HTML to resize all images above a certain size?

Alright, this is for MySpace, where people tend to post comments with pictures that stretch the layout of your page, effectively making it ugly. I've searched Google with various different search strings and have found nothing applicable.

Anyways, what I actually want to know is how to make the browser resize any and all images on your profile (or your comments specifically, which would be better) that are above a certain width to, say, 50% of their original size.

Any help?
