I'm going to pick this up after Armageddon at the end of the year 2000. Armageddon was a great PPV. 6 Men walked into the Hell in a Cell and one man walked out with the WWF World title, Kurt Angle. Edge and Christian won the WWF Tag Team titles again in a four way title match. Kane and Jericho finished their fued in a last man standing match, with Jericho demolishing Kane underneath a stack of barrels. I'm going to do things a little different in this diary. Many things will change, like Mick Foley will no longer be the Commisioner. Vince will run things for the time being.

Why are you getting rid of Right To Censor off-screen? They were such a powerful presence, it would be silly just to drop them for no apparant reason. Bear in mind Ivory is the Womens' Champ at this point, and you can't just change her gimmick off-screen, especially when she's champ!

That's my only real gripe. 2001 diaries are usually fun so good luck with it. Just don't fall into the trap of having 300 debuts on one show and starting about 10-million new rivalries. If you pace yourself with it, it'll be just awesome!

Jim Ross and Jerry "The King" Lawler welcome everyone to tonights show. They talked about last night's PPV. They mentioned Kurt Angle retaining his WWF World Title, surviving 5 other men. Also, Kane is scheduled to go one-on-one with the Big Show! Big Show isn't in the best of moves since losing to Undertaker in the first round of the tourniment. Plus, Raven will be in the house and he seeks to destroy Kane.

Lawler: Yeah J.R., Undertaker advanced in the tourniment by dq when Kurt Angle interefered in the Semi Final match. Triple H has the night off tonight, but I'm sure he is upset with Angle for costing him the match.

Ross: Undertaker's opponent for the match with be the 'Crippler' Chris Benoit. Benoit cheated his whole way through the tourniment, beating all of Triple H's enemies with his help. First, being The Rock and then Steve Austin for god sakes, King.

Lawler: Benoit could've handled his own, Triple H just wanted to get involved because he can, and the hatred he has for the two.

The camera cut backstage to see Chris Jericho walking into the building. Jericho was stopped by The Radicals on his way into the building.

Eddie: What are you doing here essay, your not scheduled to wrestle tonight. You know why, because your a nobody in this company. Why haven't you won the World title and how come your not the IC Champion anymore?

Jericho: I could take that IC Championship belt off Benoit any day of the week. Hell I could even do it this week on Smackdown!, since he has a big Tourniment Finals match tonight. So, how about it Benoit give me a shot on Smackdown!

Benoit: Well I would Chris, but you haven't proven you worth. Hell, Eddie and Dean Malenko deserve the shot more than you do.

Jericho: Is that so.... what would you say if I told you I could beat both these Ass Clowns at the same time!!

Benoit: So your saying you can beat Latino Heat himself and the man of a 1000 holds, but your self!! Hahahahahaha. Well, then prove it tonight... Chris Jericho vs. Eddie Guerrero and Dean Malenko. Jericho if you win then I will give you the IC Title shot next week right here on Raw!!!

Jericho: Fine, but you better hope Eddie and Malenko can take me, because I know I can take you.

Jericho now begins to walk away, but The Radicals jump on him. Benoit slammed him into a pop machine and left the other three to stomp him into the ground.

The Hardys are just kicking in the back, talking about miscellanious things. There was a knock at the door and as Matt answered he is takin out with a chair!! RVD busts into the room.

RVD: Do you remember me Jeff? I beat your ass acouple of years ago on Raw. Well I've been watching you grow and gain success. I mean you did win the WWF Tag Titles acouple of times, but who really gives a crap. I held the ECW Television title for almost 2 years.

Jeff: Yeah well that was then and this is now. I know I could whoop your ass. Hell I could whoop your ass in a hardcore match....

Before he could finish speaking RVD took him out with the VanDaminator. Before he could cause anymore damage, Matt grabbed him and tossed him out of the room, screaming for VanDam to meet him in the ring. RVD said he will be waiting and head for the entrance area.

Lawler: What the hell is RVD doing here... he wrestles for ECW!!

JR: He must just have a thing against Jeff Hardy?

RVD made it out to the ring and grabbed a mic.

