  2. "Enter the Moving City"

    Attendance: 43

    Overall Card Grade: F (53%)

Pro Wrestling NEO-GEN presented a solid card that saw a Dojo Rookie debut, a up and comer from Japan make his NEO-GEN Debut and an impressive tag team tournament.

Ryusuke Taguchi vs. Paul Johnson - Time Limit: 15 Minutes

    - The opening match featured NJPW Young Lion Ryusuke Taguchi make his NEO-GEN debut against fellow Young Lion Paul Johnson. The experience level was clearly seen as Taguchi dominated Johnson from bell to bell, with Johnson refusing to quit. Taguchi impressed me in this match and has one of best looking drop kicks around. Johnson seems to be struggling for results with yet another opening match loss. Taguchi finished off Johnson with a Cross Arm Suplex Hold for the three count.

Winner: Ryusuke Taguchi at 5:11 via Cross Arm Suplex Hold

    Workrate: B- (81%) Heat: F (10%) Overall: F (45%)

Rico came out following the opening match and said that his trip to Japan was more than successful. He had discovered a fed that impressed him greatly and has invited one of the owners to view a NEO-GEN show.

    Promo Grade: D (66%)

Tony Zaretti vs. Dwight Douglas - Time Limit: 15 Minutes

    - The second of the "young lion" matches featured Tony Zaretti and Dwight Douglas. Douglas has taken a deep from near the top of the card down to Young Lion level. On the other hand, Zaretti has been having a successful run on the opening match level. Douglas' slump seems to continue as he would be defeated by the smaller heavyweight Zaretti and fell to the rookie killing crab hold. Zaretti appealed for an opportunity to take on Josh Harrington following his win claiming that he can give him a good fight. Douglas walked to the back with his head down in shame.

Winner: Tony Zaretti at 7:20 via Crab Hold

    Workrate: B- (81%) Heat: F (10%) Overall: F (45%)

High Rollers Tag Tournament Semi-Final: Alvin Jones & Michael Robinson vs. Keiji Sasaki & Keiji Sakoda - Time Limit: 60 Minutes

    - The first match in High Rollers tag tournament featured a rejuvenated Alvin Jones and junior heavyweight Michael Robinson took on Team KEIJI. Jones and Sasaki started off the match and Jones attacked Sasaki as soon as the bell rang unleashing a furious rounds of punches. Sasaki fought back with strikes of his own, and eventually get the better of Jones who tagged out to Robinson. Robinson was outmatched by Team Keiji due to his lack of size. Despite the size difference, Robinson would fight hard, troubling Sakoda with his various submission techniques. The match ended when Jones isolated Sakoda and connected with a devestating right hook that sent Sakoda down to the mat and the referee counted the 10 and declared victory to Jones and Robinson. Jones taunted Sasaki after the match continuing his appeal for a title shot.

Winner: Alvin Jones & Michael Robinson at 10:45 via KO (Jones beat Sakoda)

    Workrate: C (77%) Heat: F (37%) Overall: F (57%)

High Rollers Tag Tournament Semi-Final: Josh Harrington & Thomas Moore vs. Tito Gonzalez & Chuck Howard- Time Limit: 60

    Minutes

    - The second semi-final was between Harrington and Moore against Gonzalez and Howard. This was mostly a continuation of the Gonzalez - Harrington feud and the two became the focus of the match. Moore was isolated by Howard and Gonzalez and was attacked with punch rushes and various double team moves. Eventually, Moore would get the hot tag to the Harrington and turn the match around. Despite the rush, Gonzalez stopped it with a vital part attack and almost had the match won, before Moore broke up the pinfall. Yet in the end, the pro-wrestlers would prevail over the mixed martial artist as Harrington stunned Howard with a right high kick and followed it up with a German Suplex Hold, while Moore restrained Gonzalez to move on to the finals.

Winner: Josh Harrington & Thomas Moore at 14:33 when Harrington used a German Suplex Hold on Howard

    Workrate: C- (73%) Heat: F (40%) Overall: F (56%)

Derek Riggs Debut Match: Derek Riggs vs. Iceman - Time Limit: 30 minutes

    - When NEO-GEN opened its door and presented its first card, the second Dojo class entered without any major fanfare. The first of the second class of Dojo Entrants Derek Riggs made his debut against the powerful and undefeated Iceman. Riggs showed impressive technique and resembled someone with shoot fighting background. Iceman was troubled for a short while with the aggressive nature of Riggs, but experience would prove to be the difference maker and managed to trap Riggs in a front sleeper. Riggs showed unbelieveable strength managing to pick up Iceman, but in the end found himself tapping out to the Iceman.

Winner: Iceman at 9:51 via Front Sleeper

    Workrate: C (74%) Heat: F (25%) Overall: F (49%)

High Rollers Tag Team Tournament Finals: Alvin Jones & Michael Robinson vs. Josh Harrington & Thomas Moore- Time Limit: No Time Limit

    - The finals of High Rollers featured two men who wanted a shot at the NFA Heavyweight title and a win here would put one man in prime position for the title shot. Jones continued his mean-streak once again attack Thomas Moore aggressively. Moore was busted open due to the attack from Jones. Robinson faired a lot better in this match attacking Moore's knees with a myriad of low kicks and the attack on the knees started ot take its toll on Moore and soon the Texas was limping around the ring. Once Harrington got into the the momentum changed and the pace quickened. Jones and Harrington would trade kicks back and forth with neither man getting a real advantage. Harrington managed to spike Jones with an exploder suplex before tagging in Moore. Robinson ran into the ring and distracted Harrington, which left Moore alone against Jones. Moore would pick up Jones and try for a German Suplex, but Jones rolled through and locked Moore into a kneebar. The pain was too much for Moore and he had no choice but to tap out. Following the match, Jones and Robinson were awarded their trophies and checks for $10,000 and after the media photos, Jones made another appeal for the title shot.

Winner: Jones and Robinson at 12:44 when Jones used a kneebar on Moore.

    Workrate: C (74%) Heat: F (25%) Overall: F (49%)

    - Solid card that advanced feuds. Jones is looking like a monster and making heavy strides to a potential title shot. Riggs did a lot to impress the NEO-GEN crowd giving the much hated Iceman a challenge. Taguchi is a great young prospect and I look forward to more of this kid.

Pro Wrestling NEO-GEN wrestler Rico Constantino has gone to Japan to visit old friend Brock Lesnar. He is also going to scout talent from various promotions and see if they would like to go work in America for NEO-GEN.

