  1. Awesome angle with Vince, HHH, Kane and Jarrett. Had tobe done, but was done with style. I liked Vinc'es approach to the segment, but be careful you don't transform Jarrett into Steve Austin. Try and keep some of his character alive (maybe he could start calling people slapnuts?)

I do, however, think it is too early for Full Throttle to get a Tag shot. They've only had a couple of matches. a better option would have been to place the DOA or Nation in that Tag match. It just appears you're pushing them too quick, too soon, and I fear that they'll lose all credibility if they either a) Win the belts or b) Get slaughtered. But what's done is done (and it is your diary after all).

Finally, please be aware of saying things like "Anyone else expect him to drop the strap at WM?". It makes me think you're either giving the result away, or trying to swerve your audience.

But I still think this is ythe best diary I've read in a while. Keep it up. I can't wait until wrestlemania

  2. Good to see other storylines brewing besides your own. Keep it up.

Love the idea of the King of the Ring returning, and the winner getting a "money in the bank" contract. Adds great meaning to the King title, as well as allowing for growth for the winner.

  3. I like the idea of you being the corrupt ref..... but only in the womens division. You could be a "single ref" who the divs'a have taken a liking too. You could "begin a relationship" with one of the women, and so are biased when officiating them, but be totally neutral when officiating a men's match.. and it would not appear Nick Patrickesque (when he chose times to be corrupt, but not others). Perhaps a couple of vignette's of the women giving you gifts, wanting to take you out etc could help further the angle.

  4. Well placing Jarrett in the main event was a good move. I have to disagree with MGW... turning either man heel would hurt their momentum aty the moment (as they only recently had their face turns). I would think having McMahon insert HHH into the main event (they protest or Vince does the heel boss thing and doesn't want the faces to win wtc) would be good, or maybe even having a "new associate" turn up next week on Raw and get inserted into the main event (ie: a free agent or WCW steal).

I personally like the slower build up on some of the feuds, and love the Quebecers vs LOD storyline. Please don't appease LOD's ego. Have them do the J-O-B on the P-P-V.

BTW, what about Rhodes and Scaggs taking on the Outlaws. They need a storyline and are the Tag Champs.

  5. Great to see some development of your character as well as some of the storylines on Raw. It's good to see that you're not taking yourself too seriously in the locker room.

Maybe next week Vince wants you to ref Victoria again, and there could be some tension as a result, or maybe Victoria could screw up again by getting you a second time, and place her own job in jepordy.

  6. Shane was born in '70 which again only makes him 23. I realize that's a bit older but again I have to think Shane was probably still attending college or something at this point in time. I find it hard to believe he would have had any influence or pull backstage.
  7. Firstly... my sorry Wrestlingsuicide. I forgot Ray was the manager. Just a brain explosion on my part.

Great Raw. Loved the development of the Dustin Rhodes storyline (could we see the return of Austin...it is a 6-man match. He wouldn't have to wrestle much)

As for Michaels. That's a big blow, and I'm interested to see how you work the storylines into the situation. I think that the idea of Kane/HHH/Jarrett would be good for Wrestlemania.

Also, I'm not sure that the Rock and DOA go together.

  8. Quebecers interview

    OY! Quebecers!

Ray Rougeau says that the Legion of Doom have had chance after chance of winning the Tag Titles, but what have the Quebecers had? NOTHING!

It's ABOOT time that the CANADEEENS get their shot at the title.

Ray says that the Quebecers will go through anyone... anywhere to get a shot at the Outlaws... even the LOD. Ooooh.

  9. Really enjoyiong this slightly different diary. Great to see the matches from an "inside" point of view.

Was wondering, how would the wrestlers and office (ie: Vince) act if you stuffed something up.

You could miss a call to finish the match, or botch a 2-3 count (giving a reaction to the crowds chants of

"You F'd up). Maybe Kane could hit you by mistake, and then you could give a backstage point of view of his reaction to your pain or the punishment he receives.

It would just create a different element instead of always doing a good job.

    Keep up the good work.

  10. Good show Wrestling Suicide. I loved the interferance from the Quebecers in the Tag Title match. Those two would really benefit from a feud (or at least a high profile match) against LOD. It is time (just as it was in real life) for the Outlaws to move on to other matters.

I really like how you are building up Jarrett. Fighting both HBK and HHH made him look strong, but you always knew that DX would win. However the after match shot adds more to the equation. I'm looking forward to Jarrett beating HHH and getting ready for a real run at HBK, and maybe a title run.

However, I thought that the turn by the Nation on the Rock could have been held off a little longer. I'm glad you didn't just repeat the real life events of the Rock taking over the Nation, but his character needed a little more development. That turn may have been better suited for a PPV event (ie: after a match at Wrestlemania, or even during a match). But I look forward to the Rock's revenge on the Nation. Perhaps having the Nation's problems continue, and Farooq kicking others out of the group could make it more intriguing (ie: kick out D-Lo or Mark Henry, and that person allies with the Rock for a Nation vs Nation feud).

    Keep up the good work

P.S. Could "Barry" be changed to something else mnore in line with the other associates?

  11. By the way....

What happened to the Quebecers in this episode of RAW. Nowhere to be seen.

I really enjoyed the role they were playing (I was always a mark for Jaques Rougeau). What about having them get involved in the LOD/NAO feud (maybe as a tweener team)....possibly set up a 3 way Tag match at Wrestlemania. Don't just ignore them now.

  12. Really enjoyed this episode of Raw. The follow-up to No Way Out was good.

I love the growing tension between the Nation. Could a Rock face-turn happen earlier thean it really did. I just hope that Farooq is not turned face- apart from the APA gimmick, he sucked as a face.

The main event was good. The finish with Kane leaving was not out-of-character, and really shows Kane's need for guidance.... which could play into his Wrestlemania quest for the Title. Jarrett's run in was a good finish

BUT PLEASE don't do to Jarrett what the WWF did to Owen Hart in the same scenario. Turn him back into a mid-carder. You've done a great job of building Jarrett up, don't leave him feuding with HHH. This angle should be used to enhance Jarrett's threat to Michaels, and that Michaels had better not forget about him.

  13. I thought the card was great for the talent you have, but I was a little disappointed with the final outcome of the match. Jarrett was made to look great, and it will certainly help his cause in the future, and Kane looked awesome, but the "low blow" DQ against Michaels was a little soft. The DQ finish against Michaels was fine, but it could have been more effective if it was because of chair shots, or even a 3 on 1 assault to prevent Kane from obtaining the pin (eg: HHH and Chyna hit the ring-HHH never having returned to the back). I don't mind DQ endings in major matches if they are done right. A low blow in the attitude era rarely, if ever, earned a DQ. But apart from that, I love the build up of characters and can't wait to see how you continue to survive your losses.