Matt went for the Twist of Fate, but RVD pushed him into the corner. RVD hit him with a spinning kick to knock him to his ass in the corner. RVD ran and hit him with a sliding drop kick to Matt's head. RVD pulled him more center in the ring and nailed him with the Five Star Frog Splash!!! RVD picked up the win. RVD grabs Lita and isn't going to do something good, but Jeff comes limping down to the ring with a chair and slides in. RVD went for the VanDaminator, Jeff ducked it and smashed the chair over RVD's head!! Lita then hit RVD with a hurricanranna and laid the chair on RVD's chest. Jeff went to the top rope and hit RVD with the Swanton, chair and all. Team Xtreme then celebrated in the ring.

Winner: Rob Van Dam

Lawler: That what that punk from ECW deserves, hell he should be used to the punishment by now.

JR: RVD started the fight and it looks like The Hardy Boys finished it... for now.

==================================================================================

JR: This next match ladies and gentlemen should be a doozy. Big Show vs. Kane.

Lawler: That's right JR, both of these men aren't really stable at the moment. Big Show lost in the first round of the #1 Contender Tourniment and you know he will be fired up tonight.

JR: What about Kane you know he has to have Raven on his mind, not to mention he will be watching his back the whole match.

Big Show vs. Kane

It took three big clothes lines to take Big Show off his feet! Kane had to keep the pressure on, by stomping him. Show grabs one of his legs and pulled him into the corner. Big Show slammed Kane's head against the gaurd rail, not once but twice. Show went for a third, but Kane blocked it and took Show out with a big boot. Kane went to the top rope and came off with a flying clothes line taking both Show and the referee out!! Raven came from the crowd and slid into the ring. Raven turned Kane around and took him out with an Evenflow DDT and rolled out of the ring. Big Show now taking advantage of the interference, took Kane out with the Show Stopper, and picked up the pinfall. Raven now drags Kane outside the ring and handcuffed him to the gaurd rail!! Raven repeatedly took Kane out with chair shots!!

Winner: Big Show

Raven climbs into the ring and grabs a mic.

Raven: You see Kane... you see what I'm capable of. Your practically unconsious out there. I still didn't get an answer as to if you want the Hardcore title shot at The Royal Rumble, but before you do make the decision I'm changing the match. If you decide you want a piece of me then it will be a Last Man Standing match. This match will mean lots of things. We could hurt each other and not be able to wrestle in the Royal Rumble, or wrestle ever again for that matter. Kane I will give you until Raw to make you decision!!

With that said Raven left the ring, took Kane out with one more visious chair shot, and left.

Undertaker picked up a huge win over Chris Benoit to become the number one contender for the WWF World Championship. He won the match even after an attack from Edge and Christian. We will see Undertaker get a little revenge in a match with Edge on Smackdown!

The WWF European Championship will be on the line this Thursday. For the last week William Regal has been giving K-Kwik and Road Dogg hell. K-Kwik gets his chance one on one this week for the European title. William Regal has gotten some back up as well in Albert. Albert has been helping Regal since Road Dogg and Kwik injured Test.

Chris Jericho will get his IC Title match this week on Raw, but he will have to get through Perry Saturn first.

Lo Down will be in tag team action this week against The Hardy Boys. Will Lo Down be able to continue their winning streak? Will RVD show up and ruin the party?

Steve Austin is scheduled to be in the building. There has been no sign of Triple H since he lost in the tourniment, but it is rumored he will be in the house!!

Matt: C'mon man don't get off the subject of Lo Down, we're up next!

The Hardys walked down the hall to get ready for their match.

Kurt Angle is in the back with a mic.

Angle: Conrats Undertaker, for winning the big tourniment. The only problem Taker is that you have to face me, Kurt Angle, the only gold medalist in the history of the WWF, the WWF World Champion. That's right Taker, I'm the champ and I've beaten almost everyone in the WWF, including you. I survived the Armageddon Hell in a Cell match. While you were playing with Rikishi on the top, I was in the ring handeling business. They say you have beaten the best of the best in you luxorious carreer here in the WWF, but I have beaten the best of the best in the world at the Olympics. At the Royal Rumble, nothing will change, I will walk out of that ring champion, and that is true.

HBK: Angle seem really confident heading into the ring with Undertaker. I for one wouldn't want to step in the ring with him again, when Taker is on his game, you'd better watch out. He may be our next World Champ.

Ross: Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to this explosive edition of Raw! Tonight, we will see Chris Benoit defend his Intercontinental Title against Chris Jericho!