Josh Harrington recently commented about his tag team partner Thomas Moore. Harrington said that: "Even though Moore still has some ground to make up, he is happy to have Moore as his partner going into the Tag Tournament.

  5. "VERTIGO"

    Attendance: 42

    Overall Card Grade: F (53%)

NEO-GEN gave us a simple card and not major surprises took place. It is amazing the progress that NEO-GEN has made in recent times. As a packed crowd of 42 came to the show to enjoy some top-notch entertainment.

Michael Robinson vs. Paul Johnson - Time Limit: 15 Minutes

    - A pair of the "young lions" of NEO-GEN went head to head in the opening contest. The gap between Johnson and Robinson has apparently closed, as Johnson proved to be stronger than the last time the two met. Johnson troubled Robinson with his quickness and high flying moves. Johnson's move set improved a little more, hitting a plancha to the outside on Robinson. Both men showed fire and unrivaled hatred for one another. With the time limit dwindling, Robinson had Johnson trapped in the rookie killing crab hold, but Johnson held on and forced the time limit draw. The two have set a solid base for future junior heavyweight matches in NEO-GEN and the time limit draw proves that these two are evenly matched.

    Time Limit Draw

    Workrate: C (77%) Heat: F (27%) Overall: F (52%)

Rico came out and announced that at the next show that there would be an one-night tag tournament and the winners would receive $6,500 each. He also brought in dojo boy from ringside Derek Riggs and said that at the next show, he would be making his debut. Riggs, dressed in Dojo Boy bowed to the audience, and announced his plans to further expand the influence of NEO-GEN's junior division in both wrestling and MMA.

    Promo Grade:F (45%)

Tony Zaretti vs. Iceman - Time Limit: 15 minutes

    - The "Junior Killer" Tony Zaretti met his match in the second match of the night in a more experienced fighter, Iceman. Zaretti and Iceman produced an awesome match due to the both of them having similar styles that blended extremely well. It was a fairly short, and Zaretti dominated Iceman with his size advantage. Zaretti almosted had Iceman following a lariat that nearly took Iceman's head off. Zaretti signalled the end, before setting up Iceman for a powerbomb, but on the way down Iceman trapped Zaretti in a triangle choke. Zaretti tried desperately to break the hold, slamming Iceman against the mat, but Iceman would not let off and would force Zaretti to tap out.

Winner: Iceman at 6:53 via submission (Triangle Choke)

    Workrate: C (72%) Heat: F (30%) Overall: F (51%) Minutes

Josh came out first and went on the mic and told the fans that he is still hurting from his recent losses and that he is not ready for a title shot, but he has something more important business to get to such as winning the Tag Tournment and then taking care of his rivals Bas Rutten and Tito Gonzalez and challenged Tito to a pro-wrestling match and he would be waiting for Gonzalez's response eventually.

    Promo Grade:F (59%)

Dwight Douglas vs. Josh Harrington - Time Limit: 20 Minutes

    - Harrington finally got back on the winning track following two consecutive losses. Douglas was going for a flash victory and trying to take advantage of Harrington's slump and was starting to show signs of improvement and almost defeated Harrington following a chokeslam. Yet Douglas has much learning to do as Harrington clearly outmoved him here. Despite having many near falls, Harrington's ability proved to be the deciding factor as in the end, Harrington would pin Douglas with a German Suplex Hold.

Winner: Josh Harrington at 12:46 via pinfall (German Suplex Hold).

    Workrate: D+ (68%) Heat: F (34%) Overall: F (51%)

Thomas Moore took the mic and hyped up his quest to become one of the best in NEO-GEN and said his match against Alvin Jones would be his first step on route to a match against Bas Rutten and ultimately becoming the NFA Heavyweight champion. Moore gave some info on his background and said that he comes from a state where many greats have come from: Dusty Rhodes, Barry Windham, Stan Hansen and The Funks, and he wants to add the name Moore to that list. He also asked Josh Harrington, if he could be his partner going into the tag tournament next month and promised that together they would win the tournament.

    Promo Grade:F (57%)

Thomas Moore vs. Alvin Jones - Time Limit: 20 Minutes

    - Sadly, Moore's desire was not enough to defeat Jones, who has been in good form in recent times. Alvin Jones made it perfectly clear that his ambitions on challenging for the NFA Heavyweight title and made incredibly short work of Thomas Moore. Moore attempted to get offense in, but Jones was like a possessed demon and charged quickly and unleashed a punch and kick flurry that quickly knocked down Moore. Moore didn't even had the opportunity to get up and Jones unleashed more kicks to Moore's face before one soccer kick to the face KO'd Moore. Jones got on the mic and appealed heavily for a title shot.

Winner: Alvin Jones at 1:14 via KO (Soccer Kick)

    Workrate: C (77%) Heat: F (30%) Overall: F (53%)

Keiji Sasaki & Keiji Sakoda vs. Chuck Howard & Tito Gonzalez - Time Limit: 30 Minutes

    - Following thier match at Dueling Destinies, the two Keiji decided to unite and become a regular tag team. Thier first match was against arguably the best tag team in NEO-GEN. Gonzalez and Howard took control early, dominating Sasaki in surpring fashion following a low blow. The two used dirty tactics to maintain control, illegal double team moves. The tide of the match would turn, following a miscalculation and made the hot tag to Sakoda. Sakoda came in and brutally attacked Gonzalez in a similar fashion to which he caused the TKO last time the two met, but Gonzalez was ready this time for the attack and countered with his own flurry of strikes. Gonzales would take control of the striking battle, before hitting a familar pro-wrestling move a DDT, and then clamping on a front sleeper with body scissors. Howard restrained Sasaki and forced him to watch as Sakoda tapped out.

Winner: Chuck Howard & Tito Gonzalez at 17:41 via submission (Front Sleeper: Gonzalez over Sakoda).

    Workrate: B- (80%) Heat: F (37%) Overall: F (58%)

The card was simple as stated before and mostly served as a set up to the next show. I look forward to this Riggs' debut as well as the tag tournament and "special rules" that may be implemented for it. See you around.

    Quick Results

    Paul Johnson drew Michael Robinson

    Iceman defeated Tony Zaretti

    Josh Harrington defeated Dwight Douglas

    Alvin Jones defeated Thomas Moore

Chuck Howard & Tito Gonzalez defeated Keiji Sasaki & Keiji Sakoda

  6. San Fran would have traded down regardless, so they could get more picks down the line and get more players to hopefully improve a god-awful team. Being a Niners fan I would want them to trade this pick away, and get more future picks and consideration, but the decision will rely heavily on the coach that is brought in.

