  1. If I had a pound for every time Bundu came on for an injured Hardie, was denied a clear red card by Gavin Ward for a foul on him and went off injured for Waine in a game that the home side won 3-2 in late 2023, I'd have two pounds.

Which isn't a lot, admittedly, but it's definitely more than the average.

Does the mod interact weird with dialogue and cutscenes?

Not overly that I've found. For cutscenes it takes either the nearest people or the top four in your party. Only issue I ran into is there's a point where, very minor Act 1 spoiler:

    Spoiler

You have you get on a boat to go somewhere and you can only have four people on it. You just need to dismiss the other party members, then when you get to the other side you go to camp (don't select long rest, select go to camp) you can get them back.

So I've put in about fifteen hours now and I'm really struggling to get into this game. I feel like if I don't save scum, everything just goes to shit really fast.

Some of the battles I win first time, others seem literally impossible and I just have to try and find a way to avoid them.

I'm spending most my time running around the map aimlessly, just hoping to come across a fun mission or something that draws me in and I'm not finding anything.

I think I'm going to take a break and tell myself I'll come back to it...but likely I won't.

Honestly, I think I'd have been the same if I wasn't using a mod that gets rid of the companion limit. It does make things easier (though not a cakewalk) but I feel like I've enjoyed the game more by having everyone in my party.

Rockstar have confirmed that the game will be coming to Xbox Series X/S and PS5, but there's no mention of a PC version. Once again, it seems that they're going to stagger the releases. I'm sure you can expect a PS6 remaster a couple of years later as well.

This is garbage by Rockstar, but not unexpected.

At least there will be nobody arguing team 13 had a shot at winning anything (which would be the same deal with a 6 team or 8 team format). It'll just hurt the SMU's of the world who, despite playing and beating much better teams, got left out of the Fiesta Bowl in favor of undefeated, but beat nobody, Liberty.

All the more reason to embrace chaos and claim the FCS winner is the only true national champion. :shifty:

"He knows the club, knows the fans, knows the ground, knows the kit man!", etc.

According to Sheffield United's (Saudi prince) owner, he's improved as a manager since he left Sheffield United.

I must've missed that when he was fumbling the bag at Middlesbrough and getting relegation form results with Watford.

Surely if he's playing advantage though, he should wait to see if there is an advantage? If Grealish gets the first touch on the pass, play on. If a Spurs defender gets the touch, whistle, pull it back and give the free kick. If Grealish gets the first touch, scores, and is then VAR checked offside, free kick to Spurs.

If he sees three Spurs players around Grealish he's well within his rights to decide there is no advantage and bring it back. The only 'mistake' he makes is hesitating - he initially goes to blow his whistle, then indicates advantage, then whistles.

That's a relatively small mistake compared to say... Erling Haaland missing an open goal to put Man City 2-1 up, which has ultimately cost them victory. City fans and players won't examine that though, because they can blame the ref for not playing on.

Ask any Man City player, coach or fan if they'd rather have a free kick in their own half or Grealish through on goal and you wouldn't find one who picked the former.

Right but what they want doesn't really matter. They got what they were allowed under the rules - ref doesn't have to play advantage at all, ever. And rather than deal with that, take the free kick and play on, you get most of Man City's team surrounding the ref that if any other team did it, they'd be charged and fined.

  8. The referee has played that correctly. He's under no obligation to let Grealish run through, especially if he thinks he's offside or if he sees that there are three players around him, which there are. At that point, there is no advantage gained by playing on and he has to bring it back.

It's good refereeing that everyone will call a mistake because they want to see a last gasp winner.
