  1. WWE Velocity for 10/2/04: Raw invades Velocity and nothing of note really happens. Garrison Cade pinned Johnny Stamboli with a Flying Elbowdrop, Chuck Palumbo pinned Mark Jindrak with the Jungle Kick, and Gail Kim defeated Ivory in a non title match with a standing figure four leglock/front facelock hybrid move.

    WWE Smackdown! Presents No Mercy

Hell in a Cell Match for the WWE Championship:

    The Undertaker vs Triple H©:

Triple H was drafted on Smackdown and eventually won the WWE Championship but not before making several slanderous remarks towards Smackdown. Of course, this angered the man many call the Heart and Soul of the company, the Man from the Darkside himself, the Deadman the Undertaker. These two men had a brutal match at Summerslam, where Triple H got himself disqualified to retain the WWE Championship but this Sunday that will not happen as both men enter the demonic structure known as Hell in a Cell. The Undertaker wants to win his fifth WWE Championship and do it at the expense of the Game. Between these two men, they have competed in eight Hell in a Cell Matches, so no doubt they are no stranger to the demonic structure.

    Tap Out Match:

Brock Lesnar(w/Paul Heyman) vs Chris Benoit:

This started all the way back at Survivor Series 2003, where Benoit made Lesnar tap out in a Survivor Series Match to score the pin. Lesnar has not forgetten that night but Benoit won the Royal Rumble 2004, setting up another match with Lesnar. They fought in the main event of Wrestlemania where Benoit made Lesnar tap out yet again to win the WWE Championship. Lesnar took a couple of months off but came back, targetting Benoit, leading to another match between the two at Summerslam. This time, Lesnar won, thanks to Paul Heyman coming out. Lesnar and Heyman formed the Dangerous Alliance along with the World's Greatest Tag Team and A-Train but Lesnar was still not happy. He wanted Benoit to tap out to him which leads to tonight. The tap out match between Brock Lesnar and Chris Benoit. The only way to win is to make your opponent tap out.

WWE United States Title Ladder Match:

    Christian vs John Cena

John Cena and Christian have been going at it for months now but the event which caused the title to be held up was at Summerslam, when Christian and Cena both won the United States Title Match, scoring pins at the same time. As a result, Jim Cornette mandated a Best of Seven Series and tonight is the final bout. Cena will be taking on Christian, with the United States Title hanging above the ring. Whomever climbs the ladder and grabs the belt first, will become the United States Champion.

    WWE Tag Team Title Match:

Booker T and a partner of his choosing vs The World's Greatest Tag Team©

Booker T has crossed paths with the Dangerous Alliance many times since they were formed, most recently the World's Greatest Tag Team who have beaten Booker T several times, including a handicap match which caused Booker T to vow to bring backup to No Mercy. Speculation is this partner may be someone who Booker T has great success with in the past but the World's Greatest Tag Team appear not to be worried. After all, they are the World's Greatest Tag Team.

The Newest Member of the Dangerous Alliance(w/Paul Heyman) vs Rhyno

It appeared recently Heyman was scouting Rhyno for membership for the Dangerous Alliance but when Rhyno failed to beat Chris Benoit, Heyman turned on Rhyno and ordered Lesnar to attack him. Heyman said he is going to bring in someone who can get the job done. The only hint Heyman released to us is he is a former ECW World Champion, which could be a number of wrestlers but Heyman says he will be able to destroy Rhyno at No Mercy.

Sean O' Haire(w/James Mitchell) vs Bill Goldberg

Goldberg has yet to lose a match on Smackdown but he has to wrestle Sean O' Haire this Sunday, who has the diabolic James Mitchell in his corner. O' Haire has marked out Goldberg for destruction but Goldberg has stated O' Haire will be next. Who knows what will happen when these two titans collide as part of No Mercy?

    Cruiserweight Insanity Match:

    Nova vs Gregory Helms

Nova came onto Smackdown, as the evil Super Villan nemesis for the Hurricane and unmasked him after a time, revealing Gregory Helms was the Hurricane to the shock of...well we are not quite sure on that might have shocked. Nova and Helms have had a feud for quite some time and such an innovative match is made as part of No Mercy. The Cruiserweight Insanity Match. Four Platforms will be stationed in the corner, twelve feet above the ring. The match can only be won with a move off the platform into the ring. This match will be high flying and high impact.

    WWE Cruiserweight Title Match:

    Ultimo Dragon vs Paul London©

London won the Cruiserweight Title from Dragon in a Fatal Four Way Match ten days ago on Smackdown and now Dragon is exercising his rematch clause. Dragon has had an impressive run as Cruiserweight Champion so London will have a hard time beating Dragon down and keeping Dragon for becoming the Cruiserweight Champion for the second time.

    Carlito vs Hardcore Holly

Carlito came on Smackdown, saying he spits in the face of things that are not cool. He singled out Hardcore Holly, who he states is the epitome of things which are not cool and they have had many scuffles in the past few weeks. Carlito will face off against Hardcore Holly this Sunday as part of No Mercy.