Rattay is a good QB, given a line and the most important thing: RELIABLE RECEIVERS! Eric Johnson was plagued with injuries this year and the tight end can't carry the entire receiving load. If you look at how Rattay played with TO, you would notice that he was better than what most people think. Give him a chance, and he'll surprise you, if he has the staff. I'm sorry, but Brandon Llyod was not the answer to the Niner's offensive problems.

Trade Down pick up a Defensive player and a Wide REceiver and the Niners will win 4 games this year. (Albeit two over the Cards)

  7. Fallout from Dueling Destinies

    - Following Dueling Destinies, Bas Rutten announced that NEO-GEN plans on running a half-MMA and half-pro wrestling show.  He said that the concept was that of NJPW's Ultimate Crush, but plans on using small name fighters and NEO-GEN fighters.  He has put out an open invitation to any fighter that would like to participate.  He also talked about Josh Harrington and said he had much to learn before the two could meet in a one on one bout.  As for Rico, Bas said that he was nothing but an old pro-wrestler and will no even bother with him.

    - New NFA Heavyweight Champion Keiji Sasaki said that he would defend the title in any promotion around the world.  His plan is to become the true World Champion and has said that his goal is a match against some of the young aces in Japan such as Nakamura, and Tanahashi in Pro-Wrestling and also has interest in fighting Naoya Ogawa and Hidehiko Yoshida in a MMA fight.

    - Following his match with Keiji Sakoda, Tito Gonzalez demanded a rematch under Different Style fight rules.  He said that Sakoda's elbows would be banned in the match and that Sakoda has no shot in the ring against him if the rules were to his favor.  Gonzalez was also furious that the doctor said to stop the fight, as he could clearly continue the fight.  He also put out another challenge to Josh Harrington, and mocked Harrington for being KO'd by Rutten.

    - Alvin Jones said he has three goals in the next couple of months:  1) To become the #1 fighter in NEO-GEN 2) To Defeat Josh Harrington One on One and 3) Advance on UFC.

    - Iceman said he is wanting to fight Josh Harrington in a singles match and hopes he can get it.  He said that he shouldn't be stuck in opening matches, and should be fighting with the heavyweights and big names of NEO-GEN.

    - Harrington was gracious in defeat and promised the fans to improve himself and eventually rid NEO-GEN of Bas Rutten and his MMA influence.

  8. Dojo Try Out Results

The first open dojo admission try out was held today and following a grueling series of tests to gain acceptance into the NEO-GEN dojo, four men survived the difficult admission process and gained entry into one of the West Coast's most prestigous training centers.

    The men are:

Derek Riggs, 24, Las Vegas, NV - A local boy who stands at 5'10".  Riggs has experience in amateur wrestling and some underground shoot-fighting.  He is a natural competitor that has decided on also become a Pro-Wrestler in his quest for fighting knowledge.  Riggs' talent can be seen as he is anticipating learning pro-wrestling and becoming a more sound MMA competitor.  He has the ability to become a heavyweight, but seems destined to become the junior heavyweight ace of NEO-GEN in every fighting code.

Luke Carter,  20, Phoenix, AR - Before deciding to become a pro, Luke Carter was an amateur wrestler in High School. He has shunned all of American wrestling in favor of High Spurt action such as Toryumon/Dragon Gate, and highly technical masterpieces that wrestlers like Osamu Nishimura use in the ring and desires to one day work the style he so loves.  He has devoted himself to learning pro-wrestling and does not plan on advancing into MMA, but that can always change.  He is the smallest of this Dojo Class, and seems destined for the junior heavyweight division.

Mat Valentine, 20, Seattle, WA -  A professional wrestling devotee, Valentine spent a year training at the ICW Torture Chamber before coming to the NEO-GEN dojo. His love of pounding sparring partners with stiff kicks and forearms is exceeded only by his fondness of devising submission holds to test out on any willing subject. His brash, cocky attitude makes for good mic appeals, but also means that he's easily distracted in matches.

JT Nelson, 19, Chicago, IL - JT is the youngest of 3 children and the youngest Dojo Boy. JT played many sports in his early years but slowed down right before going into high school. JT has been a wrestling fan since the age of 12 and started taking Judo lessons at 19. JT is a fighter who goes 110% into any challenges that come across him in the world of fighting. He is destined to become a heavyweight due to his size and looks to be one of the solid foundations of NEO-GEN.

The next open try out is in 6 months, when more people will be accepted.

  9. "Dueling Destinies"

    Attendance: 36

    Overall Card Grade: F (56%)

Four Men, Three Matches, One Destiny. This was arguably the biggest show that NEO-GEN has put on to date. In its short five month history, NEO-GEN has gave us some of the most intense action found on the west coast. This show continued the trend of fun shows.

The show began with Josh Harrington coming out and welcoming the crowd. After speaking for a few moments, Bas Rutten came out flanked by Howard, Robinson, Jones, Iceman and Gonzalez. Rutten made one last offer to join the NEo-GEN Fighting Elite. Then Harrington interrupted and took out a pair of Open Finger Gloves. He said: "I would never align with someone who could never respect another's abilities", before throwing the gloves at the Rutten and saying: "I AM NOT ONLY A MIXED MARTIAL ARTIST, BUT I AM ALSO A PRO-WRESTLER AND TONIGHT I WILL SHOW YOU THE SPIRIT OF ONE" Harrington threw the mic down and Rutten ordered his troops away to prepare for thier matches.

    Promo Grade: F (59%)

Michael Robinson & Iceman vs. Tony Zaretti & Paul Johnson - Time Limit: 15 Minutes

    - The first match of the night was a tag match between four men that could be considered: "Young Lions." The four men showed an incredible amount of fire and passion in the ring. The focus of Iceman and Robinson was simple: Isolate Johnson. The plan was going successfully, but following a miscommunication between the partners that brought Zaretti in the ring, The strategy changed to hitting and running and wear down the bigger opponent with sharp kicks to the knees and submissions. Then in a moments flash, Iceman found a way to trap Zaretti in a Cross Kneelock and Zarretti had no force but to tap out. Iceman grabbed the mic following the match and challenge any one in NEO-GEN to a fight in any code and said he was there to dominate NEO-GEN.

