the mat.  Ofune gets up at 6, with Yamagata following close behind at 7.  Ofune lays into Yamagata with a chop, and we go back and forth.  Yamagata throws and connects, Ofune throws and connects, and then Yamagata again, then Ofune with a flurry of chops that are just plain funny.  Hearing her scream at the top of her lungs with every chop she throws is just funny, if in moderation.  Ofune kicks the weakened Yamagata in the gut, and then hops onto the second rope.  She screams something in Japanese, and then jumps off, placing her right knee into the back of Yu's neck and drives her into the mat head first.  Ofune lifts the now limp Yamagata up and runs into the ropes, and hits the Ofune-chan Cutter a second time, which gets a quick 3 from the ref.

Ofune [10:24] Yu Yamagata (Women's Championship)

My Rating: ** (Good clean match.  I like the stiff moves...)

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Commercial Break- JDStar in TOKYO!!!  See Mizuho Ishikawa, The Bloody and 3WA champ AYAKO HAMADA take on Momoe Nakanishi in a 4 way match!

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Match 4:

    Sambo Oishi VS Taka Michinoku

FINALLY!  Taka makes the show in the semi main event, but this will most likely be HEAVALLY clipped.  Taka has had the same music since I can remember... Lockup, quick trade of hammerlocks, and an armdrag by Oishi.  They stare each other down, and Oishi throws a slap which hits the left cheek of Taka, who looks none too pleased.  Oishi throws a grouping of right forearms, and then whips Taka into the ropes.  Taka crashes into Oishi with a shoulder block, and then runs into the ropes.  On the rebound, Sambo hits an overhead armdrag, and then puts the boots to him.  Nice snap suplex by Oishi, who twists his hips and nails 2 more for good measure, and the crowd gets HOT.  Oishi lifts, sets-up, and hits a high-angle backdrop.  Cover gets a 2 count. MASSIVE CLIP!!!!!!  We move further ahead in the match, and Taka is taking a standing hiptoss from Oishi out of a corner.  Sambo goes to lift Taka up, and Taka hits a kick to the side of Oishi's face, and he falls face first to the mat.  Taka flops down next to Oishi, and locks on the Just Face Lock, and Sambo taps out at 9:29, according to the graphic on the screen.

Taka Michinoku [Clipped; 3:12 of 9:29 shown] Sambo Oishi

My Rating: *1/4 (From what was shown, this was just a squash match to get Oishi over.)

Up Next...  Hi69 VS Minoru Fujita for the UWA World Title!!

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Commercial Break- GAORA Sports shows NFL Football in the very wee hours of the morning, sometimes LIVE!!!  Not like that is a huge achievement, or anything.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Main Event:

Hi69 VS Minoru Fujita (UWA World Championship)

The big hyped main event is upon us...  They stare each other down, butt heads, and then push each other before locking up.  Fujita gets pulled into a 69 headlock.  Hi69's name is pronounced "Hiroki"...  Fujita pushes Hiroki into the ropes, rebound, and a shoulder block by Hiroki.  Hiroki runs into the ropes, and Fujita armdrags Hiroki over nicely.  Quick clip, and Fujita has a headlock on Hiroki, but is getting pushed into the ropes.  Fujita takes a nice dropkick, and then ther is another clip.  We come back and see Hiroki running the ropes and giving a headscissors to Fujita who scrambles from the ring.  Hiroki runs into the ropes and flies over the top rope, hitting the standing Fujita.  Another clip, and I am beginning to wonder if the match was really good or not...  Fujita takes a nice snap suplex, a ton of stomps, and then Hiroki runs into the ropes, rebounds, and does a little step dance around Fujita's head before landing a legdrop.  Fujita sits up, and Hiroko runs into the ropes, and smashes the right side of Fujita's head in with the Trance Rave, but he's not done.  He stomps Fujita in the chest, and Fujita sits up.  Hiroki runs off the ropes and smashes in the left side of Fujita's face with the Trance Rave.  Cover, and a 3 count ends the match.

Hi69 [Clipped; 6:10 of 12:14 shown] Minoru Fujita

My Rating: *1/2 (THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE UNCLIPPED!!!!! ARGH!!!)

  10. Oh Hell NO!!!!!!! The shows will be long, in a funny review kinda deal... I am working on the first show, and I'll try to post it on Friday. I am going to try to do a biweekly TV show (You can't do that on the game, so to compensate, I do all the shows, but only give a recap of the second show that is to happen the weekend the show airs... I know it is confusing... :D) but I don't know how it will turn out... We'll just wait and see. I know that K-Dojo hasn't really done a TV show in a while (I have the tape of their last TV show from March.), but I digress.

