I like the image, but not the text.

OK, well the text in the graphic really isn't good. Download some better fonts (www.dafont.com is a good place to look) and use them in your graphics.

Also, it's not the right size for a poster. Make it bigger, and make sure the text doesn't obscure the background picture.

Ok, back to the poster.

It's way to small, and, as JTE said, get some new fonts from Dafont, those one's make it look tacky.

However, I like the Sting picture in the background, but if you want to make it really realistic, get a picture of Steiner in there to.
