Its hard to make out the cut - so hard infact I don't have a clue what it is...some kind of cartoon robot or something?

The text is horrible - I am guessing you're rather new to graphics making and use PSP as this is the sort of text that is used alot by PSP users...it's better you just use a 1 pixeled stroke on the text or maybe some drop shadow - glow never really works and brings the attention to the text for all the wrong reasons.~

And finally grids/scan lines only really ever work if it's a very low opacity...and even then not always.

3/10 for effort.

o, well its supposed to be vash the stampede, i made better ones, but i just chose this as my sig
