Le Parkour

Has anybody heard or seen any of this? My friend just showed me a video he got from one of his friends of the founder of Le Parkour/Parkore/Free Running, David Belle, he's an absolute legend!

For those of you who dont know, Parkour is an urban sport originating in France, brought about by this guy David Belle (again, an absolute legend!). In Parkour the guys sprint around and run up walls, jump over things, through things, down from roofs and do alot of clambering, you really have to see it to understand it but its great! There are loads of sites with free videos and stuff so go look for some....NOW! Try and get David Belle, I think there are clips on DavidBelle.com but I couldn't access them for some reason. He'd make a great cruiserweight. Anyone else seen this or even take part in Parkour?
