I Think Martin Jol took a team who thought they were bigger than the world down a peg or two and has put players in their place and now were seeing the best of spurs . Like Mickey Brown , i always liked him but this season he has been fantastic going forward , Carrick has been brilliant defensively , even Freddy Kanoute who i feel is poor has played well this season .

I Also applaud Jol's decision to leave Defoe out today , Any other manager wouldve stuck Defoe in just because of the hat trick against the saints , knowing if we lost today (Which we might have done , they had 1 cleared of the line and hit the post) he wouldve got it in the neck .

But being 3 points behind liverpool and lying in 7th at christmas , Can we dare mention the "E" word around the lane ?

(E being Europe for those that aint got it yet)

Martin Jol has promised to play attractive football which would be a nice return.

Also I've heard horrible rumours that to get Redknapp to sign a one year extension last year he's got a clause in his contract that saus if he's fit he plays! Awful news, especially with Carrick being a midfield genius. Hopefully Patrik Viera will go in foolishly on Redknapp, take him out leaving him injured for a few months, get sent off and then banned for a few games.

Did anyone see the keeper in the U16 Game today ? Hes was a young Spurs keeper that goes to my school and he look really solid today . Possible one for the future , or hell be on the bench all season and get forgotten like the legend rob burch

All i can say about Spurs at the moment is we are in desperate need of another center back to play with Ledley And another left winger because Atouba is one of the worst players to ever where that lily white shirt . Santini shouldnt be in charge if he continues to play poor football . our full backs dont get forwards , edman has got one of the best crosses in the team (the cross to Larsson for sweden @ the euro was by this man)

Our captain isnt inspirational , hes a tart who dont run . We dont play to our strengths , which is playing football and not whacking the ball up the field which is what i have seen since santinis taken over . I Feel cheated to pay over £200 for a season ticket and we play awful football which is one reason we shouldve kept hoddle .

Saturday we will most likely get a draw and god bless us when we face Arsenal next week

Let's not be silly - Hoddle was a fucking prick. At least George Graham had Spurs drilled, abeit took bribes and sweeteners. I totally agree with the Atouba thing - he is fucking awful, I'd give Gardner a run at centre back and I'd make Ledley King captain. How aren't we winning games with a team like:

That, on paper, is a good team - nice mix of youth and experience and fairly talented with players like King, Paramot and Sean Davis who will run their hearts out.

For me Soccer is my life . I Watch it (live and on TV) , I Play it , I read about it, I Talk About it , I Would eat it but that would include eating shit from spurs and its the most awful taste ever in history.

I Support Spurs and i support them with a passion this season i will be at every home game and i sing my heart out . does it help the players ? most probally not but i do it for pride and its the same reason i loathe Arsenal and West Ham . they havent offended me personally but its all about pride and rivalry. i know soccer isnt big in the US but in the UK 3/4 of all boys support a team and if results dont go theyre way they get stick .

Danny Murphy is better than all our midfielders ( apart from sean davis maybe ) if you dont think that murphy deserves a place in front of Jackson And Redknapp i dont know what you think will make a good club
