It's a celebration! Dave Chappelle does have the best half-hour on TV and now he could have the best hour and a half on the big screen with these projects.
-
Apple Shampoo, it's Cosmo and Wanda! And yes, I agree that Fairly Odd Parents is basically the best show on Nickelodeon right now.
The best episode of The Fairly Oddparents, IMO, is the Friday The 13th episode where the President launches the missile. I love this line from it the most:
Secret Service Agent: Mr. President, you almost started a nuclear war. What are you going to do now?
President: I'm going to Escalator Land!
Just something about that reaction is just hilarious.
Like many have said, Rocko's Modern Life>Ren & Stimpy but Beavis and Butthead beats them both easily.

Because he was literally living out of a desk and he was getting made fun of a good bit by the other comedians.

BTW, what happened to that big one somebody was doing (might have been the old board) that had US, Canada, and World brackets? That one was shaping up to be pretty interesting.
Nobody was voting in mine so I ended it. The topic should be buried in among pages on this board.
Anyways, here's my votes:
Britney Spears
vs.
Tara Reid
Catherine Zeta-Jones
vs.
Rachel Stevens
Beyonce Knowles
vs.
Kate Beckinsale
Trish Stratus
vs.
Elisha Cuthbert
Keira Knightley
vs.
Norah Jones
Christina Aguilera
vs.
Heidi Klum
Mila Kunis
vs.
Ashley Olson
Michelle Rodriquez
vs.
Mary-Kate Olson
If the anorexic chicks beat Mila Kunis and Michelle Rodriguez, I'm gonna have some board users to kill.
EDIT: Okay, I won't kill anybody, but I'll be mad.

Dat Phan was the worst choice to win that contest as he only had two funny jokes in his Comedy Central special. One was about doing the Mortal Combat thing when he peed and him being the only Asian to fail math. The fact he beat out Vos is one thing but he also won a showdown against Dave? I think it was. Horrible ending to the show.
Phan only won because of the sympathy vote. Me personally, my favorite of last season was Ralphie May.

If I still have my inherited comic book collection than I should be able to read those. I don't think I do anymore, though.
-
Why? Is that because pop stars have to make out with each other as a publicity stunt to have a good show? Then again Tatu did that exact same thing last year at the movie awards so whatever. I'll be watching the awards despite the fact they snubbed the Freeway scene from The Matrix Reloaded for Best Action Sequence.

The Time Machine
I thought it was pretty interesting though it is obviously short.

I wanted Goldeneye to win.
Lookin' forward to San Andreas except the fact that I'll have to hope my cousin gets it and doesn't let it mess up unlike Vice City.

I really wish ESPN would play some more old games. Like when the Arkansas-Ole Miss game that went to 7 overtimes was on the other month, great stuff..
Um.....that's what ESPN Classic is for.
I need to watch that again. I remember watching that game the night it happened. It was, of course, a dang good game to watch.

Lightning, because it's nice to see a team that was the laughing stock of their sport rise to the top.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (Nintendo 64) 10/10 The second best game ever on the N64, IMO. You can only guess what the first woud be.
Mortal Kombat (Genesis) 7/10 Not a bad fighting game but I thought it would be better than I remembered. Even today, though, it is pretty gruesome though, with the Grand Theft Autos and Manhunts that have come today, it is probably tame compared to them.
Madden '94 (Genesis) 7/10 Even more nostalgic Madden.
Perfect Dark (Nintendo 64) 9/10 Gets a minor bad rep because of its high anticipation as the Goldeneye follow-up, and while it's not as good as that game, it is still a very solid shooting title.
Jet Force Gemini (Nintendo 64) 8/10 A good adventure title that unfortunately failed in sales. This is a long game to beat as well so gamers can have many hours of 3PS (Third Person Shooter) fun.

Add one more.
From Dusk Till Dawn 7.5/10 Grotesque ultraviolence, Quentin Tarantino (well, maybe him dying) , George Clooney, and Salma Hayek as a hot stripper vampire makes this movie pretty dang good. Shoot, even Juliette Lewis is pretty decent.

From what I hear, Beatnik, The Aviator is supposed to come out December 10th. I've also heard rumors that they may push it back to '05 as Miramax has loads of flicks set for December.
EDIT: Because Daredevil doesn't suck after all.

Bruce Almighty - 8.5/10 A funny film but more importantly a film with a message about faith. It's what a Jim Carrey film should be, a film with good laughs and a good dramatic sense as well.
A Knight's Tale - 6.5/10 The film is good when it doesn't take itself too seriously (i.e. not Ledger and Sossamon's scenes) Also, why does Sossamon look so coked-up in her movies? It makes sense in TROA, as she plays someone who did drugs, but it doesn't make sense here.

Disney doesn't own the Shrek franchise. Dreamworks does.

Just watched the trailer again. (I've seen it at least three times) It is still hilarious to watch. Also, (off-topic but slightly relevant) I watched that old Nickelodeon show with Christine Taylor on it. Honestly, she was pretty hot then, too.

Ozzy's "Flying High Again" and "Crazy Train"
The world has missed you, Randy Rhoads(sp?).
R.I.P. Randy

This isn't a Ben Stiller starring vehicle, he's just the villain. Vaughny is the star of the movie, and he's perhaps the most talented comedic actor out there. His deadpan delivery is absolute gold.
*cheers after being "saved" by Beatnik*
Yes, though, I like Vaughn better is the villain myself. His lines in Old School are genuis.

The early reviews for Joey have been great, but then again so were the early reviews for A Minute with Stan Hooper. The cast is as follows:
Paulo Costanzo - Michael
Matt LeBlanc - Joey Tribbiani
Drea de Matteo - Gina Tribbiani
Ashley Scott - Allison
It's also been reported that Jennifer Coolidge has joined the cast, which in my opinion cheapens the whole thing. I've always thought that Drea de Matteo was horrible on The Sopranos, so I guess it all comes down to how funny Matt LeBlanc and Paulo Costanzo can be.
Yes, Beatnik. No one can truly predict what will be successful and what won't. The best example of this in my mind is The Matrix trilogy (yes, I know it's film but I'm making an example). While the orginal and Reloaded were massive success, when Revolutions came out, it flopped. (although it didn't help it much with the cliffhangerish ending)

Because Mega Drive > J00.
Seriously, I don't know. I always thought that Mega Drive made more sense anyway - going along similar lines as the name 'Master System'.
Mega Drive was also the name in Japan, I think. I don't know either.

*loses respect for ROC*
This movie looks like every other Ben Stiller movie (read: shitty). He's got his Zoolander voice and schtick again. I hope Ben Stiller retires soon, or at least stops making movies with the same gimmick and cast all the time.
Yes, but at least he ain't the same down and out guy he hasn't been in his past six films (excluding S&H). And this film has Vince Vaughn, too. Almost any film with Vaughn deserves at least one viewing.
EDIT: And he definitely doesn't act like Zoolander in this.
-
Okay, who else is looking forward to this? Two more weeks until it opens.
-
Dang I forgot one:
Sonic 1 - 8/10 Not as good, I guess but that's probably because I played this way after Sonic 2, 3, and S&K.
Rick James Movie!!! Uh... Bitch!

From what mtv.com is saying, he probably will.