King: Yeah JR, Eddie Guerrero is in the building and that in my opinion will be the difference maker in that match. Jericho and The Radicals, more specifically Eddie have had their problems as of late.

They are cut short when the music of Triple H hits. HHH and Stephanie walk out to the ring. HHH steps into the ring and grabs a mic.

HHH: I'm out here tonight to call out the WWF World Champion, Kurt Angle. Kurt you cost me my match in the number one contender tourniment and I'm going to take it out of your ass tonight!! Come one out here, I'm not going to wait all night.

HHH waits for Angle to come out, but The Rock's music hits and to the surprise of HHH, Rock makes his way onto the stage.

Rock: Shut the hell up. HHH you say Kurt cost you your shot to become number one contender, but who cost me my shot? It was you HHH and The Rock is going to kick your monkey ass on Smackdown! Triple H you don't run things around here anymore, you can't just interfere in any match you want. Triple H this Thursday, The Rock is going to lay the smackdown, if ya smell... what The Rock... is cookin.

With that said the music hit and Rock left.

JR: Did you here that King, Rock and Triple H on Smackdown!

King: The Rock is making a big mistake.

=====================================================

Tazz now comes walking out to the ring ready for his match with Raven. Tazz grabbed a mic. from ringside.

Tazz empties the trash can and smashes it on the head of Raven. Tazz makes the cover, but Raven kicked out. Raven makes it to his feet, Tazz attempts to whip Raven into the corner, but Raven counters and sends Tazz into the corner. Raven hits him with a body splash in the corner and followed it up with a bulldog onto the trash can. Raven now sets the chair up in the middle of the ring. Raven whips Tazz into the ropes and takes him out with a drop toe hold onto the chair. Raven picks him up and hits him with the Evenflow DDT for the win. Raven grabs his title and taunts to the crowd, but Kane enters the ring and takes him out with a big boot. Kane then proceeded to choke slam Raven, over the top rope, and through the table set up outside!! Kane stands in the middle of the ring, lifts his arms, and as he drops them the turnbuckles light up with flames!!

JR: Can you believe the carnage we just witnessed he by Kane?

King: That was a cheap shot JR. Raven just wrestled a hardcore match, things will go differently at the Royal Rumble.

=================================================================================

Big Show is now in the back with Johnathon Coachman.

Coach: Big Show, you have been entered into the Royal Rumble match up. Being the biggest man in the match, you have the clear advantage, what are your comments.

Show: Your damn right I have the advantage and after tonight that advantage will be this much bigger. Tonight I will throw 19 other men over the top rope and become number 30 in the Royal Rumble. Tonight I will prove what kind of dominant force I can be in a match like the Royal Rumble. Tonight you will see the ring empty and the one left standing will be me.... The Big Show.

King: That is my pick to win the Royal Rumble JR. The man is a giant and I don't think anyone will be able to eliminate him.

JR: We will just have to see later on tonight. Up next, ladies and gentlemen we will see a tag team match. Lo Down has been on an impressive winning streak as of late and a win against the Tag Team Champions will put them right in the hunt for those very titles.

JR: The Undertaker has just cleaned house!!

King: Kurt? Are you ok? This isn't good JR. Our champion is laid out in the middle of the ring.

JR: Could this be a sign of Kurt Angle's near future?

=====================================================

Triple H comes walking out to the ring now for an unscheduled interview. HHH gets on the mic and begins to speak.

HHH: I was in the back thinking about what Rock said to me tonight. Who the hell does he think he is. Then I was thinking why should we wait till Smackdown! to get it on. Not bad. I think you give away far too many "high-quality" matches on free t.v. though. On the most recent Smackdown!, for example, you had three matches (HHH vs Rock, Eddie/Benoit vs Austin/Jericho, Edge/Christian/Angle vs Taker/Dudleyz) which could've main-evented the show on their own.

Thanks for the feedback... I completely agree with you on that, but I felt it should've been a ground breaking Smackdown! with Shane McMahon being named the Commisioner. Expect alot of great shows in the future.

Here is the current Royal Rumble Card:

WWF World Championship

Undertaker vs. Kurt Angle ©

Royal Rumble Match

WWF Tag Team Championship - TLC Match

The Dudley Boys vs. Edge and Christian ©