  11. I have been busy as of late, hence my last diary ended before I even started it... Now, with plenty of free time, I start a new diary...

K-Dojo owner Taka Michinoku has recently announced that he has hired Pablo Marquez, Yumi Ohka, and Saki Maemura to open contracts, while he extended contracts on Sambo Oishi and Ofune.  Saki Maemura and Yumi Ohka were hired to bolster the small women's divison in the company, while Pablo Marquez was hired to reform the tag team Nudy Rave.  The entire group of X's have left the company after they were involved in an inncedent with owner Taka Michinoku.

  12. Oops, mistake on my part. The first show was kinda a wash, and I have seen joshi promos... They kinda suck. Most of the time they are really monotonus. As for the diary, I will make the matches longer, I just had other things I needed to do at the time. The next show will be next friday, as a "weird" day/night event... As for promoting myself, well, it just came out. :D Won't happen again... As for the "WWE Diary like" deal, I may just drop that all together... but that means less posts for the diary... Oh well, whatever works. Puro Mafia? Lemme join!!!!!!!! :D Here is the news and notes for the week...

Joshi News and Notes for the week of September 18th, 2004

The AWA recently announced their first tour to run for a set of 6 shows, starting next Friday at their first Supercard show, set to take place in Komozawa, Japan. The nightcap event sees Kayo tag with Ayako Hamada to take on D-FIX, and Ofune takes on Uematsu and Yuyu in a handicap match.

Matches include Zap T VS Sumie Sakie for the 3WA World Title, and Amazing Kong and Chigusa Nagayo defend their 3WA Tag belts against and unknown force. The AJW has not set these matches in stone, however, and could change before the show.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

S-Pro is trying to sign more big name talent, including Azumi Hyuga, to their roster before their upcoming tour. Others being looked at include the Apache Sisters, and Takako Inoue.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Momoe Nakanishi has hinted that she may retire soon, although she has been offered a contract by both AJW and the AWA. She has said that she wants to get married here soon, and that her mark has been left on the face of Joshi.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That is all of the news and notes that I have for the time being, check back for more news on Monday...

  13. Harsh words... Note to all who want to know: I will be working a special practice show in my hometown of Carson City, Nevada for an up and coming company named UCW. I will be facing a good friend of mine, Theocide. I'll post results when I get back from the show on Saturday. As for the diary, I don't just throw together matches, I do have storylines. There has only been one show, too, so keep that in mind.

    The AWA

I needed to make changes. I was pacing back and forth in my office, trying to keep my mind set on the announcement I was about to make. Kayo passed by my office, but I just couldn't look at her. I was nervous. I kept my eyes on the floor and my mind on the task at hand. This was going to be one of the hardest announcements to make. I was never a good speaker in public, and I always seemed to throw-up whenever I got in front of a huge number of people. One of the production staff members came into my office.

Production Staff Member: It's time sir.

I didn't look at him, I just kept my eyes on the floor. I grabbed my notes off the desk, and cleared from the room.

    35 minutes later...

I walked back into the building, Mayumi Ozaki and Kayo lagging slightly behind me. Kayo sped her pace up, and grabbed my right hand. I stopped abruptly, and peered down into Kayo's face.

Kayo: You did good. You did what you needed to do, nothing more, nothing less. I'm proud of you.

Kayo kissed me on the cheek. She turned around and left the building. I let out a sigh.Things don't always go my way.

I walked into my office, closing the door behind me. I turned on the computer screen as I sat down in my desk chair, and looked at the screen. I clicked on the internet link and brought up the Nikkan Sports English webpage. What I fould was astounding.

    AWA announces tour!!!!

    By Kayo Nojohiro, NikkanSports.com writer

It is true!  The AWA just announced the first tour for the blossoming company, a 6 show tour starting next week in Komozawa with their first big show, and ending in Kyoto, with their second supercard show.  The following is the announced tour dates with the arena:

    AWA SPEEDTOUR 04'

    September 24th, Komozawa, Japan

Komozawa Olympic Gym (7,500) Day/Night Show Supercard

    October 1st, Fukuoka, Japan

    Fukuoka International Gym (2,500)

    October 7th, Yokohama, Japan

    Yokohama Bunka Gym (6,200)

    October 14th, Kyoto, Japan

Kyoto Gym (7,500) Day/Night Show Supercard

He also announced that after the tour, AWA will alternate a 4 show schedule in the AWA Training Center and in Korakuen Hall.  We'll have more news as it comes in to us!

