It's too bad this hot play of late had to start....late. Remember that big losing slump we had in January and February? That's what put us into the situation.

I still have hope. Everyone I meet is a doubter, they all say "there is no way, man!". Fuck them. Toronto will make the playoffs, just so I can throw it back in there faces. Anyways, it's been entertaining either way. This is the most regular season hockey I've watched ever.

It's April and since April and May are the only months where you're our bitch means I'm not worried.

Time for a change I guess.

All I can say about Briere's goal last night is WOW. It was TSN's Highlight of the Night. Anyways the Canucks chances of making the playoffs now doesn't look good at all. They have to hope Edmonton keeps losing and they win their last 2 games. I hope Colorado loses all the games they have left and both Edmonton and Vancouver win out so they are both in and Colorado is out.

I like it when Sundin scores. And I like it a lot when I tell people that Matt Stajan will score the game winner, and then he does.

Toronto's great play of late is making me wish my NHL 2K6 diary was Toronto instead of Columbus. Actually, if it was Toronto, I would have like double the views.

Here's the situation as it stands. Tampa have played 80, with 90 points at the SO loss to Carolina. Atlanta have played 79, with 87. Toronto have played 79 with 86.

If Toronto do not win in any one of their remaining three - Ottawa, Buffalo and Pittsburgh, we are gone. If, however, Tampa lose both of their remaining games, we could take a spot with two wins out of three, or two wins and an extra point, depending on the head-to-heads. If Atlanta wins all three of their last games - Boston, Washington, Florida - we can't make it regardless.

Should we start booking tee times?
