The Devil can fuck right off. I came so close to beating him on expert, to the point, where i actually did beat him. Then i get this asshole message saying "now finish him off!" and died. If only i didn't jump straight into expert when i bought the game i would have saw it damn coming because of past difficulties.

Quick question, slightly related, but not too much, i just didn't wanna start my own thread. Basically, i'm off over a mates house very shortly, he has an xbox 360, but not guitar hero 3. I'm bring guitar hero 3 with me, but basically, if i also brought my hard driv and put it straight onto his xbox, would it work without any problems? It just occurred to me it may not work.

I try installing some really, really old CM demos (i.e. CM3, CM99-00) and none of them work. They install fine but if I try to open the program file I just get a generic "cm3.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close etc." type message. I WANT RETRO, DAMN IT!

Off topic question kinda, but i thought i'd use this thread isntead creating my own. I just ordered new phone and conveniently i'm being given a free PS3 with it. I just read up and turns out it's the 40gb model, but since i originally had no interest in getting a PS3 i have no idea how good the 40GB model is.

I'm getting it for free, so i'm not gonna complain either way, but basically, is the 40GB any good? If backwards compatibility (i have a modded PS2, so none of my games would work anyway) and a couple of GB is all i lose out on, then i'm not bothered either way, but is there anything else major i lose out on and is there no way of just getting a new hard drive to upgrade like with the 360?

If you're not too interested in a PS3, you could always donate/sell it to me on the cheap.

I did Raining Blood on expert last night. It was perhaps the greatest moment of my life, maybe on par with Freebird on expert. I can't beat this Lou bloke though, sigh.

Umm, it's kinda all true, but the game was still good at the same time, i loved it personally. The only problem i had with it was that is was far too easy.

For anyone going for another playthrough I advise you rescue Liara after completing Novaria and Feros. Let's just say that her dialog is VERY interesting. >_>

Hmmm...I saved her after doing Noveria and Feros first time around, and I don't remember anything in her dialog of note...

Although, many people had 'relations' with her their first time through, and I did not. (I was too busy banging Ashley )

Particularly looking for people to play 5 v 5 mode on Fifa 08, since the players you end up with on quick match are usually a bunch of muppets. Not in terms of playing, but in terms of taking about half hour to picka team and constantly moaning.

I believe they actually have a Christmas album. I remember hearing it last year.

I love Jonas - it's the one song I'm currently trying to 100% - that and the fact that the prison tier is kinda dull and I've already romped through it at work and am only semi impressed with the tier beyond that.

I am kinda disappointed in Metallica only being 3 or 6 songs. I was looking forward to an entire album like it has been said would be included before.

It was the same voice that the Hardly Boys have I believe, which is awesome.

I've liked both episodes so far, but as I said elsewhere I think this would've been an awesome idea for a second movie to be made. I understand that Matt & Trey aren't digging the whole movie thing, but damn.. I'd go to the theaters to see that any day. I'm not going to complain about it being on free television though, I can't wait until the next episode.

Just curious as to what control type everyone uses? I personally love manual through balls, they make it easy to rip apart defences when pulled off right, and it always goes to the man you want it to. Everything else I think is semi assisted.

Another question, in the instruction book it says a single tap of X will get you a far post cross, whereas a double tap will get you a near post, yet it also states that a double tap will result in a low cross. Obviously they cant both do the same thing, and so far I haven't noticed a double tap producing anything different to a single tap, can anyone shed some light on this?

This is a true story. My dog pissed on my SNES back in the day, and apart from the game that was in it at the time (which unfortunately was link to the past ) the SNES itself still worked perfect!

I have no idea how the cartridge broke though and not the SNES, or both.

I was under the impression that it was a taster of the engine for "Be a pro." Controlling one player from the 3rd person...Sounded about right. Guess not.

The demo is now available in the UK, I downloaded it earlier this evening. You get to play a 4 minute half and there's five or six teams you can be. As Biggz said it's not too different from last year's game (which is good really because I thought last year's gameplay was excellent) but I'm disappointed they didn't include the power through ball that was on Champions League. Graphics as always look great. There's also some nifty tricks you can pull off but they'll take a bit of getting used to I feel, I couldn't get straight into them. Not bad, though.

In that case i doubt theres much chance of keeping him. It's a shame that you get no transfer fee for him either, because you would have gotten enough to buy a decent replacement. Who plays on the left wing for you? Can he play on the right? There's always the possibility of getting Robben in, as he's almost as good as Ronaldo.

Assuming you have a large transfer budget of course.

Vidic & Ronaldo still want to leave, the bastards. Kompany, however, has slotted in superbly and will pair up great with Ferdinand until he's too old to do his job.