  14. Ok, I noticed that you said I didn't have a whole lot of depth. But depth in what way? I need to know these things... I think I am going to stop featuring so much of the love sappyness, and work on the backstage elements... I also have seen the fact that I don't follow the way Joshi goes... I may be doing this in real time, but in a semi alternate world, so I don't know if I am going to change much in the way of shows. I will however, start to announce the tours, starting in the next set of news and backstage notes... That will help slightly in distinguishing this diary from others. I will also start writing up the news and notes from the week, and give it a full run in place of certain backstage things. I will also be making the posts longer in length... Thats all for now, I need to get some other things done...

    DJ Goofy

  15. Oops... Kinda messed up on that. Thanks for the idea for me to look at your puro diary, along with that, I will be using the 10 new tapes I have bought to help me... But on the fact about the 6 man tag... I changed that one after I had booked the rest of the show, since a 6 man tag really shouldn't be in a card that features the best tag team ever, LCO going for the AWA Tag Titles... Oh, well. revisions, revisions. That gives me an idea...

AWA on SamuraiTV Preview for September 24th

After the happenings last week, what will go down between Kayo Noumi and Mayumi Ozaki after Kayo won the AWA World Title? Will Mayumi want revenge? Will Kayo even be safe? LCO are the Tag Champs after last night, and who will be the next in line to be demolished? All this and more, only on Samurai TV, at a new date, Fridays at 9:00 PM!

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ok... Now for the idea that I had...

    The AWA

I was completly pissed off. Someone, without my knowledge, changed the card! I was a man on a mission. I stormed pass Mayumi's office, and into mine own, and threw mysef into the chair behind my desk, and tried to calm myself down. Mayumi walked into the office, an almost quizzical look on her face, and sat down in the chair in front of my desk.

    Mayumi: Problems?

I looked at her, let out a silent chuckle, and regained my composure.

Chris: I was thinking, how could anyone change the card without my knowledge? I had the main event set as a 6 man tag, and someone changed the damn card! I want answers, and I want the people involved. Nobody changes what I have set, not even you!

Mayumi looked at me with a sort of confused look, and stood up from the chair. She walked away. Kayo made her way in passed the exiting Mayumi, and came around the desk. She sat in my lap, and without warning, kissed me. She pulled away, and looked me in the eye.

    Kayo: You need a break...

She jumped up, and I followed her out of the room, her right hand firmly locked with my left.

  16. It is safe to say, I have met Kayo before... I have also met Ofune, and have wrestled in training matches with her over the summer... Now on with the show...

    Continued from last post

We go backstage where Mayu Kobayashi is set to interview Kayo Noumi, who is standing next to her.

Mayu: Tonight, we get to see history as Kayo, you take on Mayumi Ozaki for the AWA World Title. Any thoughts?

Kayo: I finally get the chance to win the World Title! And Mayumi, you stand in my way. Nobody can stop me, and you won't either.

Kayo walks away, and we roll into the next match.

    Match 2

    Michiko Omukai VS Ai Fujita

    The Match:

Omukai dominates the match, with Ai barely getting in any offence in. Omukai punts Ai around the ring, and at 12 minutes, Omukai hits the Shining Wizard to get the 3 count

    Michiko Omukai [12:04] Ai Fujita

    Commercial Break

    Match 3:

    KAORU VS Ofune

The Match: Standard beatdown fare, with KAORU pinning Ofune with the Excalibur at the 4 minute mark.

    KAORU [4:02] Ofune

Commercial Break (Those Starburst commercials are funny...)

    Main Event:

Kayo Noumi VS Mayumi Ozaki for the vacant AWA World Title

The Match: Back and forth in the first 3 minutes, with Kayo getting the upper-hand and sending Ozaki from the ring. Kayo follows with a NICE plancha over the top rope, catching Ozaki full on with the manuver. Afterwards, Kayo moved a second or two slower, evident by her right hand supporting her lower back after the move. Ozaki took control, and at 5:10, 6:33, and at 7:26 in the match, nearly won the match. Kayo hit a crazy hurracanrana into a DDT, busting open Ozaki at the 12 minute mark. Kayo took control from there and hit the Non Non Hunter at the 15 minute mark to win the Title!

