Well, considering the fact that you have a Montreal Aftermath mod (Starting in December 1997) I don't think that you need to create a mod for one month later, so 2003.

Okay, then this is a mod based on "Tommy's 1998 scenario" for TEW 2005. This mod starts at October 1999, as Vince Russo and Ed Ferrara move to WCW. This is only a BETA mod. http://www.mediafire.com/?h77y3p4f91f91 Reviews are welcome.
