I think it's nice, but I don't like how the ECW logo is pretty squashed, as well as the Eddie Guerrero cut (at least it looks squashed to me). The rest is fine to me, especially the Tajiri cut, I like how he's blended in.

Iagree with the dude above, you should'nt have squashed Eddie in, plus i think you should have the other cuts at full color. instead of all coloured green

For the most part I like it, the ECW logo just needs to be un-squashed then it will be good.

It does indeed look like clouds. Maybe with a motion blur on top. If there are 'like 7 layers of brushing' you must have the opacity set to 5 or something

Anyway, I don't like the squashed ECW logo, or the text. You need some variation, it just looks like you've colorized the whole piece green (bar the WWE logo). I'd get rid of the WWE logo, thinking about it. Especially being so big, it takes away from the whole ECW-only aspect. The positioning of the cuts and the blending needs to be changed, too. Don't like this one, sorry.
