You should just start cutting all pictures in black and white, would be interesting to see some of the current guys like that.
If you had to pick a cut off, I would stop at the attitude era also though.
I don't usually do older scenarios, but digging the black and white.
That's actually pretty easy to do, just open a picture and convert it to black and white in paint.net or something similar. I'll do some if you want any specifically.
That would be cool, just to see how a couple look.

The last one preferably without the titles. Thanks in advance.
I can't take titles off pictures and stuff like that, but here they are;
Claudio Castagnoli, Batista with WWE and World Heavyweight Championships, Lucky Cannon

What other Aussies have been doing commentary during the World Cup? Ian Chappell is horrible.
Ricky Ponting is a clown.
Hell of a spell from Hafeez today. I still don't like him being on the team but his bowling has been getting better. 7-0-12-1 is impressive.
You like stating the obvious don't you?
Looks like we're gonna lose this easily, but Krezja, Lee and Smith could hopefully do something.
Amazingly, we haven't lost a World Cup match in a whole decade. We've been pretty ordinary in every other limited overs comp.
EDIT: Tom Moody's on now, he's an Aussie, and one of Tubby, Healy or Slater is probably there too.

can't think of a country that wears both yellow and blue
Australia have previously, and though I'm certainly no expert on this, I'd guess one or two of Colombia, Ecuador, Romania or Ukraine would too.

We should've crushed Kenya, but they end up with 6 for over 250. Still got the win but the Aussie bowling attack needs a hell of a lot more consistency.
-
And secondly?

I've been more disappointed by Kenya. I've seen them as being right up there with Zimbabwe and Bangladesh (if not better) for the last 5 or 6 years now.

nathanHauritz4PM?

Ah bugger it, I'm not even a donator.

I reckon they look great, was thinking earlier that if one team was to have surprisingly good shot at the flag, it could be them. Grundy, Pyke, White, Jack, Rohan, Dennis-Lane and Jetta all seem to progressing well for them, so they seem good for the future.
And yeah, don't expect much from GWS, at least not until they get a few big names and/or any interest in New South Wales.
EDIT: Just created the DT league. League code:
844089
. I've set it up so that once you're a member, you can invite others to join.

Footy season's starting again, and I for one am interested to see how the Gold Coast experiment works out. The NAB Cup's on now, and despite some pointless rules and a "3 matches in one night" for the first round, there should also be some talented youngsters getting a run against some top opposition.
Also, is anyone interested in an EWB AFL Dream Team comp this year? I'll create a league for us if enough people are interested.

Half the Italian rugby team too.
Yep, and Australia are just our prison team.
We've been playing like that at the moment.
How did Canada end up with so many non-Canadian's anyway? Do those players play out there or something?
Only Canadian guy I know of is John Davison who played for South Australia for a while as a decent all-rounder, but with the less professional teams in any sport it generally does tend to happen that guys from overseas either move there to play for an international team, or are just the best guys available.

Finally, general tennis discussion!
He does look promising for someone so young, and has shown he has the stamina to play long matches too.

Damn. They certainly were great though, and after 13 years and a few side-projects I guess it really isn't all that surprising that they've split. Even after they've finished, the Stripes still have a massive fanbase, so I wouldn't be too surprised if they do come back at some point in the future.

Can't believe Jayasuriya's still going as it is, but Tendulkar might keep playing for another few years. Fairly happy with the Aussie squad, but what more could Brad Hodge have done to get in? At least Hauritz is there as main spinner though I can easily see Smith playing most matches instead. Mike Hussey and Hauritz have both been injured recently, as have a lot of England's top players.
Looking at some of the other squads, Ed Joyce is representing Ireland, not England. Kenya still have Otieno, Odoyo and Tikolo after at least a decade now, India however seem to constantly change their fast bowlers. Ishant Sharma, RP Singh, Sreesanth and Irfan Pathan are all out. Sri Lanka actually have a pretty good chance this time, especially if Sangakkarra and Malinga hit some good form at the right time.
-
What has gotten into the Kiwis though? Their bowling lineup seems average at best right now and their batting doesn't scare me one bit either.
That's been the case for a while now. Vettori aside, their bowling lineup is fairly average with no real standouts. As for batsmen, only Taylor, Oram and McCullum have been particularly impressive. They always play better against Australia though >_<
-
But would it sound better as Michael Metrey? The only reason I can see for why he's there instead of Monty Panesar is that Yardy is more of an all-rounder than a frontline spinner, and that was working at the start of the series.

Looks OK to me

Hope the selector's pick Lee for tests now despite his age, so long as he continues with all this good form.
-
Damn. Ferrer loses in 4 because he couldn't win a couple of tie-breaks. Gutted for him, the guy's an incredible fighter who is never recognised for being as good as he is.
So Li Na vs Clijsters is an evening match tomorrow, I think the men's will be too on Sunday. Temperature rising to 31C tomorrow and 40 the day after.
Bryans vs. Bhupathi/Paes and Hanley/Chan vs. Nestor/Srebotnik in men's and mixed respectively are still to come; Dulko and Pennetta won the women's today. Hanley and juniors finalist Luke Saville are our only chances for an Aussie to win this year. There is an Aussie finalist in the women's wheelchair singles, but her opponent's been unbeaten for the last few years I think.

anyone have a pic of reno, the wall, buff bagwell, circa 2000?
I'd have to be guessing, but these seem to be about the right time

Li Na wins after a very tough three set match. I think what Wozniacki is lacking is enough power at the moment to get a Grand Slam when compared to the other top players, but definitely is in great shape for the future.

I was talking about the batting with that previous post, but 2 wickets in 2 balls is fine by me![:D](//content.invisioncic.com/r229509/emoticons/default_biggrin.png)
