It would look better if there was blending between the pictures I think, not just black borders. And the text is gross. But yeah, tis okay.

Simple? Yes. Effective? No.

Like triplexpac suggested, try blending the background images rather than just separating them with borders. The text is horrible, too, completely re-do that with a clearer font, different or no bevel, lighter colour and a closer, more opaque drop shadow. The main cut itself is ok, but I'd move it down a little bit. I'm not sure if it is but his right arm looks cut off (I'm not sure if it's just the jacket giving that impression). It might look better if you moved the cut to the left edge (no pun intended )