Winners: Iceman & Michael Robinson at 4:49 via submission ()

    Workrate: C- (71%) Heat: F (25%) Overall: F (48%)

The four semi-finalist in the NFA Heavyweight Tournament all entered the ring and listened to the title proclamation and to take promotion photos. Gonzalez grabbed the microphone and started to talk about how he will win the NFA Heavyweight title in a spectacular fashion by knocking out both of his opponents. This provoked the Pro-Wrestlers to come out and confront Gonzalez. Rico grabbed the microphone and told Gonzalez to watch out, since it is not only one man who is gunning for him, but an entire stable of Pro-Wrestling assassins and to watch his mouth and his back.

    Promo Grade: C (75%)

NFA Heavyweight Tournament Semi-Final: Keiji Sakoda vs. Tito Gonzalez - Time Limit: 30 Minutes

    - Gonzalez remained in the ring, as did Sakoda. The bell rang and the two men wasted no time exchanging strikes. It was Gonzalez's punches vs. Sakoda's elbows. Gonzalez got the upper hand early in the fight, quickly taking down Sakoda and getting in a dominant position. Despite being in the top-guard, Gonzalez could not find a way to lock in a submission or even do a substantial amount of damage to Sakoda. The referee informed both men to stand up in order to envoke action and he got it. Once again, the two men charged with Sakoda getting the upper hand with his elbow attacks. One elbow attack managed to cut Gonzalez's right eye and Sakoda attacked with a furious vengence as if he was going in for the kill. Sakoda shot for a takedown and managed to takedown Gonzalez and then he attacked. Elbow after Elbow after Elbow, the attack to Gonzalez's eye continued. The referee stepped in and broke up the two men and told the ring doctor to check the condition of Gonzalez's eye. The doctor told the referee to stop the fight. The referee obliged, and Gonzalez was not happy. Gonzalez stormed out of the ring with his seconds, as Sakoda celebrated his victory. Following the match, Gonzalez said that he would get his rematch and completely destroy Sakoda.

Winner: Keiji Sakoda at 15:21 via TKO (Doctor Stop)

    Workrate: C (76%) Heat: F (34%) Overall: F (55%)

NFA Heavyweight Tournament Semi-Final: Keiji Sasaki vs. Thomas Moore - Time Limit: 30 Minutes

    - The rematch between Sasaki and Moore was just as exciting as the first. Moore quickly went for the quick pinfally, trapping Sasaki in precarious pinning predicaments. Sasaki managed to survive the initial attack and the two fought an excellent match that could have gone either way. The match proved that Sasaki was mortal in one of his matches as Moore troubled him with his lighting quick takedowns and excellent ground technique. In the end, Sasaki would gain control and beat Moore at his own game, by eventually taking down Moore and trapping his arm in a Kimura Lock forcing a tap out. Following the match, the two men shook hands as a good show of sportsmanship.

Winner: Keiji Sasaki at 7:12 via submission (Kimura Lock)

    Workrate: C+ (79%) Heat: F (30%) Overall: F (54%)

There was an intermission to change the ropes for the next match. The rules of the match were given. It was going to be a three round match, with each round being five minutes long and there would be no pinfalls, rope breaks and any other pro-wrestling rules in this match. This was interesting, was it going to be a work or a shoot?

Different Style Fight: Alvin Jones vs. Dwight Douglas - Three Five Minute Rounds

    - Jones came out with his seconds. It feels like a big match, Jones looks as intense as ever and he looks to completely focused. Douglas came out with his cornermen, and looked intense as well. Both men wore open finger gloves, which also gave another impression that the match was not a work, but a shoot. The bell rang and Douglas charged quickly and started unleashing a flurry of punches and Jones covered up before coming back with his own punches. Douglas looked lost in the ring and was soon taken down by Jones. Douglas intelligently trapped Jones in a guard. Now Jones had the difficult task of having to pass the larger man's guard. Eventually, Jones passed the guard and move into a full side mount and started going for an armbar, but was unsuccessful. The referee eventually pulled both men back to stand up after a long stalled moment. With a little under 20 seconds left in the round, Douglas went for a right hook, but Jones ducked and trapped Douglas in a Shoulder hold and took him down with it. Douglas fought hard, but had no choice but to tap out. Douglas did well in the match, but in the end was taken down by the more experienced man. Was this a work or a shoot? It didn't scream work, I guess we'll never know.

Winner: Alvin Jones in R1 4:53 via submission (Shoulder Hold)

    Workrate: C (72%) Heat: F (30%) Overall: F (51%)

Another intermission to change the ropes back. This is interesting process, if this is a work then they're doing an excellent job at making it seem real.

Bas Rutten & Chuck Howard vs. Josh Harrington & Rico Constantino - Time Limit: 30 Minutes

    - Two of the trainers at the NEO-GEN Dojo were finally going head to head, albeit in a tag match. Bas Rutten and Rico teased the fans of a fight through the first four months and finally it was going to happen. Harrington did not wear open finger gloves to the ring, accepting the Pro-Wrestler's ideology. The match started off with Howard and Harrington. The two men did not waste any time, and Harrington attacked Howard with open palm strikes. After taunting Howard a little bit, the tag was made to Rico and Howard did the same to Bas. The trainers went head to head and exchanged kicks, with Rico getting the better of Bas with a spinning heel kick. Rutten ran back and tagged Howard. Rico showed the youngster why he was a trainer, withstanding Howard's lighting quick takedowns and avoiding being taken down. The match would go back and forth. Then 15 minutes into the match, Harrington and Rutten met for the first time in the ring and Rutten took the youngster to school and following a huge left hook that sent Harrington to the mat, Rutten pounched and started dropping bombs on Harrington, and the referee had no choice but to step in and stop the match. Harrington needed to be helped to the back, but got a standing ovation for the effort he put into the match.

Winner: Bas Rutten & Chuck Howard at 16:10 via TKO (Referee Stop)

    Workrate: D+ (69%) Heat: F (48%) Overall: F (58%)

NFA Heavyweight Tournament Final: Keiji Sasaki vs. Keiji Sakoda - Time Limit: 30 Minutes

    - It was now time for the main event. Battle Keiji as the fans around me were starting to call it. It was now time to crown a NFA Heavyweight champion. Sakoda came out first, with Rico and Douglas in his corner. Sasaki came out second with no cornermen, and seemed to be focus to win the title. In a shocking move, Sasaki removed his Judo GI and removed his open-finger gloves and said he would fight in a pro-wrestler's manner. The two men started jocking for position, with Sakoda's experience getting the better of Sasaki. Sasaki seemed like a different man without the GI and was more content with striking than going for judo-style moves. Sakoda would prove to be a difficult opponent for Sasaki, as Sakoda knew a counter to most of Sasaki's trademark throws and takedowns. Sakoda dominated Sasaki, like no one else had been before. Sakoda would connect with a Rolling Elbow that sent Sasaki crashing to the mat. Sakoda pins and the crowd counted along: 1....2....KICKOUT! Sasaki managed to get his right shoulder barely off the mat. Sakoda climbed the top rope and went for a Spilt Legged Moonsault and MISSED! Sasaki saw this as his only moment to strike and quickly pick himself up and lock on a Rear Naked Choke on Sakoda. Sakoda fought and fought and fought towards the ropes, but had no choice but to tap out. Keiji Sasaki had WON THE NFA Heavyweight title. Sasaki ran to each corner estatic that he had won the title. The crowd cheered him heavily. Sakoda was helped up by Rico and the young lions and Sakoda stood up to Sasaki and shook his hand in a show of sportsmanship.

Winner: Keiji Sasaki at 11:11 via submission (Rear Naked Choke) to become the first champion.

    Workrate: C (73%) Heat: F (36%) Overall: F (54%)

Following the match, Sasaki was read the tournament proclaimation and rewarded a trophy, a big check for $50,000 and the NFA Heavyweight title. Following posing for pictures, Sasaki told the fans that he would be a fighting champion and bring value to the title.

The show was incredible. It felt different from the previous events, as this one had more emotion than others. NEO-GEN is really becoming of the better feds on the West Coast. I look forward to the next NEo-GEN show and the reign of KEIJI SASAKI.

    Attendance: 35

    Overall Card Grade: F (51%)

Fighting Evolution hosted the opening round of the Neo Fighting Association Heavyweight title tournament. The show produced a variety of surprises and this was the first step to Dueling Destinies.

Michael Robinson vs. Iceman - Time Limit: 15 Minutes

    - The show opened off with a unique match that pitted two men with both pro wrestling and MMA experience. The match started off quickly with both men exchanging sharp kicks, with neither man getting a clear advantage. Iceman's experience would prove to the deciding factor as he took advantage of Robinson's mistakes and trapped Robinson in a cross armbreaker for the victory. It was unfortunate that the crowd was not into this match up, but the crowd would slowly heat up through out show.

Winner: Iceman at 7:41 via submission (Armbar)

    Workrate: C (73%) Heat: F (2%) Overall: F (37%)

Bas came out and started bragging about how his fighters will sweep the opening round and move on Dueling Destinies and finally prove for once and for all that MMA is the stronger fighting code. This prompted Rico to come out and once again the

two engaged in a heated argument about which is stronger. Rico ended the heated confrontation by saying that at challenging Bas to a match at Dueling Destinies. Bas declined stating that Rico has not proven himself to be capable of taking on him. So instead they should find a partner of thier choosing and fight in that manner. Rico accepted and Bas walked to the back.

    Promo Grade:D+ (68%)

Tony Zaretti vs. Paul Johnson - Time Limit: 15 minutes

    - The second match was between two men who have yet to define a character for each other. Zaretti's role seems to be changing consistently as one match he could be the complete underdog or the complete dominator. This match was another

example of Tony Zaretti - "The Junior Killer", he beat Johnson from post to post and Johnson did not get a single bit of offense against Zaretti. Mercifully, this match was ended fairly quickly as Zaretti trapped Johnson in a crab hold for the victory.

Winner: Tony Zaretti at 4:33 via submission (Crab Hold)

    Workrate: D (66%) Heat: F (20%) Overall: F (43%) Minutes

NFA Heavyweight Tournament Opening Round: Keiji Sakoda vs. Alvin Jones - Time Limit: 30 Minutes

    - The first match of the NFA Heavyweight title tournament was between Alvin Jones and Keiji Sakoda. Jones is still having troubling adjusting to the pro-wrestling rules as he has fallen they have seemed to his downfall in the past two matches. This time, he seemed more comfortable, but now he was taking on a more experience wrestler. Sakoda troubled Jones with elbows and low kicks, but Jones' natural ability helped him through. After connecting with a punch that sent Sakoda down to the canvas and while the referee was administering his 10 count on Sakoda, Dwight Douglas came out and provoked Jones prompting him to exit the ring and chase after Jones. Sakoda managed to get up, and the referee proceeded to count-out Jones. The crowd counted along with the referee until 10 and the bell was rung, Jones had lost another match due to his unfamilarity with Pro-Wrestling's rules.

Winner: Keiji Sakoda at 11:76 via countout.

    Workrate: C (73%) Heat: F (23%) Overall: F (48%)

Following the match, Alvin ran back to the ring to discover he had lost the match. In a furious rage, he chased the referee out of the ring and demanded the microphone. He officially challenge Dwight Douglas in the fighting rules he was known for. Douglas thought about it and accepted and told the match makers to make the match as soon as possible. The crowd is getting into this feud between the two.

    Promo Grade:F (57%)

NFA Heavyweight Tournament Opening Round: Dwight Douglas vs. Tito Gonzalez - Time Limit: 30 Minutes

    - After his small run in with Alvin Jones, Douglas had to focus on a bigger thing, the NFA Heavyweight Title. He drew Tito Gonzalez who has been on a run of sorts in recent history. This was a brutal slugfest from bell to bell, with neither man going to the ground for an attempt for a pinfall. One man was going to get KO'd and on this night, it would be Gonzalez's superior boxing skills that took down Douglas as a left hook connected directly with Douglas' temple and KO'd the big man. Gonzalez celebrated following the match. He is a clear favorite to win the title.

Winner: Tito Gonzalez at 11:76 via KO.

    Workrate: C+ (79%) Heat: F (32%) Overall: F (55%)

NFA Heavyweight Tournament Opening Round: Thomas Moore vs. Chuck Howard - Time Limit: 30 Minutes

    - In a shock, Thomas Moore upset the heavily favorited Chuck Howard in just 100 seconds. Howard had control in the first 95 seconds and managed to knock down Moore, but it would be his cockiness that cost him the match on this night, as Moore played possum and managed to hook Howard into an inside cradle for the flash victory for the youngster from Texas. Moore quickly evacuated the ring and celebrated in the crowd.

Winner: Thomas Moore at 1:40 via pinfall (Inside Cradle).

    Workrate: C (73%) Heat: F (23%) Overall: F (48%)

NFA Heavyweight Tournament Opening Round: Josh Harrington vs. Keiji Sasaki - Time Limit: 30 Minutes

    - The final match of the night featured two men who have never dropped a fall in NEO-GEN. This match was great from the begining. The fans were amazed at this match and the fans next to me even asked if this was fake or real. The strikes were extremely sharp and could be heard throughout the gymnasium. Sasaki had trouble taking down Harrington with his judo ability, considering that the two were sparring partners for training for their invasion of King of the Cage and both knew each other's moves. Sasaki would end up taking the advantage late in the bout and seemed poised to force Harrington to submit. Before they knew it, the 30 minutes had expired and it had to to go the judges. Then in arguably the biggest shock of the night, Sasaki had defeated Harrington with a 2-1 judges decision in an amazing fight that kept both men strong without one directly defeating the other.

Winner: Keiji Sasaki via Decision (2-1).

    Workrate: C+ (79%) Heat: F (32%) Overall: F (55%)

Following the match, Tito Gonzalez and Chuck Howard hit the ring and attacked Josh Harrington. Bas came out and seemed like he was going to stop the beatdown, before turning to Sasaki and shaking his hand and told his cronies to attack Harrington. This prompted Rico, Moore and Sakoda to come down to save Harrington. At that moment, Bas called Harrington a loser as he could have easily accepted joining him before, but now that Sasaki has proven that he is nothing, he is worthless to his team. Rico came on the mic and said that at the next show, it would him and Josh Harrington against Bas and Chuck Howard. Bas accepted and told him that he'll see him at Dueling Destinies.

Overall, a SHOCKING SHOW. It was full of surprises. The only predictable thing was actually Gonzalez passing through. This served as an excellent backdrop to Dueling Destinies. Until next time.

Paul Johnson vs. Iceman - Time Limit: 15 Minutes

    - The Inoki Dojo's Iceman made his NEO-GEN debut in a match against Paul Johnson. The obvious difference in rank was shown in this match as Johnson was on the receiving end of punishment for much of the match. Johnson consistently attempted to get the flash victory, but in the end he was forced to submit to Iceman's Double Neck Choke. Iceman looked good and seemed to fit the style that NEO-GEN is presenting and I hope they bring him back for more matches.

Winner: Iceman at 6:13 via submission (Double Neck Choke)

    Workrate: D (65%) Heat: F (18%) Overall: F (41%)

Rico came out and once again thanked the fans. He introduced Keiji Sakoda, who was recently brought in to NEO-GEN and said that he will be Josh's partner in the Main Event, regardless if Josh likes it or not. Rico also had a briefcase with him and presented the brand new NFA Heavyweight title and said at Fighting Evolution, the first round would take place and that it would consist of: Tito Gonzalez, Chuck Howard, Alvin Jones, Keiji Sasaki, Dwight Douglas, Keiji Sakoda, Thomas Moore and Josh Harrington.

    Promo Grade: F (47%)

Tony Zaretti vs. Michael Robinson - Time Limit: 20 Minutes

    - This match features two of the young figthers in NEO-GEN. Robinson relied on speed to counter Zaretti's technique. The two showed plenty of fire with the junior looking for a quick submission. Yet, in this round Zaretti got the better of Robinson and trapped him in a crab hold to force the submission.

Winner: Tony Zaretti at 10:23 via submission (Crab Hold)

    Workrate: C- (72%) Heat: F (21%) Overall: F (46%)

Dwight Douglas vs. Alvin Jones - Time Limit: 20 Minutes

    - In a rematch from their last match, Douglas and Jones fought again. This time it was Douglas who was showing an unseen aggression. He attacked Jones with a pro wrestling style attack with chops and headbutts. Douglas managed to get a nearfall following a lariat for a close two count. Eventually Jones adapted to the attack and slowly found a way to attack Jones. Once again, Jones dominated and had Douglas trapped in a Cross Armbreaker. This time once again, a pro-wrestler outsmarted a Mixed Martial artist as Douglas rolled up and managed to pin Jones while trapped in the Cross Armbreaker. Jones went balistic and once again attack Douglas after the match and the feud continues between the two.

Winner: Dwight Douglas at 8:47 via pinfall. (Cross Armbreaker Cradle)

    Workrate: C- (70%) Heat: F (21%) Overall: F (45%)

Josh Came out to the ring and spoke to the first time to his hometown fans. He said that he didn't mind having Keiji Sakoda as a tag partner, but he would have prefered fighting on his own against Howard and Gonzalez. He addressed the situation about choosing which side to choose and he honestly said he did not know which side to take and that he cannot make a decision yet. He left the crowd by saying that he would win the Neo Fighting Association Heavyweight title and represent Las Vegas to the fullest.

    Promo Grade: F (58%)

Thomas Moore vs. Keiji Sasaki - Time Limit: 30 Minutes

    - In another episode of Pro-Wrestling vs. Judoka, it was NEO-GEN's Foriegn Ace Keiji Sasaki taking on the Amaresu star Thomas Moore. It was an evenly matched. The crowd was behind Moore and Moore did not disappoint trapping Sasaki in various pinning predicaments. Moore even got a close two-count with a German Suplex Hold. Yet, Sasaki came back with a vengence and fought back and found a way to trap Moore in a rear naked choke and Moore had no choice but to tap out. Sasaki continues his good form going into the tournament. Excellent match.

Winner: Keiji Sasaki at 9:55 via submission (Rear Naked Choke)

    Workrate: C+ (78%) Heat: F (20%) Overall: F (49%)

Josh Harrington & Keiji Sakoda vs. Tito Gonzalez & Chuck Howard - Time Limit: 60 Minutes

    - The main event featured NEO-GEN's first ever tag team match. I must admit I was very iffy about the possible tag match, but the two men proved why NEO-GEN is a up and coming federation. Howard and Gonzalez showed natural team work in the ring and managed to isolate Sakoda, who adjusted his style to fit NEO-GEN. Following a hot tag to Harrington, the show down that everyone wanted to see took place. It was Gonzalez vs. Harrington and the two quickly started to unload bombs on each other. Neither man wanting to quit. In the end, it would be Sakoda that would be the downfall of Harrington's team and he was trapped in Gonzalez's mount and Gonzalez began to unleash heavy shots forcing the referee to stop the match, while Howard contained Harrigton.

