RVD sig

It took about 20 minutes for me to make this, and I know it's not that good, I just wanna know what I can improve on. I'm a n00b at graphics by the way.

it's not bad if you're new at graphics. I don't particularly like the One of a Kind text, or the RVD cut on left. There's nothing terribly wrong with it, there's just nothing that stands out and makes me go "wow, that's a great graphic" either. I don't really know how to explain myself any better, but it's DEFINITELY a lot better than the things I used to do when I started out. And I know I'm still not that great, but I've gotten pretty good, so you should get really far if that's one of your first. I used to just paste pictures on black backgrounds and call them banners .

I'd say 6.5/10, it's just borderline average, if you changed the text and played around with the cuts a little, and maybe used a less blurry cut of RVD on the right, you're good to go.
