Please do. Just remember the overness is based on their popularity in north America, so unless they've been televised in the US or Mexico, the workers' over should be kept quite low. Also, if they don't speak English, French or Spanish, they wouldn't speak in a North American promotion. I think that it is sufficient to put "Speaks: no '." Or I'm saying something wrong?

In fact I thought I would give, at most, 30 in overness. But you suggested to me a limit to the overness, if 30 is too high and we want to lower the overness, is good for me (sorry for my bad english)
