TV Show Audio?

I've been wanting to have the audio of TV shows on my mp3 player for a while now. Now, I realize it wouldn't be the same without the video, but still, I'd love to listen to stuff like The Simpsons on the go.

It would be kind of like listening to an audio book, but shorter and more exciting.

Now, does anyone know of any sites that have full TV shows in audio format? If you do, please post the link, it would help me out greatly. If there are no sites out there, then someone tell me before I start wasting my time.

why not just find the video then find something to record the audio from it?

like audicity, just start the video then record directly from the sound output

20 min episode in video is around 150 MB

cut down to audio would be around 20

just google audicity and you'll find it

and set recording to line/out

Or you could get a program like VirtualDubMod to extract the audio to WAV, then convert it to MP3 using a different program like dbPowerAMP. Would take less time

The initial wav file would be fairly big but once you convert it to MP3 and delete the WAV then it would be down to 20-30 MB
