Jackie Chan Does Street Fighter

This is holarious, I know nothing about it except that it stars NJackie Chan impersonating half the SF cast. Guile and Chun Li are my favourite bits. And the Hadoken/Sonic Boom bit reminds me of so many SF matches on the megadrive with my friend when I was a kid. Any information anyone can give me on the film it's from would be greatly appreciated, as I have to check it out.
