  1. One post - joined this month, and wanting us to try a fairly new build of a game.

    HMMMMM.

But really, it looks like one of those old "I'll write your e-fed results for you" wrestling simulators.

Does the amount of post one have on this site really matters?

Well if it helps, I'll tell you a few facts about myself

    -Started following wrestling in 1992

-Started watching UFC in 1994 through bootleg VCDs

-Became a huge fan during the attitude era during 1995

-Started playing Promotion Wars 1.0 in 2000

-Had a hand on TNM7 and hated it.

-Meddled with a few sims like zeus.

-Jumped to Extreme Warfare Deluxe in 2001

    -Started watching Pride in 2002

-Stopped watching WWE when guerrero and benoit lost the titles in 2004

-Witness the death of PWSE and Promotion Wars(didn't remember which year, though promotion wars last was version 1.3)

-Stopped playing EWR after the release of TEW 2005

-Started watching TNA when they had the Spike TV deal in 2005

-Started playing TEW 2005 awhile when it became freeware and didn't really liked it.

-Started watching ROH when they debuted on HD Net 2009

-Restarted playing EWR on 25 Dec 2011 and got my backyard promotion to small in 6 months.(Thinking of writing a diary in the dome when it turn into a cult with a weekly tv deal)

-Join EWB on 4-January-2012 due to the surprise that EWR still have quite a strong following.

Took me 10 mins to type that out. Hope you appreciate it.

I don't mean to be a dick or anything, but...

  2. Though it's unfinished, it's awesome to still see updates being done for this! As for...

Taka should be the Light Heavyweight champion as well if I'm not mistaken.

Yes, Taka was the Light Heavyweight champion at the time. In case you don't have champions done yet for the WWF, Shawn Michaels was World champion, The Rock was Intercontinental champion, Triple H/Hunter Hearst Helmsley was European champion, and The New Age Outlaws were the Tag Team champions.

  3. What the hell !? Just saw...The Miz's stats are fucking exaggerated. He is awful in ring an on the mic is decent. He doesn't deserve 72 on brawl, 54 in speed, 51 in technical, 83 on selling or 92 on charisma. Don't know who the fuck see stats like these in an awful wrestler like this guy.

He is ggod in brawls and solid at speed and tech. He is an all-around wrestler similar to The Rock. The Miz as champion was almost as charismatic as John Cena so the 92 works for me. I think you are in the minority with this one.

I agree with this, as I don't really recall the last time The Miz had a truly bad match. We're not in 2007 anymore, pal.

  4. Well, the Montreal Screwjob pops up in my head, so add Bret Hart, Davey Boy Smith, and Jim Neidhart to WCW. Also, add in Curt Hennig, as he joined in mid-'97. I'll try to be thinking of other people who joined other companies in that year.

Edit #1: Lower Shawn Michaels' leg health by 10-15% due to the surgery he had in '97.

  5. As I said in the other thread about this, I'm making a version of a "Beginning of the World" scenario for TEW2005. So far, I've removed all the popularity scores for all workers A-D. It's going to be a while. It's slow going and my fingers get REALLY SORE from all the mouse clicking. I'm basing it on The Who's TEW2005 October update data. I'll upload it to Rapidshare or MegaUpload when it's finished.

Question: For all the promotions, about how much cash do you think I should start them off with ? Should I start them all out with the same amount of cash? I would imagine that they would start out with a much smaller amount of cash considering that this is the "Beginning of the World".

Either $1,000 or $5,000, and please upload it to MegaUpload if you do it.
