DB conversion from TEW 2016 to TEW 2020: how accurate is it really?

Hi everyone, I have been looking for a 2015 or 2016 mod for TEW 2020 for a long time, but I see that it is very complicated.

I was thinking of finding one for TEW 2016 and taking advantage of the conversion tool for TEW 2020.

I wanted to know if it will then be a 100% conversion, or will there be data and values that will need to be fixed?
