The Devil & God Are Raging Inside Me

Great, great album on the first couple of listens. The leak's quality is far from the best, but the transition from a borderline pop-punk band to this moody, melencholy, dark, bitersweet band they are today is amazing. There's still the occasional 'loud' bits, but they're still really contained and controlled. It's hard to explain, it's as though they're the parts you feel as though you should be 'rocking out' to, but at the same time, it doesn't feel as though you can 'rock out' to it (Probably due to it being less 'poppy' than previous releases) . It's a weird feeling, but downright awesome. However they still haven't mastered it like Thursday have. Good album, by the sounds of things. But I doubt I'd be listening to it a lot, mostly ue to it being far too depressing. :shifty:
