First Attempt at a Real Graphic

Alright, so I've only used photoshop in a poor attempt to create a banner and logo for ewr, the logo is my avatar for proof on the lameness. So I made an attempt to to create something visually appealing and just cool. I know there's something missing from this graphic, but rate and review it for me and lemme know what I can do to make it better.

Get rid of the outerglows around, Chavo, blend the two pictures of him in some way and the text and get rid of the bevel on background. Good first attempt though.
