Can still get 3/1 on Paul Lambert becoming the Villa manager, heard from a few Villa fans I know that Lambert's appointment is a case of when and not if. So I've jumped all over that 3/1 ! Watch it not come up now!

Seems to be quite a bit of money being placed on Roberto Martinez becoming the next Liverpool manager. Came in from 5/1 to 7/4 with SkyBet over the last few days. Has this came from somewhere that I've missed?

Kalou and Malouda were both dire today. I presume both of them will be getting moved on in the summer cause they just aren't good enough for Chelsea. Bertrand looks a decent prospect at left back and Essien started to show something of his previous best, which is always good as at his best he is one of the best in the Premier League.

Mark Schwarzer and Brad Friedel have always been my favourite keepers, but Schmeichel was a cut above.

Bit weird that Cahill gets booked for a decent tackle and Meireles gets booked for Riise diving, yet Danny Murphy doesn't get a booking for that.

Why didn't Hangeland go up front for the last five or so minutes when Fulham kept launching the ball forward? Watching Samba do it for Blackburn and causing havoc was always entertaining. Even better was the few games that he played up front for the full game! The Premier League isn't as fun without him.

Very sorry to hear that Liam Kelly's dad died after the game, having just watched his son put on a cracking performance and winning a cup. No way for a 22 year old to remember his first cup final win. He would have been proud of his boy today .

Spurs miss Lennon so much when he isn't in the team. Bale is the only one providing width, and Modric covering the left is not a position that utilises his creativity. Not sure though if my preferred tactic without Lennon is too attacking for away at Everton though, with Sandro and Parker sitting and Rafa, Bale and Modric behind Adebayor.
