Has anyone tried downloading anything from Vodafone live lately?

I got a new phone Wednesday, and signed with Vodafone, and haven't been able to download any games or ringtones. I just get an error message about payment collection being temporarily unavailable, but its been like that since I got it.

I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and how it can be rectified.

Of course, I'll call customer services if it doesn't get sorted, but I thought I may as well ask a few people first, as it'll be quicker, and won't try my patience as much as using one of those automated answering services "Press 1 if you'd like to be put on hold for 30 minutes. Press two if you'd like to be put on hold before being mysteriously cut off. Hold down 3 to be put through to a rookie on his first day, who'll get everything he possibly can wrong, or press 4 to be put through to someone with an incomprehensible Glaswegian accent." You get the idea.
