  1. While we wait for draft picks, I may as well weigh in. Morris is a fine pick as one of the few workhorse RBs on a team with no real committee, and with the wa y RBs have been going thus far in this draft, Forbes made a perfectly solid pick here. Would I have taken him myself here? Probably not because he doesn't mesh with my personal draft philosophy, but it's not a bad pick or anything. I think we can all agree it's a better pick than a kicker at least. (Looking at you, James Ewing :P)

Definitely this. Jumping on Morris pick when a kicker has already gone is laughable.

Taking to Facebook to try and argue the point isn't a good look, either.

I'm NEVER gonna live that down, am I?

  2. They're not going anywhere with Mettenberger, Locker or Clipboard Jesus though. Rivers plus a 1st round would strengthen them more than two 1st rounders, at least in the short term.

The Browns have #12 and #19, Lineker.

Not to be THAT guy, but of course they are going no where with Locker...he kinda retired.

Anyways, unless San Diego offers Rivers in a trade, Tennessee NEEDS to take this trade. Other than Winston and Mariota, there really isn't another good QB in this draft. They should just wait for next year's draft. With guys like Cardale Jones, Christian Hackenberg & Conner Cook, they'll have better choices next year. Try Mettenberger this year and if that doesn't work, get one of those three in the draft, next year.

  3. I understand how much ESPN likes to push some things in college football (JOHNNY FOOTBALL, BEST IN THE WORLD!!!), but proclaiming a QB as NFL ready...after 3 damn games? Seriously, news like that almost every year after a championship game always get on my nerves. I admit that Cardale Jones has been pretty good in his 3 games, but already ready for the NFL? Seriously?
