Yeah I looked the group up- turns out there's two of them. EWB and EWBWC.

I just need Germany to win, and then with the Cup ... and that will cap off an absolutely fanfucking tastic WC prediction set for me (EWBWC group on espn).

Is that the one with the 12 teams?

I've supported the Dutch for the longest time now but given the way we've played and the way the Germans have played, I wouldn't mind losing to the Germans. They would be worthy winners.

Chile started well enough but every time they had the ball near the Brazilian goal, they tried to pull a Gerrard and shoot despite having some really good off-the-ball runs by their wingers.

And now they're 2-0 down

I'm kinda torn about the Brazil-Chile soccer game.

Even though I'm doing really well on a fantasy pool (so far 5/5 on the knockout winners) and Brazil winning moves me that closer to a good $500, Chile winning would be absolutely awesome just for the sheer unexpectedness of it.

Edit: Who knew Howard Webb would last longer than England at the World Cup?

I used Paranormal Activity as a first date movie when it came out last year. The movie sucked balls but to be honest the tv wasn't where my eyes were

I wanted to use my ability right after I asked for a replacement and if the game hadn't shut down, I'd have done so.

Figured I could escape suspicion for another night but TKz was getting a lot of attention so I felt that night would've been the best to use it.

Credit where its due- Algerians played well and instead of packing the defense with ten men behind the ball, they actually passed the ball forward and tried to attack. Shame really that they don't have a good enough striker.

Of course England were pretty shit (as has already been mentioned several times during the last two pages).

It's games like these where I feel England would have done better with Scott Parker instead of Gerrard or Lampard. Parker played in a lot of tough fixtures for West Ham and to me the second half of the England-Algeria game was just like a relegation dogfight game.

I have a feeling Joe Cole is off to Arsenal. There were some rumors about that a couple of days ago but it died down. If it turns out to be true then it'll be a good signing for Arsenal.
