Could someone make me a Steven Richards banner?

Not too big or small...Just average size you usually make your banners. I want it to have a cool backround of stevie going down the entrance ramp, and do something to the colors so its like blue or gray and then overlapping on that I want Stevie in his blue shorts he used to wear. Then just have the word (preferably in chiller font) "I'LL SHOW YOU... YOU'LL SEE!"