    Prediction Friendly Match Listing:

Gregory Helms, Shannon Moore, and Booker T vs the World's Greatest Tag Team and Nova(w/Paul Heyman)

Helms and Nova will be a part of the Cruiserweight Insanity Match this Sunday. They attacked each other at the bell, brawling to the back and leaving a standard tag team match involving Moore and Booker T against the WGTT. Booker T says he has backup this Sunday, as he will face off against the World's Greatest Tag Team. Booker T gets double teamed by the World's Greatest Tag Team who pulls out all kinds of slick double teaming moves. Booker T eventually catches Benjamin with the Harlem Side Kick and rolls over to the corner before making the tag. Moore enters the ring, rocking and attacking both Haas and Benjamin with punches. Moore dropkicks Haas across the ring. Another dropkick connects to Benjamin. Moore grabs Haas and Benjamin, ramming the heads together before leaping to the top rope. Somersault Neckbreaker takes Benjamin out but he is not the legal man. Moore turns around and kick from Haas. Northern Lights Suplex brings Moore over and holds him down to score the pin. Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar are standing by with Josh Mathews. Heyman shoves Mathews out of the way and states that he will handle the interview. Heyman hypes up Lesnar as the most dominant force in the WWE today, the man who will make Chris Benoit tap out at No Mercy. Lesnar says he will destroy Benoit, slowly and painfully, gaining his revenge from Wrestlemania XX when Benoit humilated him in the center of the ring, making Lesnar tap out and causing him to lose the WWE Championship. Heyman says this Sunday will be the end of the legend of the Canadian Crippler.

Goldberg hoists up XD in a Gorilla Press and tosses him down before Spearing him. XD is dead weight and Goldberg pulls him up, before spiking him with the Jackhammer. Goldberg covers and the crowd counts along for the three. Christian argues about the finish but here comes Jim Cornette with the United States Title Match. Since they are tied at three a piece, Cornette is going to add a stipulation onto the final match, to insure there is no controversy. At No Mercy, the United States Title Belt will be hanging above the ring as Match Seven of the Best of Seven Series will take place. Christian will take on John Cena in a Ladder Match. The crowd cheers, as this should be a fantastic match. Christian looks smug, as Cena has never been in a Ladder Match but Christian has many times.

  3. WWE Smackdown Preview for 9/30/04

No Mercy is only three days away and the stars of Smackdown are going to kick the heat up into high gear as we get closer to the Smackdown event of the fall.

Brock Lesnar and Chris Benoit are to collide in a tap out match at No Mercy but this week on Smackdown, they will be on opposite sides of the fence in a tag team match. Chris Benoit will team up with "The Man Beast" Rhyno while Lesnar will team up with the massive, A-Train in this little preview for No Mercy.

Triple H and the Undertaker are set for a collision course inside Hell in a Cell at No Mercy. Triple H and the Undertaker will no doubt cross paths, as Triple H wants revenge from that bone rattling Choke Slam at the end of the show last week but we understand Triple H is a bit miffed at Scott Hall for failing to save him, so Scott Hall may have some explaining to do this week on Smackdown.

Best of Seven Series time as Match Six of the Series will happen as John Cena will collide one on one with Christian. If Christian wins, he wins the series and the United States Title but if Cena wins, he ties up the series and the seventh and final match will happen this Sunday at No Mercy.

At No Mercy will feature Gregory Helms against Nova in a "Cruiserweight Insanity" Match and the World's Greatest Tag Team taking on Booker T and a partner of his choosing for the WWE Tag Team Titles. This week, Shannon Moore, Gregory Helms, and Booker T will face off against the World's Greatest Tag Team and Nova in a six man tag team match.

All this and much more on the pre No Mercy addition of Smackdown.

Before JBL can do anything which might get the WWE on hot water, Nick Dinsmore comes up, yanking JBL off and states JBL better watch himself. JBL goes to punch Dinsmore but Dinsmore grabs him by the arm and takes him over with a judo throw. JBL goes down and runs off, vowing "this is not over". Angle will pay for these damages he has done to Orton as Orton is suing Angle a half a million dollars for mental duress caused by the disfigurement. When JR asks about Alexis Laree, Gail's fellow Evolution teammate, Gail accuses JR of "stirring the pot". Alexis Laree pulls off a few athletic moves, which are pretty rare to the Women's Division, including a somersault dropkick off the second rope to Molly but Gail Kim remarks that "all the athletic moves in the world will not get you anywhere, when you are tied up like a pretzel on the canvas in one of my submission moves." Victoria hit the Widow's Peak on Molly and attempts the pin but Alexis pulls her off. Victoria knees Alexis and airplane spin but Alexis counters with a Spinning DDT which spikes Victoria into the canvas. Alexis covers Victoria and scores the pin. WWE Heat 9/26/04: Steven Richards pinned Nunzio with the Stevie T in a squash match. The Demons of the Deep, Bane and Seven made their WWE debuts, promoting a revolution of evil throughout the WWE and then defeated Joey Ryan and Chris Bosh in a squash, ending things when Bane hit Ryan with a big boot as Seven held him up in a power bomb. In the main event, in a Taboo Tuesday rematch, La Resistance defeated the Spanish Announcer's Table when Grenier sat down on a Jose Maximo springboard sunset flip and held him down for the pin.