Winner: Tito Gonzalez & Chuck Howard at 17:26 via TKO (Referee Stop: Gonzalez beat Sakoda)

    Workrate: C (77%) Heat: F (26%) Overall: F (51%)

-Following the match Gonzalez took the mic and told Harrington that it was only a mater of time before they got in the ring and settled the score between them and that he would show everyone why he is the Best fighter in NEO-GEN. Gonzalez and Harrington stared each other down, before going to the back. Bas Rutten came out after the ring was cleared and thanked the fans for coming and to come back next month.

    Promo Grade: F (58%)

A solid show that brought in two new faces into NEO-GEN. Next month, the quest for the title begins and I look forward to it.

Following the impressive opening show, I find myself at the second NEO-GEN and I was treated to another exciting card that gave us a look into the future of NEO-GEN.

Thomas Moore vs. Michael Robinson - Time Limit: 15 Minutes

    - It was David verses Goliath in the first match as Thomas Moore took on Michael Robinson. Robinson troubled Moore with quick strikes and avoided grappling with his much larger opponent, Robinson almost had Moore beat with a cross kneelock, but Moore's ring presence enabled him to grab the ropes to force a break. In the end, Moore's size and natural ability enabled him to catch the slick junior and defeat him with a picture perfect German Suplex to win the match. After the match, Moore celebrated his first win in NEO-GEN and pledge full support for the removal of Bas Rutten and his army.

Winner: Thomas Moore at 7:22 via German Suplex Hold

    Workrate: C (75%) Heat: F (16%) Overall: F (45%)

Following the first match, Rico came out and thanked the crowd again. The first thing he addressed was Josh Harrington. He said that Harrington was the personification of NEO-GEN. A noble figure who stands defends Pro Wrestling against any threat, such as the one posed by Bas Rutten and his Fighters. Rico said that he never expected Bas to have such a hatred for Pro Wrestling as he did and that one day they would meet in the ring and settle the score and that he will show the heart of a Pro-Wrestler.

    Promo Grade: D (65%)

Paul Johnson vs. Keiji Sasaki - Time Limit: 15 Minutes

    - The match between these two only lasted 72 seconds as Sasaki made incredibly short work of the much smaller Johnson. Sasaki looked impressive in his second match and managed to trap Johnson in an armbar to force a submission. Johnson never got an opportunity to show anything, so I cannot really judge his performance. Sasaki is going to be a huge star in whatever field he goes into, he has the tools to be a great pro-wrestler and a great Mixed Martial Artist.

Winner: Keiji Sasaki at 1:12 via Submission (Armbar)

    Workrate: D+ (69%) Heat: F (16%) Overall: F (42%)

Josh came out to the ring to greet the hometown fans, but his interview time was quickly cut short by Bas Rutten. Rutten said that it was Josh who had the "easiest" time in their MMA advancement and that he should not be wasting his time with Pro-Wrestling. Bas told Josh that together they could completely destroy NEO-GEN together and that was something he should think about. In the mean time, he should be focusing on his match against Chuck and not wasting his time with a bunch of worthless wrestling fans.

    Promo Grade: D (62%)

Dwight Doulgas vs. Alvin Jones - Time Limit: 20 Minutes

    - Let me just say one thing, this Alvin Jones character is not to be messed with. He looks like he would kick anyone's ass for just looking at him funny. He was fighting Dwight Douglas, and right from the bell Alvin Jones attacked rushing at Douglas with a flurry of punches. Douglas once again could not get any offense going as he was dominated from the start. The fans in attendence were behind Douglas, hoping he could find a way to upset the crazed fighter. It seemed like all hope was lost when Jones locked a cross armbreaker, but Douglas somehow found a way to get to the ropes to force a break or so we thought. Jones refused to release the hold after the referee's initial five count and the referee had no choice but to DQ Jones. Jones after the match argued with the referee before KO'ing the referee with a huge punch and ran to the back extremely pissed off. Douglas also had to be helped to the back.

Winner: Dwight Douglas at 12:56 via DQ

    Workrate: D+ (69%) Heat: F (18%) Overall: F (43%)

Tony Zaretti vs. Tito Gonzalez - Time Limit: 20 Minutes

    - Gonzalez came out first in typical fanfare, and next came Zaretti. Once again, Zaretti was beaten from post to post and the cut that Howard opened up in his first match was opened up again by another heavy punch. Yet once again Zaretti would not quit and continued to fight. Gonzalez was bewildered but continued to attack Zaretti without mercy. The crowd was behind Zaretti throughout the match and was compeltely against Gonzalez. The fans really hate Gonzalez and it was made even more clear in this match. He took down Zarretti and got into the full mount position and was raining down on Zaretti with punches and Moore who was Zaretti's corner man had no choice but to throw in the towel before any more damage could be done.

Winner: Tito Gonzalez at 4:43 via TKO (Towel Throw)

    Workrate: D (65%) Heat: F (23%) Overall: F (44%)

Tito grabbed the microphone after the match and asked Bas why he was giving so much attention to Josh Harrington. That in his past two matches in NEO-GEN he had completely oblierated his opponents with his extremely aggresive style and that he should be the ace of the MMA fighters and no Harrington and that he would prove that Harrington is nothing and laid out a challenge to Josh before walking back to the locker room.

    Promo Grade: F (55%)

Josh Harrington vs. Chuck Howard - Time Limit: 30 Minutes

    - It was main event time and I must say it was a great way to end the show. Both Howard and Harrington pulled out all the stops. Once again, I felt like I was watching an incredible real fight between two men. Howard dominated Harrington through out the match both on the ground and striking. Howard seemed desperate at times, as he couldn't find a way to finish off Harrington. The frustration was clearly seen following a warning from the referee following a punch that was clearly a low blow. Once again, Harrington showed the intelligence of a pro-wrestler as following being locked in a rear naked choke, Harrington fell back and pinned all four of Howard's shoulders and got the three count to win the match. Howard believed that he had won the match via submission, but when the referee explained what had happened. Howard went to the back in disgust calling Harrington a pussy and that he had him beat.

Winner: Josh Harrington at 13:49 via pinfall

    Workrate: C- (72%) Heat: F (22%) Overall: F (47%)

Once again, I was entertained by the show. The goal of NEO-GEN is to create the illusion of fighting and I can clearly see it. I look forward to the next NEO-GEN show.

    Overall Card Grade: F (49%)

    Review by: "The Bat"

Pro Wrestling NEO-GEN's opening show produced an interesting show. The show featured a new batch of wrestlers, and the most recognizable name on the card was former WWE wrestler Rico Constantino, who was not even wrestling on the card. Before the show, Rico Constanto and Bas Rutten welcomed the crowd and promised a new breed of professional wrestling tonight.

