Looking for a band

I remember a few years back, vaguely that MTV2 ran a competition for 'new' bands and shit. Each week there'd have an episode about the band and at the end of series the winning band would get a record deal or some shit. I remember one band (Can't remember if they won or not) getting fairly popular. They were emo, very much similar to Funeral For A Friend (Who were gaining popularity at the time). Unlike other bands I remember these releasing at least 2 videos, and were relatively popular for a short lived time. Anyone know who they were? Better yet anybody know the bands that took part or where I can find out. I checked the MTV2 site but it's shit. As I seem to remember a couple of other alright songs. Possibly worth a listen on a boring day. So any help is appreciated.
