Saw Transformers II last night. Hadn't seen the first one and didn't really know what to expect (besides the obvious robot fighting).

It was alright. Fair amount of action but it wasn't as OMG AWESOME as everyone made it out to be. I was entertained but it did run too long. 7/10

Yeah that was the first thing I tried once I finished my first career. It's also not just the logos, you can also run sponsor shorts and wear them throughout your career.

I played the demo this morning but wasn't too impressed. I may just wait till I can rent it to give it a go, solely for the comeback of my heavyweight slugger "The Tractor".

It's not the same cos it's aged horribly.

I just assumed it was a different version or something.

Check the resolution of your documents. You might have just messed up the amount of pixels per inch.

Playing as Punkass is awesome, but it makes me want a bare-knuckle fight club game. That would be cool as fuck.

BTW, this game is incredible. After 8 straight LHW title defenses I fucked up against Rampage and got knocked the fuck out with a sweet left.

this game is fucking addicting. i got it last night at midnight... stopped playing at 10am this morning. wont be surprised if i do something close to the same thing tonight.

i am a little peeved that theres no title matches in exhibition. yes, i know they are just exhibition fights... but i would like to be able to have title changes between real fighters rather than just in career mode as a created fighter

I'm not sure, as I haven't tried it yet, but doesn't the game automatically recognize 5 round matches as title matches? All the 5 round matches I've had, including the ones online end with Dana putting the belt around the winner's waist in the final cutscene. And Bruce Buffer calling it a title match.

Yeah, I haven't got the game but I'm sure I read they can be defended in exhibition fights by just choosing a 5 round fight.

I haven't been pumped for a video game like this since forever. I've got work at 11:30 tomorrow so I'll quickly dart off to JB first thing in the morning and hopefully get a nice start in career mode.

It's pretty damn good... it's not just shit like "Pick from one of seven default faces" thank god, there's warping for all aspects of the face which is awesome... but I've found it easy to create someone that doesn't look like an alien at the same time.

Is there much doing attire wise? I always thought that SvR sucked in that regard. I just don't wanna fight wearing single coloured pants.

And Observe and Report the other day. Was a little weird but I didn't mind it. If it wasn't for the strange ending I probably would've walked out of the cinema disappointed. A very what-the-fuck movie. 6/10.

All I want to know is how good the create-a-fighter is. Is ApSham the only one on here with a copy of the game at the moment?

I was stoked thinking I was going to be able to play it tomorrow. Turns out it's not out until Thursday here in Australia.

The Literates.

They opened up for Kottonmouth Kings last night and I was pretty impressed. Good hip-hop.

I brutalize Rua everytime on expert now so I've switch to playing as Rua, and not until now did I know how much of a beast Chuck is at stand up. Loves his superman punches, but I've taken Rua's step-punches to a whole new level, along with push kicks and spinning back kicks. Head kicks lead to dodges and Superman punch knockouts, so I've been avoiding them.

Chuck is a cocky son of a bitch though. After a brutal round one with Rua knocking Chuck to the mat right as the bell went, round two starts and Rua (me) meets Chuck in the middle and I do the touch gloves taunt. Surprisngly, he does it aswell at nearly perfect timing and we actually touched. Stepped back, started to circle, SPINNING BACK FIST MY GOD RUAS OUT COLD~!

I love it.

EDIT: I repeat. He's a fucking beast.

I love being the asshole that punches my opponent in the face when they attempt to touch gloves with me.

EDIT: finally got a ref stoppage.. Rua was being a douche just lying on his back after a grapple.. so I figured I'd just throw at him. One of them rocked him and he went on his side, so Chuck just let fly. Awesome.

This is pretty much going to be my favourite game ever. Rematch after rematch I was having so much fun. My only gripes are minor ones, like the mouth guard thing and the crappy referee/fighter interactions.

My favourite bit was probably just toying with Chuck, rocking him like four times in one round and then just standing over the top of him before I finally decided to end it. I managed to sock him six or seven times after he was knocked out on his back.. lousy referee.

Can't wait for the full game.