Paul Johnson vs. Michael Robinson - Time Limit: 15 Minutes

    - The opening match of the card featured the lightweights of the promotion. I must admit, they have a lot of heart in the ring and fire, which does compensate for the lack of flashy moves. The match was 50-50, as neither man wanted to back down. THe fight was mostly fought in a stand-up position with a lot of striking with Johnson relying mostly on low kicks trying to take Robinson's base from him. Late in the match, Johnson would hit a high kick and knock Robinson down, then attempted a moosault. Johnson would miss and Robisnson would take advantage from there and lock on a Rear Naked Choke and Johnson had no choice but to tap.

Winner: Michael Robinson at 13:22 via Submission (Rear Naked Choke)

    Workrate: C- (73%) Heat: F (14%) Overall: F (43%)

Following the match Bas Rutten came out to the ring and wanted to speak to the crowd. He started off the promo by showing highlights from NEO-GEN's advancement onto MMA. I must admit, I'm impressed with their victories in legitamite fighting. He said he was disgraced by the fans for accepting that Pro-Wrestling is weak compared to his fighters. That the fighters that he trained to enter the MMA world are the toughest guys in Pro-Wrestling. That nothing was going to stop his take over of NEO-GEN and eventually the wrestling world and revert it over the MMA. Overall, the interview was an intense one that really showed Bas' resentment towards Pro-Wrestling and wonders why his fighters were even booked on a Pro-Wrestling show.

    Promo Grade: D (64%)

Dwight Douglas vs. Keiji Sasaki - Time Limit: 20 Minutes

    - Sasaki wore a Judo Gi to the ring and looked really impressive. Dwight Douglas has a great look to him and just a presence in the ring and the fans connected with him instantly. It was a pure styles clash, as Douglas would prefer to fight striking, but Sasaki wanted to take it to the ground. Sasaki dominated Douglas as he was employing a strict Judo style taking down Douglas with various Judo throws. Douglas seemed incredibly confused in the ring, and couldn't seem to find an offensive against the Judo expert. The match would not last long as it wouldn't take long before Sasaki forced Douglas to tap out with an Ezekiel Choke.

Winner: Keiji Sasaki at 7:38 via Submission (Ezekiel Choke)

    Workrate: D (64%) Heat: F (18%) Overall: F (41%)

Tito Gonzalez entered the ring next. He started putting himself over like crazy as the greatest fighter in NEO-GEN and that he would not need more than five minutes to take out Thomas Moore. If he took longer than five minutes, then he would give Thomas Moore his entire paycheck from the King of the Cage Event.

    Promo Grade: D (45%)

Thomas Moore vs. Tito Gonzalez - Time Limit: 5 minutes

    - Tito Gonzalez came out with a fire under his ass. Gonzalez attempted a take down attempt, but Moore had a counter for it. Moore's amatuer wrestling background was something that Gonzalez did not count on. So Gonzalez decided to back off and attempt to figure out a new strategy. The time was running out and Gonzalez realized that he only one option and that was to keep it standing up and attack with a strike flurry. Gonzalez attacked with a flurry of strikes and Moore had no response for it. It was not long before Moore was KO'd by one of the bombs that Gonzalez threw and the referee announced the fight over at 4:21.

Winner: Tito Gonzalez at 4:21 via KO (Right Cross)

    Workrate: C (74%) Heat: F (15%) Overall: F (44%)

Tony Zaretti vs. Chuck Howard - Time Limit: 20 minutes

    - Tony Zaretti is apparently only 18 and sure looks like it in the ring. He was taking on another fairly new fighter named Chuck Howard. Howard had the obvious advantage over Zarettin in both size and experience. Howard attacked like a rabid dog and managed to cut Zaretti over the left eye open with strikes. Following cutting Zaretti, Howard attack the cut viciously with direct heavy punches. Zaretti showed a heart unlike any other as every time the referee would ask him if he wanted to quit, he responded with a heavy NO! Howard was obviously frustrated with Zaretti's spirit and made sure that Zaretti would not have an opportunity to fight back. Howard finished off Zaretti by taking him down and locked on a Cross Armbreaker. Yet, Zaretti refused to tap out and the referee sensed danger and stopped the match before any more damage could be done.

Winner: Chuck Howard at 11:11 via TKO (Referee Stop)

    Workrate: D+ (68%) Heat: F (15%) Overall: F (41%)

Josh Harrington vs. Alvin Jones - Time Limit: 30 minutes

    - Despite being relatively new, NEO-GEN made it pretty obvious who was being pushed as potential stars. This match proved to be no different. This match blurred the lines of wrestling and real fighting. The strikes were as real as they could be. You could hear the punches connect and the snaps of the kicks. Jones got control early in the match taking down Harrington, but would get trapped in the guard. Jones could not get anything done on ground, and the referee had no choice but to force both men to stand up and continue the match fighting. The two men traded strikes again and Harrington would connect with a huge left that rocked Jones and Harrington acted quickly and went behind and hit a picture perfect German Suplex with a bridge and pinned Alvin Jones for the first pinfall in NEO-GEN history.

Winner: Josh Harrington at 13:53 via German Suplex Hold

    Workrate: B- (80%) Heat: F (17%) Overall: F (48%)

Harrington was celebrating and Bas Rutten came out and called Harrington a coward for not knocking out or forcing Jones to submit and had to rely on a "pinfall" to defeat a great fighter. This prompted Rico to come out to confront Rutten. Rico called Bas the reason why pro-wrestling is seen as a joke. As he just belittles the acts of professional wrestlers. That being a Pro-Wrestler was just as tough as being a fighter and that the same discipline is required to be a professional wrestler. This prompted the entire roster to come from the back and the ring was divided into two sides: The Pure Pro Wrestlers and the MMA Fighters and Harrington was caught in the middle. Rutten took the mic and said: "Then the WAR BEGINS TONIGHT! PRO WRESTLING VS. MMA: THE ULTIMATE BATTLE." Rutten ordered his troops out and Rico did the same leaving Harrington in the ring alone to ponder which side he will join.

    Promo Grade: C (73%)

Overall, I felt it was a nice way for NEO-GEN to start off. The main feud of the fed was set and it's stars are being established. Yet, the show was still extremely minor league as the wrestlers and fighters are still adjusting to working in the ring in front of a crowd. I look forward to more NEO-GEN shows.
