Do you have a older copy of the staff file? You could use this one.

If you don't have a copy, you only can delet the staff File and use an other staff file. It sounds hard but i had to delet my promotion file because the Game always crashed at the promotion screen!

Nice work, bit in fact Horace Hogan isn't dead. It was a Fake. I think someone thougt that Emery Hale was Horace. Hake died at huly 29th. The both loke simular.