WWE Monday Night Raw preview for 9/27/04

Taboo Tuesday is only six days removed and Raw will be a rocket buster as Eric Bischoff has announced that the fourth Raw: Clash of the Champions special of the year will take place October 11th. Of course, we need a new number one contender and Bischoff knows just how to get it.

That's right. A 20 Man Invitational Battle Royal will take palce on Raw. Twenty of the best Raw Superstars will go at it and the winner faces the World Heavyweight Champion Eddie Guerrero in two weeks at the Raw: Clash of the Champions IV special. A list of the partipants will be below in the confirmed match listings.

One man who will not be at Raw will be Randy Orton. We understand Mr. Orton has a pre prepared statement which Ric Flair will give on Raw and we understand Orton is not too happy about Angle mangling his face on Taboo Tuesday in that brutal Last Man Standing Match. Sources close to Orton says he may be persuing legal action for "invaluable damage done to his Hollywood star looks" and more will be shed on this light on Raw.

Chris Jericho shocked the world by becoming the WWE Interconinental Champion but Jericho has to step into the ring against the number one conteder. The Big Red Machine himself, Kane. Kane and Jericho have crossed paths before and Kane would like nothing better than to put Chris Jericho down for good.

Also, the number one contender for the Women's Title will be decided in a Triple Threat Match between Victoria, Molly Holly, and Alexis Laree. Raw is going to pull out all the stops for the special on the 11th of October. Tune in and see.

  11. WWE Smackdown 9/16/04

Smackdown is less than three weeks away from No Mercy and there is no doubt that the superstars of Smackdown are beginning to formulate their plans for the fall Smackdown brand Pay Per View.

Chris Benoit will take on Brock Lesnar as part of No Mercy in a match where the only way you can win is making your opponent tap out but Paul Heyman is a little unnerved about this match, so he has enlisted the help of Rhyno to attempt and soften up the Rapid Wolverine prior to No Mercy. Heyman has hinted Rhyno may be the newest member of the Dangerous Alliance and this match with Benoit is his tryout for the Alliance. Rhyno is coming off taking Goldberg to the limit not once but twice, but can he hand with the former WWE Champion Benoit?

Speaking of WWE Champions, Triple H will be in action this week for the first time since Summerslam, facing off against Booker T in a non title match. Triple H is not obligated to defend his belt until No Mercy against the Undertaker but he would be a fool if he were to look past Booker T. The Undertaker is also lurking, so Triple H has got to be unnerved, leading up to his Hell in a Cell Match with the Deadman at No Mercy.

Christian has 3-0 and if he wins this week, he will sweep the series. This week John Cena will take on Christian in match four of the Best of Seven Series. Cena has got to be unnerved because if he slips up just a little bit, Christian will win the series in a 4-0 sweep and become the new United States Champion.

All this and a six person intergender tag team match featuring the Shane Twins and Dawn Marie against Maven, Rico, and Jackie Gayda plus much more. Smackdown is on fire this week as always on UPN.

WWE Monday Night Raw Preview for 9/13/04:

Taboo Tuesday is just eight days away and the stars of Raw are ready for action. Raw this Monday will be a huge test for the wrestlers involved in the Taboo Tuesday Voting.

First up in the main event, big six man tag team action as the three superstars involved in the World Title Voting, Edge, Shawn Michaels, and Rey Misterio Jr will be forced to form a shaky alliance as part of a six man tag team match to face off against Matt Bentley, Batista, and John Bradshaw Layfield of Evolution. Evolution is looking to make an example out of the World Title contenders as their leader Randy Orton was forced out of the voting.

Speaking of Randy Orton, he goes into his fans pick the stipulation match with Kurt Angle with a lot of momentum. Orton has taken down Angle last week and broke his leg with a steel chair. We understand Orton will be at Raw, gloating about his latest accomplishment but will Kurt Angle be to follow.

Two men in the Interconinental Voting will collide one on one this Monday. Chris Jericho takes on Kane on Raw. No doubt both men are looking to drum up some fan votes to insure they get the Interconinental Title Shot against Matt Bentley at Taboo Tuesday. Kane is returning from a couple of months on the shelf due to a broken arm and last week, he made his pressense known by interfering in a Diva Tag Team Match.

Eddie Guerrero will not be at Raw this week once again, as he is still nursing the Seperated Shoulder but he will have a few words for Taboo Tuesday via satallite from his home in El Paso, Texas. What will Latino Heat have to say? Only one way to find out is to tune into Raw this Monday.

Plus, Val Venis and Bobby Roode take on Lance Storm and Kenzo Suzuki. Last night on Heat, Storm failed to get the advantage over Roode and Venis with Orlando Jordan as his partner. Will he yield better results with Suzuki? Tune into Raw this Monday to find out the answers to these and other burning questions.
