Looking For a Movie

Ok, heres the deal. I'm looking for a horror flick from the 80s or 90s with a kid with red hair who wore overalls. It is not childs play. I know that one for a fact. In this movie, the kid is helping a little girl with a lemonaid stand, and she runs out, so the boy fills the pitcher with piss. I have a bet with a friend on this movie, so any help would be appreciated.
