You're asking for a request of a logo, of which you don't yet know the name that shall appear in said logo?

Your best bet would've been to come up with the name first, then request the logo. And if you are having trouble coming up with a name, probably somewhere in the EWR forum would've been the best place to brainstorm some suggestions.

The UWF (Universal Wrestling Federation) was long dead by 1996. The Bill Watts version having died in 1988 and the Herb Abrams version having died in 1994. So you might want to remove them.