Kayo Noumi [15:12] Mayumi Ozaki (Kayo wins AWA World Title)

    Quick Results:

    Emi Tojyo over Yuka Nakamura

    Michiko Omukai over Ai Fujita

    KAORU over Ofune

Kayo Noumi over Mayumi Ozaki to win the vacant AWA World Title

    Announced Attendance: 2,200 fans

    Actual Attendance: 1,933 fans

    Show Rating: 45.3%

Next Show: AWA on SamuraiTV! and AWA PPV 1

There you have it. Next week, I will be posting a Day/Night show, but in one post... I wonder how that will work. Also, I will post news and such as they come up in my game...

  17. Continued from last post

I walked into Korakuen Hall's main parking lot, which consisted of a small parking lot and an adjacent parking garage. I passed through the back entrance, and into the locker room area, and saw many of the different wrestlers that were booked for the show. Kayo walked up to me, already in her wrestling gear, even though the show wasn't for another 30 minutes, and she was in the main event. She passed me, blowing me a kiss as she passed, and I felt my heart sink. Ofune came up next to me and looked at me lovestruck face.

    Ofune: You like her?

Chris: Yes, why do you want to know? I think I happen to love her to death, if you ask me.

Ofune: You should give her up when you are holding shows. I think it might get in your way.

I looked at her, puzzled as to why she was giving me advice. She was only 19, you know. I walked away from Ofune, and out towards the arena floor, where the ring had already been set-up, and they were setting-up the entrance ramp and chairs for the fans. I looked around, sighed, and walked away, toward the office I had set for me.

    25 Minutes Later...

I walked out of the office to hear fans cheering and making their way into the building. I passed the production area, and walked over to the back of the entrance ramp. I peered out at the arena. There was a few empty seats, but fans were still filing into the seats. It was time for the first show to start.

[Note: I am giving a shortened version of the AWA show, due to me not having a whole lot of time till I have to go to work.]

    AWA on SamuraiTV!

From Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan (2,200 Seats; 2,200 Attendance)

The opening montage plays, with the music being "Tank", by Yoko Kanno and SEATBELTS.

A movie plays, hyping the main event featuring Kayo Noumi, Keiko Saito, and Chaparrita ASARI facing LCO and Mayumi Ozaki.

We head to a shot of the sold out Korakuen Hall, and we quickly roll into the first match of the evening.

    Match 1:

    Emi Tojyo VS Yuka Nakamura

The Match: Very straightforward match, with Nakamura being the aggressor. Tojyo fights back, and takes control at about the 3 minute mark in the match. Nakamura can't fight back, and submits to a nasty Bow and Arrow hold, with Tojyo wrenching Nakamura's back over her knees.

    Emi Tojyo [8:12] Yuka Nakamura

    Continued in next post

I kinda have to go to work... I test games... Will be back at about 5:30... Post will be finished at that time...

  18. Yes, yes, I know Ai and ASARI retired, so did Shimoda, and Noumi, but there are reasons for me bringing them back... They all have good psychology, which very few of the wrestlers have. Now for the second episode of the AWA...

    The AWA

I woke up in a terrible sweat, shaking uncontrollably, a light amount of blood trickling out of my nose. I slammed my head back into the pillow, and tried to re-adjust my eyes. It was all a dream. I hopped out of bed and looked at the alarm clock on my dresser. It was 9:30 in the morning. Time for the first show of the year.

    25 minutes later...

I walked into the AWA offices, located no more than 3 blocks from Korakuen Hall, which meant we didn't need a trailer to move the ring. Just carry the parts down the street, set the ring up, and hold a show. No more, no less. I passed by various staff members, some wearing a headset/microphone combo; they were my production staff. I walked into my office and looked at the desk. A letter sat on the keyboard of my computer, addressed to me in Japanese. I was lucky I could read my own name in Japanese, but I couldn't read anything else. I opened the envlope and a picture fell out of the letter. I looked at the letter, surprised by who had wrote it. "Thanks for last night," the letter read, and down at the bottom was the writer: Kayo Noumi. So that was the reason I was in a cold sweat this morning, I was feeling the effects of Kayo leaving in the middle of the night, and not putting the blankets over me. I slightly froze. I sat down in my chair and rotated over to the computer keyboard. I then looked down, and saw the picture that fell out of the letter: It was Kayo nearly naked, running out of my house. She had kissed the picture. I chuckled, and turned the monitor on the computer on. An internet article popped up with the news for today.

AWA's first event today, AJW results from over the weekend!
